Very clean, modern place. Right in the middle of the city. Staff very, very helpful! If I ever return to Liverpool, I know where I'm staying 😉

We stayed in two bed apartment from Sunday to Tuesday. Great location for Liverpool One and the Docks. Comfy beds in both rooms and well enough equipped apartment. Could have been slightly cleaner - especially in showers.

Fantastic location for exploring the city. Smack bang in the centre for shopping, dining and drinking, with a quick walk to the docks. About 10 mins walk from the central train station. Staff at check in were incredibly helpful and polite. 1 bed apartment was spacious with amazing views of Liverpool. However, there aren't any USB sockets. It didn't list that there would be, but I come to expect it in modern hotels/apartments. The kitchen is well stocked with everything could need, but as it's a small unit, it can be a bit of a squeeze if there are 2 adults moving around in there. Could do with a few more towels for an extended weekend stay . Would definitely recommend or return if we visit Liverpool again.

We stayed at the Cove Apartments in Liverpool for our delayed honeymoon trip. The apartment was amazing and catered for all our needs whilst we stayed for the week to enjoy Liverpool. The lounge/dining & kitchen area was spacious, our beds were comfortable & the view was fab! A Big Thank you to Reece for helping us to arrange our extra nights stay! We Highly recommend Cove Apartment’s in Liverpool and will be returning! ☺️

Excellent location within walking distance of Matthew Street for the best nightlife. Apartment was clean well laid out and had everything we needed. Staff we encountered were friendly and nice. Even kept out bags as we arrived a bit early

These apartments are stunning! The location itself is brilliant, just as you exit you are basically inside Liverpool One. Lots of bars and restaurants and shops right in front of you. The apartment itself was super clean and gorgeous. Spacious, comfortable, and very stylish. The shower had great pressure and temperature, and the kitchen had everything you'd need (all stocked up with coffees and teas also, a nice touch). I couldn't praise the bed more. It's possibly the comfiest bed I've ever used outside of my own home. I did mention this on my checkout to the lovely guy at reception (Reece, thanks for the great checkout experience and letting me chat about my love for the room!) Plus great views of Liverpool from the bedroom window to wake up to. Honestly, I couldn't recommend this place more. Just wish I'd stayed longer!

Really loved my stay at Cove Liverpool One, I didn’t want to leave - the bed is so comfy! Our check in process was seamless and we were able to leave our bags as we arrived earlier than our check in time. I had other friends checking in to separate rooms and I was able to leave that with Reece at reception who was really helpful! He helped track down a phone charger, was on hand the next morning when we needed extra tea and was able to give me a late checkout at late notice. Thanks Reece! ⭐️

A gorgeous room! Absolutely perfect for a night in the city - our host Reece really made the trip as he was extremely helpful with all my requests! Was lovely to know I had a port of call with an answer for everything (or anything you forget to bring!) Will be staying again, thank you!

Couldn’t be more satisfied for the stay here!!! It’s in the middle of the shopping square, so if you go out of the apartment you’ll find lots of shops and cafés💜 You can find lots of beautiful chilling spots nearby, just like Albert Dock The staffs are extremely friendly ❤️ I had some problems at the first day of my stay, but the staff was so helpful, they kept smiling and explained me everything! I truly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay, and our host Reece was so helpful. We had an issue with our room, but he quickly made it great. The location is perfect, and the rooms were clean. We will be back next summer. UPDATE: We just finished our 2nd stay the following summer and it was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you Cove! ❤️

We’ve had a wonderful stay at Cove Paradise Street in Liverpool as part of our trip through Europe, where we are combining our campervan with B&Bs and short stay apartments. We have enjoyed Cove very much. The team is amazing and they are very dog-friendly, which is important to us as we are travelling with our little friend. Besides that it was very easy that the apartment had its own washing/dryer machine, so we could do all our laundry. The location of Cove is amazing!! On walk-distance of many good restaurants and bars like the Cavern Club, but also beautiful spots like the Albert Docks. When travelling through the UK or staying just for a long weekend, these apartments are perfect with its own parking garage. We loved it. We have visited this accommodation as part of our 1-year-through-Europe-tour, which we have started 5 weeks ago (together with James, our Australian Labradoodle). Stayed here earlier in the month, really impressed on how much it has improved since it was formally Bridgestreet. All of the staff on checkin were very helpful and friendly, a special thank you to Reece who went out of his way to ensure that I had everything I needed in my room during my stay. Will definitely be returning!

I had a great experience! Reece and Lyse at the front desk gave me a warm welcome. The room was extremely clean, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. I could easily stay for a month. The location is ideal. It is exactly in the heart of Liverpool.

Absolutely the best hotel apartment in Liverpool. Perfect location, lovely staff, peaceful rooms with everything you might need, reasonable pricing... What else could someone ask for? :) Stayed here for two weeks and it was just wonderful. Thank you Cove

Very comfortable and nice stay. Reasonably priced. Nice staff at check in. Good communication about the stay and the parking. Very safe parking. Easy access to town.

Fantastic staff, typically Liverpudlian hospitality. We booked a 1 bed apartment but upon accessing the property I soon realised that it was way too small for us as we had a 2 year old in a cot. There wasn’t enough room in the bedroom for the bed and the cot, meaning my pregnant wife wouldn’t struggled to use the loo in the night. I text reception and they immediately came to the room and offered an upgrade to a 2 bed apartment. This was very kind and we were so pleased to be able to move. The two bed apartment was so much bigger on all fronts, with more light and better views. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well designed. Bed and linen very comfy. Our en-suite shower had no hot water which was frustrating. Be warned that Liverpool is a lively city and therefore there can be a bit of rowdy street noise in the early hours, particularly Friday and Saturday night. This isn’t a complaint, just a fact. Location is very good. Bang in middle of city centre.

I stayed here for one night and managed to forget one of my bags in my room which was my fault i admit; the bag contained new items worth about £200. The staff were extremely unhelpful in retrieving the bag and communication has all been one directional, with me having to call multiple times to the reception only to be fobbed off and no return contact. To he honest, i think one of the staff must have stolen it and the hotel are doing nothing to assist. Paradise street…. Luxury accommodation… i would certainly disagree.

The apartment is well placed for shopping and visiting bars and shops. Room was a good size and clean. Unfortunately there was no air-con, and the windows do not open very much so it was an uncomfortable nights sleep in July. Also despite various attempts to access the room during our stay our entry cards consistently failed to open our apartment door. This required a trip back to reception to have them reprogrammed - just to fail again. This got rather tiresome during the stay. The staff tried to help but it still caused us some unnecessary stress over the weekend. The shower control in the ensuite was broken - it did work but needs replacing. The cleaner would know this.

Absolutely fantastic apartment had everything you needed really nicely decorated even had a washing machine would recommend to anyone going to Liverpool right in the center of Liverpool one price each worked out to not be to much either, lovely friendly staff too over all fab experience.

Having stayed at Cove Liverpool a few times I have to say everything is amazing the apartments here perfect for the stay both one bed and two bed, clean and well equipped. I would like to make a special mention to David at reception. From the moment I booked my room with him by phone he was nothing less then exceptional, caring and understanding, a credit to Cove paradise. Thank you David we had an amazing time.

Unfortunately a series of bad and unforgiving events occurred during my 1-night stay at the Cove. -checked into an occupied room, not once but TWICE. This is a security problem to some degree but more importantly it was just embarrassing for me to be walking into others space. Note: the front desk was very apologetic and I don’t specifically blame them but there is clearly a bigger problem that needs to be addressed as to how could this have happened.. -construction through the night. This left us locked out of the apt hotel coming home from the bars as our keys weren’t working on the side entrance and the staff who eventually let us in, only after having construction worker walk over and get someone’s attention were we able to get in… inconvenient but kind of scary moment at night… Beyond this there was loud noise through the night as they worked on the roof or building, this wasn’t noted at time of reservation or at check-in. There was a notice in elevator but not that we’d be woken to noise. -apartment itself wasn’t very clean -instructions for using the garage were unnecessary confusing, would be easy to make a little map with these details to give guests I’d love the Cove to reach out and make this right/compensate for the problems, they have my contact info on file. #404 Tuesday Nov 21st - 22nd. No proactive resolve was provided and I didn’t have the energy at check-out to get upset but on reflection it was pretty awful. Only reason for 2* was the apologetic front desk staff, he was kind, I felt bad for him during this situation and I’m not sure who’s fault the occupied room situation was, again- it’s a clear hole in process that needs addressing. Thanks, -Tyler

Warm welcome on arrival, nice apartment. The only downside was the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Apart from that couldn't fault the room/ hotel.

Highly recommended: Outstanding, the apartment has everything you need, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The staff are amazing and couldn't be more helpful. Plus the benefit of it being slap bang in the city centre, a stone's throw away from Liverpool 1 just a street away, and no more than 5-10 minutes from all the main city attractions Liverpool have to offer, makes this an ideal place to stay.

Absolutely incredible service! A big shout out to Sally, Lauren and Luke - along with the rest of the team for going above and beyond to accommodate us. Really recommend this stay to anybody! Beautiful apartment and view.. but it was the staff that really sold it! Thanks so much for having us :)

The location was absolutely fantastic. I didn't realise how central this was when I booked! So close to everything, pretty much in the city centre, with coffee shops around the corner and if you have a sweet tooth there's a Krispy Kreme right outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the minute I checked in. The apartment was cosy and had everything you need. It was clean and had all the necessities. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in the heart of Liverpool.

Location, location, location, right in the heart of Liverpool 1, you just can’t buy that! Oh, wait a minute, yes you can. Perfect for a stay in Liverpool every detail is considered, even the hand sanitizer is Aloe Vera and doesn’t smell like a hospital, these extra touches make the difference between good and excellent. Highly recommend the Cove, modern, comfortable clean perfect stay thanks very much.

Excellent location. Clean modern and friendly helpful staff. Make sure you do your homework as to where the parking is. Can recommend Matthew street for drinks My daughter enjoyed it so much I've booked again for April with a thank you to Lauren for assisting me Thoroughly looking forward to my next stay.

Great location, clean but the room was not that comfortable, especially the bed which felt like it was one of those cheap foam ones. Windows also were not as good as keeping the noise out. Overall, it was a good value for the money especially if you want to stay close to the centre.

  • 5/5 Andrew C. 2 years ago on Google
Great location. 5 mins walk from the main attractions. Apartments are warm and quiet. Good facilities. We were on Paradise Street side facing Liverpool 1 shopping centre.

  • 5/5 N 2 years ago on Google
What a wonderful surprise. We booked this apartment last minute because our son and daughter in law went into labour so we wanted to be near the city/woman's hospital. This was 5 minutes away by car and you are literally in the centre of everything for food, shopping, tourism and entertainment. We were given the warmest welcome, and even a card and box of chocolates to congratulate us on our imminent arrival. Thank you to Alyse for that lovely touch. The apartment was wonderful, large and clean. We had a little issue with the hot water but it was attended to and fixed in minutes and the inner courtyard was perfect for our little dog to stretch his legs. Will definitely stay again and have recommended since.

Perfect location and lovely apartment, I did get lost and called them and a lovely lady was very helpful then I got an Irish lady who was rather Curt and I felt a bit rude other than that I can’t fault the place. Parked underneath and was nice to know my car was safe. Lovely stay and I will go back.

I booked three apartments for my hen do and they were more than ideal. Beautifully designed simple spaces with everything you need. The staff were lovely and incredibly accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Lauren even brought us up some complimentary bubbly! Would highly recommend Cove Paradise Street.
