Served by Sassy Saskia, so friendly and she was patient with my fussy arse haha. All other staff there were so nice too! Food was amazing, so tasty! Cocktails were nice too! lots to choose from and groovy music to jam to whilst you wait- bonus. Would definitely come again X

Bottomless brunch was a success!! For around £28-£32 you get 2-hours of all-you-can drink cocktails and a choice of menu items. We tried all 23 cocktails on the drinks menu (which I’m told hadn’t been achieved before) which works out to be around £2 per cocktail and of course there’s brunch/lunch in there too. All very good and I’d highly recommend! Top tip: go early to avoid queues and waiting to be served 👍🏼

Fantastic. Our first visit but it won't be our last. Food was spot on but the friendly staff is what made it such a top place. And 2 for 1 cocktails thrown in for good measure. My new favourite place to eat in Preston

Food was nice and service was good. The cocktails were brilliant, especially the pina colada. If I had any criticism the portions were small and limited choice of desserts. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, worth a visit.

Food were good, many choice to choose from that is a classic and Morden take. Over all experience are good , please be careful of the sauce as it is stupidly spicy! Cocktail are also great specially at the happy hour two for one deal .

Love a sunny lunch at Turtle Bay, its right in the middle of town. Quite large as you get a huge range of seating options for all parties. Vibrant decor, always has a great atmosphere whether it's busy or not. It caters to a range of guests. Casual stop for lunch when out shopping, a date with your person, catch up with friends, colleague night out!! It does it all. Service is stupendous. Never had an issue. Always has someone to great you as soon as your walk in. Staff make it a great customer experience and are so quick. We've had the pleasure of having Lottie be our server twice now. She was so lovely and really made our day last time we visited. I would personally recommend my favourites: mac and cheese bites, the hot sauce it comes with is incredible. Nice kick to it. You HAVE to have the grilled garlic bread. Unique and never had it made like that before. Smokey flavour to it. Spiced/ sweet potatoe fries Are a classic. Sweetcorn/salt fish fritters....any kind if fritter really. It's fried... what's not to love. You arnt enjoying it either without adding sweet plantain and washing it down with a Berry ragea mocktail. So fresh. There is paid parking close by just behind the bus station and then it's a 3 minute walk to the resturant. Whenever i go it always spend around £30 and that's with another person with me.

Was greeted straight away by a lovely young girl called Jess H. She placed me at my seat and was my waitress for the visit. She gave excellent customer service , friendly and nice. Food was gorgeous as always and super fast . Literally about 5 minutes after ordering I had it on my table . Great atmosphere .

We visited for bottomless brunch and our server Lottie was amazing. She made sure we were never without a drink and was so friendly. She really made our visit ❤️ The new cocktails were awesome and we'll definitely be back.

Fab place, really nice food and great service Also came back for a hen do bottomless brunch and our waitress was fantastic. We preordered our drinks so we didn’t have to keep reordering and waiting as there were a large group of us and it worked really well. Accessibility wise - there are steps into the building but there is a step free entrance via the emergency exit at the back/side - there is also an accessible toilet on the same level.

Went for a quick, walk-in meal with my Brother tonight but was not expecting it to be so good. We were served by Andra and she was very bubbly and helpful, it really did add to the atmosphere. The food was amazing, we had the Spicy Mac and Cheese and the Shack Stack burger, both of which were delicious. Staff were brilliant, but our server was just really lovely.

Eliana was attentive and polite throughout our visit. Thank you! Food and drinks were lovely! We particularly enjoyed the squid which was cooked perfectly and the fish fritters were super tasty! Cocktails are gorgeous too!

My daughter and I stopped here for lunch today. Our waitress Lottie was lovely and very attentive. She took our drinks order straight away and we didn't have to wait long for our food either. The food was delicious, especially the prawns. They had a little kick but not too spicy. The cocktails were nice as well and it was good to see some new ones on the menu. Overall a pleasant experience.

My wife and i visited the Preston branch and i was a little dubious at first with it been £32.50 per person but i have to say Lottie the waitress was absolutely brilliant, she was outstanding with her service so much so we will be returning. Thank you to all the staff but especially Lottie. Hope you enjoyed the tip...

What an absolutely amazing experience! As soon as we walked in the door we were made so comfortable. I had never been here before. It's safe to say I cant wait to go back. We were greeted by our server lewis this young lad was so polite and explained how everything worked to us as we were on the bottomless brunch. All the other staff where just as fantastic. I just dodnt get there names. But they are all credit to the turtle bay name. The bottomless brunch was fantastic 2 hrs of food and as many cocktails and beer as you can sup. Me and my girlfriend managed 32 cocktails. It was fantastic and it was my girlfriends birthday so she loved the experience just as much. We will definitely be back soon! What an outstanding establishment. Thank you.

Avoid! We used to come here frequently but won't be coming back. The waitress was pleasant enough but that's where the good ends. We waited over an hour for two tiny starters and some fries. The chilli cheese roti is now half the size of the tray(not worth £6) Used to fill it! No apology for our wait from the waitress. The music was so loud you can barely have a conversation and it was really cold inside the restaurant. Best part we found some kind of plastic string in our food. Complete waste of money and time! We ended up leaving half the food as the mac and cheese bites were stodgy and the roti was meh! Fries were ok but you don't get many!

Table had been booked, good atmosphere, friendly staff, alot of money overall, drinks very expensive just for a soft drink at £4.50 each even though presented differently in a bottle. Chicken burger lovely. Dishes could be presented better as very plain especially the sides.

Have come out for a night without the kids and this definitely did not disappoint! Joe, our server, was amazing!!! And the food was sublime, will definitely be back!!! Thanks so much 🥰❤️

Very friendly waitress but the ribs weren't ready for 12 o clock so had to wait (no problem) but when they arrived they were chewy and not nice the fries were cold and so was my goat curry we did mention this to our waitress and said she could of changed to hotter meals but we didn't have the time and they should of been right first time. She did remove the rib meal from our bill which we appreciated

First time we’ve been to this Turtle Bay, and the food was incredible! The staff were amazing, especially our server Saskia! Always made sure our drinks were topped up, and couldn’t be any more helpful. Any changes to the menu weren’t an issue at all. Will be returning when we’re back up this neck of the woods!

Called in for cocktails. 2 for 1 on cocktails before 7pm lots of choice and some great names. Me and a friend had the tingling a mixture of gin prosseco cucumber and cranberrys. Loved it. Gteat atmosphere and great service. 5 stars from me.🙂🙂🙂

Coming here was very nice our waiter scott was very nice and a good energy. the food was served in a good speed and was very nice. good enviroment and would go again.
