Me an 2 friends came here Beginning of December 2021. As a Christmas Present to ourselves instead of buying gifts. Upon entrance it was instant Luxury. Gorgeous inside. Spa was clean an immaculate. The service provided with direction was so kind an polite. We was given robes and flip flops. And treatments were truly relaxing and amazing! The Thermal Pool was absolutely lovely. 2 hours spent in there alone and I didn't want to leave. So Good that we've booked for December 2022 also! Can highly recommend!

Our stay at the Titanic was brilliant from start to finish. We were given a complementary upgrade, which was fantastic, and the staff were really helpful. Our room was lovely, spacious, and the decor was really cool. The bathroom was lovely, and the bed was super-comfortable. Breakfast was great too (buffet), which we were pleasantly surprised about. Overall, a brilliant hotel and a brilliant weekend away. Even when I left something behind, I was put through to the housekeeping team and they had it found and returned in no time.

The Titanic Hotel itself is a stunning historical gem, beautifully restoring the Harland & Wolff offices. Service was great, despite us arriving early and knowing our room was unlikely to be ready, they kindly offered to check in our bags and we had a quick drink at the bar before spending the next few hours experiencing the premium tour at the Titanic museum. We came back told our bags had been sent to our room. Unfortunately once getting to our room we were rather disappointed, having paid £258.74 for the executive room for just one night. We found our room was specifically designed for disabled accessibility, with an extra-large bathroom for wheelchair users, complete with emergency pull switches, grab rails, and a shower seat. This meant our bathroom did not have a bath in it. Despite paying for a room with a bath. To be clear I believe it's incredibly important to have these rooms. However me and my wife are fully able bodied and we didn't ask for an easy access room, it detracted from the room's luxury. Furthermore, the bed was two singles joined together, creating an uncomfortable gap in the middle. There was also an adjoining door to the next room, this allowed us to occasionally hear the neighbours quite clearly. On a brighter note, the historic building was a delight to explore, particularly the ground floor rooms. Dining at the Wolff Grill Bar was a highlight, with a delicious three-course meal and mostly efficient service. Breakfast the next morning in the same room was equally good. Having read such positive reviews we were so excited about staying here. Unfortunately our room was a huge let down.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all of the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. But the real highlight of my stay was the spa. The facilities were top-notch and the treatments were absolutely blissful. The therapists were professional and attentive, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Overall, my experience at this hotel was wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The spa and room alone make it worth the stay.

Wow!!! What can I say ? One of the best experiences of my life!!! I am well travelled in the world and this is one of the best places you can stay! Fabulous rooms( please do not change a thing!) , nice breakfast ( there is space for a bit improvement to be amazing), very clean rooms ( please be careful with the bags with laundry...:))very very nice staff and interesting choices of cocktails!! Of course it was an old rum warehouse! What an excellent way to transform such an historical place/area/ building to such a great business. Liverpool should be proud to have this hotel! If you are lucky and meet Fuen ..ask her for the "tour"....a fabulous Spanish girl, knowing more than a local!!!

Didn't stay in the hotel but went for a spa day. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Receptionist was lovely, explained everything and showed us around everywhere, also gave us some history on the building. I had a deep muscle full body massage from Molly, she was lovely and a great therapist, treatment was fantastic and the best one Ive had. Will definitely be going again xx

Amazing hotel. I cannot believe that this hotel has anything other than five star reviews. Literally the best hotel that I have stayed in. The superior double rooms are absolutely huge and beautifully decorated - original exposed brickwork ceilings and tasteful decor. Really comfortable bed with soft mattress cover. Absolutely no noise from other rooms during the night during my three night stay. The staff cannot do enough for you and are so pleasant. Food is lovely and the breakfast is incredible, with a huge selection to choose from, including omelettes made to order. The only hotel that I will book for my future trips to Liverpool.

This hotel had very quiet rooms and big as well. Beds were comfy and bathroom nice. The LFC team stays at this hotel so if your a fan of them and footy stay here for sure. The only downer was trying to get table service in bar area. Always had to go to bar to get drinks and order food which is not what you would expect from a place this nice. The concierge was great and front desk staff as well. Still would stay here again but they need to work on the bar area service during afternoon and evenings.

I would honestly rate this hotel 5 stars, from the second we checked in to the moment we checked out, the service and EVERYTHING about the hotel, staff and overall experience was absolutely amazing. The way you are greeted when you arrive is absolutely heart-warming and it was a beautiful experience for my nan's birthday, the rooms are BEAUTIFUL and so spacious - we went with the superior room and it was huge! The bathroom is spacious and gorgeous, the beds are so comfortable, the food is delicious and the hotel itself, along with the rooms are absolutely stunning! The hotel has such cool history all around it and the spa is another wonderful highlight, the atmosphere is beautiful and you must visit there too if you go! Honestly, the staff can not help you enough, they are so kind, caring and attentive to absolutely everything that you need. I can not fault one single thing about this hotel or the experience. They help you and assist you with 10/10 service from start to finish, the luxury of the hotel, the astonishing rooms and history, the gorgeous food and everything else is just a huge bonus. Me and my nan would definitely visit again and I think it's the best hotel we have in Liverpool to be honest. Highly recommend to everybody, the luxury and service is 10/10!!! We had the best weekend there, love Rene and Pamela x

We stayed at the Titanic hotel. It was a surprise booked by my partner and we had a fantastic stay. Stanley's Bar & grill was 5*. The food was of high standards and the chefs should be applauded! I recommend the Titanic fish and chips. We ate their twice and even went back for breakfast! Thank you We had a great stay, and will return. The staff were also very polite and friendly. My only query was guests who stay at hotel shouldn't be charged for parking fees. This was a first for me. But everything else was amazing. Have a great new year! X

The hotel was wonderful the staff so friendly food great (glasses on the side for fruit juice ) but sadly so far from the Docks etc took 25 mins to walk in and back each day . If you put on a mini bus to and fro and say charged £1 each way at certain times just for the morning and afternoon. Would make the stay perfect . Will be back as soon as mini bus working 7th .

Gorgeous building, lovely decor and huge room! However the room was a bit tired, the Loo roll holder was loose, for a disabled friendly room (not requested!) the toilet was unbelievably close to the sink (which was tiny) and the tiled floor grout looked dirty and old. The whole building was very dark and the lift had broken flooring etc. Unfortunately the service from the staff was less than sufficient. We felt invisible, not being offered a drink, being told they were booked in the restaurant but clearly had room and didn't even offer a later meal time. Simply, 'you can have the same but in the bar'. Tables weren't cleaned and service very slow. Spoke to manager who to be fair did apologize but also listed all of their excuses (new staff, hospitality on its knees etc). We paid a hefty amount for our room on the last night of our honeymoon and to be honest feel very deflated with the experience. From a covid-safe point of view no one was wearing masks and no social distancing encouraged by the hotel. Whilst we appreciate it is not legal or guidance any more, having just had a week in Northern Ireland where it is still strongly encouraged by hotels and restaurants etc, it was a bit scary. Finally, other than photos of the building of the Titanic the building the hotel is now in actually used to store rum and tobacco so not sure what the Titanic connection is other than it being in Liverpool.

What a fabulous hotel. On arrival greeted by friendly and helpful staff. A bottle of chilled wine waiting for us in our room. Ample parking on site with visible security. Spacious and well maintained, individual rooms are huge with large bathrooms, bath, shower, double sink. Nice bar and restaurant, again, great staff both in the front custoner facing side as well as cleaners and chefs. My only tiny negative, no fault of the hotel was not being able to use what looked like an amazing pool and spa area. Overall, a great stay for 2 nights, comfortable room and bed and a very reasonable price.

Brilliant stay from start to finish. Car parking was available on site with plenty of spaces, small charge of £5. Check in was quick & easy the receptionist was lovely and ensured we had everything we needed. The hotel room itself was massive and to a high standard. The hotel bar was reasonably priced with lots of seating area & a good selection of drinks. Breakfast the following morning is a self service set up, food was hot and replenished regularly, tea and coffee served at your table. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful bar , restaurant and outdoor area. Very disappointed with the room. Bathroom very nice but room very very dark and lacking in layout design. Felt like rearranging the furniture. We paid more for better room but didn't feel like we got money worth. However staff we excellent and food, breakfast of high standard.. just big disappointed on bedroom.

Hotel is a lovely old building and has a great look the room was large and had lots of room . The gym is a bit small but has most of the equipment you need. The front of house staff are hit and miss some welcome you and some treat you as if you are bothering them and are not polite.

Terrible customer service and poor communication throughout. Had to rebook due to having COVID and my voucher was running out was told I could still use the voucher. Tried to cancel booking and move again due to work commitments, I received no optional dates after being told that the requested date wasn’t free. They then charged me for a room I didn’t stay in, and when disputing I wasn’t allowed to use my voucher because it was on my last booking and I hadn’t given them ‘permission’ to use it. This was a present for my 30th birthday, so I’m now out £185 and I cannot use a £150 my parents booked for this voucher.

Hotel is an old converted dockside building, the open plan reception, bar is very stunning when you first walk in, especially the light fittings. We were greeted with a smile and informed of the facilities available but not told of the money taken from our credit card as some sort of security. There was a swimming pool but this was neigh on impossible to get admission to, we never got in. We arrived in our room and the size was astronomical with a well equipped sparkling bathroom. Needless to say I nearly lost my wife in the West Wing. Could not complain about the room except the bed linen seemed cheap in comparison to the standard set by the hotel, some nice linen or cotton wouldn't go a miss. We had drinks in the bar downstairs and as we stood next to the bar on the first night the service was good. However on the second night the lady behind the bar said, "Tell me your order and we'll bring the drinks over if I remember your order". We waited and had to remind the gentleman in charge about the drinks which we got in fuel course. The restaurant was a disaster service wise (I won't go into it as there were so many faults I haven't got the time to recount them, management have been informed). The upbeat side to things was the food was so good we ate there twice (complements to the chefs). Good night sleep, quiet setting, easy access to the centre along the river and a nice feeling with relaxing decor. We would recommend it if the quality of the service in the restaurant and bar improved. Give it a try your expectations of service levels may be different to ours....Good luck.

Visited the spa. Very relaxing. Loved the candlelight hydrotherapy pool. Just two gripes drinks were not replenished, and there was no hook in the shower for towel.

Wow!!! If you want luxury, amazing food, fantastic rooms then go to the Titanic, you won't be disappointed, when we got there we'd been upgraded and the room was as big as my downstairs in my house 😂😂We paid £235.00 for dinner ( 3 course) and breakfast, a buffet where literally they had everything. Well worth the money. Will be going back in December for my anniversary.

Lovely hotel. Rooms stunning also very spacious. Though, I went for a shower before heading out for my partners birthday only for the plug to be blocked and water went all over the bathroom floor. Took just over 3 attempts to reception and 45 mins later to be sorted.. caused us to be late. Other than that, the hotel was really nice

This hotel is always our number one choice when we stay in Liverpool. Sitting just outside the city centre means it's in a quiet area, but yet it's only a 5 minute cab ride into town. The building itself is beautiful, with a superb open bar area with great food and a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the water. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed too...but the staff are what make the difference. Kind, engaging and helpful. I'd highly recommend a stay in this hotel...for either business or leisure

Booked a classic room but we were upgraded to a superior room which ended up actually too big for just two people. Twin beds and sofas were positioned in the wrong area. Far away from the TV cabinet. Bathroom was amazing. Big bath tub and large shower - the latter needed a shower rail to hold on to though for the elderly. Hot towel rail was useful to dry swimsuit. Two sinks. Maya Blue Wellness Spa was the best thermal spa experienced. The pool was big with great hydro bubbles, warm temperatures, steam room was menthol and hot. Foot spas had warm and cold buttons and both were working. Spa reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was normal. Variety of cereal. Location from city is far. Half an hour walk from hotel to Albert Dock. Overall glad I visited and stayed but only as a one off expensive treat.

Lovely hotel, lovely conversion from a mill. Although the area is a little run down and is a fair walk to the centre still worth a stay . Room was amazing very big we got upgraded to a superior. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Marcus in the restaurant. We had a lovely table by the window. Food was delicious as was the breakfast very good choice and selection. A very relaxing stay the bar is nice and comfortable and waiter service too. Will be definitely returning. Only down side I would say is the charge for parking. £8 for 24hrs but nothing to put me of staying again.

We were booked into a classic double for the evening of our wedding. When we arrived staff had already upgraded us to superior double and gave us a bottle of rosé as congratulations. Everyone, from reception staff to cleaners, was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality. Beautiful hotel. Would definitely recommend. Superior double room was stylish, comfortable and very roomy.

Great hotel and fantastic staff, to big for its own good, rooms are huge and very spacious, if you wanting cosy and intimate then the rooms are not for you. The building itself is so interesting with its history and the decor oozes an historic past of use of this building. Great place just a little too big and impersonal for me.

This is a nice hotel a bit out of the way, it’s close to the New Everton stadium that’s being built, the rooms are nice and big and to a high standard, if you want to use the thermal spa you have to pay £20 each for 2 hours. Which I think is a bit steep for this considering this is actually in the hotel. The spa its self is very nice.

Great hotel! Spacious classy decorated rooms with a brilliant service. Top notch! Location isn't very entertaining, but the car park isn't dear and off the main roads. Great bar worth visiting too!

Fabulous hotel. Awe inspiring. I was blown away by the cavernous size of it. The rooms are large due to the nature of what the warehouse used to be. The bar and food is fab, the decor is fab and the staff are very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. A few minutes drive from the city centre but only a matter of time before everything will be based around the area of Stanley Dock.

Beautiful hotel and facilities. Hotel staff were fantastic and happily helped without hesitation. The room which we had upgraded by a member of staff for free was clean warm and inviting. The spa was gorgeous I had the hot stone massage which was brilliant and my partner had the inner calm which she felt heavenly afterwards. The room service was a good quality although rather pricey. Would highly recommend a stay here and advise to make the most of what is on offer.

What an absolutely lovely afternoon we spent here today 15.10.23 celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday . Everything from the beginning was amazing . The staff were incredible and they went above and beyond to make sure our afternoon was great . The food was gorgeous , everything came out when it was meant too , everything was hot and served beautifully . The drinks were kept flowing all afternoon . Our server DEV was fantastic . He made sure everything was good and kept coming back to make sure we had enough of everything . Nothing was too much trouble for him . He also went and got the birthday cake I had brought in when we were ready for it and we were not rushed the whole time . Thank you so much, you made our afternoon a wonderful experience and we have already said we will come back again . DEV you are a credit to the team and we appreciate everything you did for us all . Thank you again .

Stayed for one night with my daughter, fantastic stay, we were upgraded from classic to superior at no cost. The room was huge and the beds very comfortable. Loved the shower. We purchased a one night package deal which included dinner, bed, breakfast. The price was very good! (I think it was £140 off the top of my head, don’t quote me on this though). Upon arrival we had a room upgraded free of charge. The hotel was unique and had authentic looking staff. We had a gym workout and a swim in the basement which was great! The evening three course dinner was brilliant. Me and my partner had a burger each which left us full and satisfied but not feeling bloated and sluggish (I feel this can be difficult to achieve with a burger). Defiantly recommend, well done.

Went to a wedding fair here recently mainly to look at the incredible building. Beautifully decorated inside and outside some historic features to see. Its a great venue with outside seating looking out over the tobacco warehouse and dock. We were well looked after at the fair which was in the rum factory. Walked across the street to look at the new Everton stadium and the Dock and learn about its history. Parking is cheap and on site if you fancy a meal or a drink for a few hours. or a nosy at the stadium and historic elements of this area.

Went on a sap break stayed the night everything from the food to the service and the atmosphere was just wonderful. From walking into a history lesson to the original feature of the building. We have stayed here twice now and love the hotel. Staff friendly and a beautiful building. We couldn’t fault anything else except the ‘brick dust’ that falls from the brick roof. There is a card in the room that covers the hotel by saying the bricks let out dust. Dust we were trying to get to sleep and there was chunks of brick falling on us about 3cm Wide. We would shake it off and then 2 seconds later there would be more, it was like sleeping with crumbs. My partner sleeps on his back and ended up with it on his face. Thankfully it didn’t go in his eyes or mouth. We spoke to reception at 1:30am and they explained that this is how the owners want the hotel. I can’t understand why the hotel wouldn’t just buy interior brick sealer to protect the bricks and the customers. I would still recommend this hotel thought. The love docks package is good value

Stayed for one night with a friend. The building itself is beautiful, with a superb open bar area and a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the water. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed, too. We were upgraded on arrival, which was a lovely touch. We did had a few problems with the service, for instance we were told to stay seated rather than go to the bar to order drinks but the staff took such a long time to come and take our order...I also order a water which I'm actually still waiting for. The room was beautiful but was absolutely red hot, we found that the air con did nothing to help cool it down so we asked for a fan which I was told they would bring to up to us, this like the water is something I'm still waiting for. Because of this, we had a terrible night's sleep and for these reasons I probably wouldn't return!!! Also, it's a shame the residents don't get priority to use the Spa area. This was fully booked up due to people booking who weren't staying in the hotel.

Had a lovely night here. The rooms are amazing, and the service from staff was second to none. Highly recommend this place . There is a very nice little pub/restaurant about a five minute walk from the hotel called Ten Street Social, a bit cheaper than the hotel and a very nice vibe.

Incredible building and brilliant sized rooms. Few extra touches would have been good like bath robes and mini bar but overall a good hotel with lots of character. Breakfast really disappointing in terms of service. A lack of supervision of staff to ensure all tables looked after. Had to ask twice for tea and coffee as that is table service only with many other tables going without.

The Titanic Hotel is a fabulous hotel to stay in. Myself and my wife are frequent visitors and can't recommend this place highly enough. We have had the pleasure of staying in hotels all over the world and this place is definitelyin my top 5. Special recognition should go to the concierge Damien. Fantastic guy and will do anything he can to make your stay enjoyable. Lorraine and all the bar staff are superb. Lorraine is very attentive and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Finally Neil.....he is one of real nice guys on the planet and is well worthy of his recent promotion. All the staff are a real credit to the hotel and share a passion for their customers that is second to none. Nothing more to say really but book the titanic, you won't regret it

A relaxed hotel near the docks. It's a little informal in places, but the rooms were comfy and the welcome was warm. We booked in for two nights in a 'superior' room - fab bathroom and bed plus a decent sofa and coffee table. Included breakfast was okay, and the Maya Blue Spa was really nice, would recommend booking that to avoid disappointment.

Would have given 10 stars if I could! The hotel is extremely impressive, we loved all the titanic memorabilia. Our room was beautiful, very big everything we would need and the bed was very comfy, we slept like babies! The restaurant was beautiful very well laid out and we both agreed that it was the best meal we have ever had. The breakfast was also 10/10. And the spa! We felt like celebrities, we already can’t wait for our next visit.

Spent 3 nights at the gorgeous Titanic Hotel for my birthday. The building itself is beautiful! Rooms are huge and spacious. Loved the addition of a bathtub too! We also booked a trip to the Spa and enjoyed the jacuzzi pool followed by an hours couple massage! Would not hesitate to book again when staying in Liverpool. It is pricey but worth it in my opinion 👍🏽

Myself and my girlfriend bought the 'love on the docks' deal for a night away from work, fair to say that it was very worth it, the room we stayed in was exceptional, very spacious, clean and comfortable with a perfect bathroom, the desk staff that checked us in were fantastic, very approachable and friendly. Instead of leaving the hotel to eat we stayed and ate at the restaurant, the food was great, quite pricey but for the quality and overall experience it was very much worth it. Finally, the morning after our stay we decided to use the thermal spa facilities which were very well needed, the pool, sauna and changing facilities were all top notch, the lady on the desk was very friendly and informative and made us feel very welcome. Overall a brilliant experience, would highly recommend, and I look forward to our next stay, hopefully for longer this time!

Visited for afternoon tea. Cakes and scones good, sandwich bread slightly dried out. Hot drinks good, prosecco moderate. Service variable: partly excellent, at times not very timely or expert. At the price, things just needed to be a bit better. Atmosphere good. I personally enjoyed the view across the Dock very much. Parking on site is charged, but in fact there is free parking in the road outside.

It brings me so much pleasure and Delight to Rate this beautiful hotel.. from the greeting when we arrived to our amazingly large room awesome swimming pool and sauna and our meals were the most yummy thing I've eaten in a restaurant! So much to see and do and great history from what Neil the manager was telling me and my wife, can't wait to visit again 10/10..

Absolutely stunning building with an interesting past. They kept the original features so the rooms were huge due to the building being an old warehouse. We had a view of the docks and it was lovely to see the industrial side of Liverpool. The location of the hotel was a little out from the city centre but was only a 10min Uber ride or a 30min walk so it wasn’t an issue.

Staff were very friendly and as this was our first trip to Liverpool they were able to recommend some great places to go, very helpful!

Lovely hotel. Rooms luxurious and staff so friendly. Great value, good drinks menu and decorated beautifully. Comfy bed, large bath and shower, spotlessly clean. Will definitely be back

Upmarket hotel in a fascinating part of Liverpool but it’s missing some of the basics for the price. It’s a beautiful building brought back to life in a well- considered and well-designed way. However, for £440 for 2 nights in a superior dockside room, things were just not up to the looks: no robes in the rooms, no mini-bar and one serving of coffee and mineral water each. The room itself needed to be ‘zoned’ better: the sofa, armchair and coffee table were marooned in an ocean of carpet.

Great hotel. Our room had a door next to our bed and you could hear every word the neighbours are saying. Fantastic very fun

Brilliant stay at the Titanic. There was a very warm welcome at reception. The room was amazing, never stayed anywhere like it! The breakfast was great. Will definitely want to stay again

Hotel is fantastic. Our superior room was very spacious with a separate bath and shower. Rooms well appointed with exposed brick ceiling. Ate evening meal in hotel restaurant, although choice limited food was excellent. Staff were attentive, very polite and helpful. Overall experience was fantastic and will definitely stay again.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it. The hotel is incredible! It's clean, sophisticated and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff are fabulous especially Timmy on the bar in the main reception area. He is a credit to the hotel and was extremely helpful approachable and polite. I would certainly return to this hotel and most definitely

Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This web site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you won't be let down. Fantastic hotel... room was amazing, furnished beautifully throughout. Really enjoyed breakfast. Parking onsite for £8 a day, a 20 minute walk away from Albert Dock. Really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.

What I can tell you from our stay, is that while a lot of these reviews will no doubt say this is not a city centre hotel, this is exactly why you should stay here for the ultimate Liverpool experience in hospitality! Just outside the city centre (but feel free to correct that Titanic Hotel!) and based at Stanley Dock, it is very clear that this historic building has the space to work with, and they do so fantastically! They provide a unique experience that a city centre hotel with limited space simply cannot! Our standard room was by far the best standard room we are ever likely to experience at any hotel! A very large room with air conditioning, coffee pod machine (!), large sofa, large coffee table, a king bed which is bigger than our king bed at home (which my partner likened to sleeping on a cloud!), are just some of the amenities that awaited us! Although the hotel retains a rustic feel, it is very clear that modern investment has been spent where it is needed, such as our fantastic bathroom with two sinks, a large walk-in shower and bath and heated towel rail! Great food at the bar and restaurant, which both centre around the hotel’s historic location! My partner particularly notes all staff could not do enough for us! It is worth of course bearing in mind the obvious convenience of easily driving and parking up at the hotel with it being just outside the city centre! We were staying to watch one of the semi-final rehearsals of Eurovision (yes we know how lucky we are!), and it was very clear why this hotel was chosen as one of the delegations meeting points for accommodation! We will thoroughly be recommending!

Stayed here last night. Place is lovely and the rooms are huge. Bed was so so so comfy. Warning though. You have to book the restaurant downstairs in advance, we got turned away and it wasn't busy. The lady at reception failed to tell us we had to pre book so heads up. The view at the front of the hotel isn't the best if your looking for views. You have to pay for parking too! And at one point we had nowhere to park. I'd give it a 7/10. It was lovely but I wasn't overwhelmed with excitement. But again the bed was out of this world and unbelievably comfortable! Definitely worth visiting when in Liverpool xx

We booked a superior dockside room, spacious and a fantastic view. However I was woken a couple times during the night by a member of staff pushing a industrial bin full of bottles over the cobbles below my window. This happened at 1am and again at 2am waking me for the second time. I did complain to reception but was told it was the only opportunity they had to do it during the day! My advice - do not book a dockside room. If you want to go swimming - they charge guests £20 each. This was a total rip off as the pool is absolutely tiny. I’ve never in my life as a guest had to pay to use the pool. The food at dinner and breakfast was fantastic. I have to say I’ve stayed at better hotels for less money.

Fantastic stay in a very unique building. Wonderful welcoming staff, stunning lobby and large wonderfully decorated rooms. Amazing night’s sleep at the Titanic hotel. The bar is fantastic and reasonably priced. Cannot wait to return. What a great experience - everything was brilliant.

We booked here as our city centre hotel cancelled on us last minute. The staff are very professional and attentive, the hotel has been sympathetically restored keeping many of its original features on show. The rooms are nice and large with vaulted ceilings. The weather was overcast we we stayed which made the room feel gloomy even with the lights on, minor detail though for a short stay

What a beautiful hotel. The largest 'standard' or 'classic' room I've ever stayed in & beautifully appointed. A very impressive bathroom - huge and also appointed with nice modern fittings. Plus fridge in room as standard & plenty of clothes hanging space. We were also lucky to have an end room with views over the docks & the river. The hallways are all huge & keep all the character of the original building

The hotel is great, huge rooms and located in an historically interesting part of Liverpool which was a medium distance walk from the centre of town. The restaurant was underwhelming serving standard pub fayre but that was my only minor grumble. The staff in the bar were superb; friendly and attentive, the drink prices were reasonable for a hotel and the May Blue Wellness Centre was an ideal hangover cure! Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a couple of nights. The room we had was absolutely fantastic. The staff here couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The decor is fantastic, the spa is phenomenal, the food is beautiful. I can't wait to go back.

Amazing stay. Friendly staff, unique building, best breakfast around. The spa and gym are good (the gym is fine for a hotel gym but don't expect a full gym experience). Went with my wife and we were astounded by the size of the rooms, THEY'RE HUGE! The breakfast is generous, varied and well cooked. There's a good selection of gluten free cereal too. The only draw back is the location. It's about 30 minutes walking to town.

This is a converted warehouse at the end of a fairly long stretch of derelict land. Much of the walk from the central Waterfront is dreary and might concern some people of a nervous disposition after dark. Taxi fares will be £6+ each way. Our Superior Double looking over Stanley Dock was enormous, as was the superb bathroom. The very large bed was most comfortable but the basic sofa wasn't. Lighting in the room was inedquate and to read in comfort one had to sit on the bed and use wall-lights. Corridors were very long and wide and, again, badly lit. The room doors are in alcoves so finding the right place for the key card wasn't easy. Public areas are spacious and comfortable and we were happy with the service in the bar and with the good sandwiches provided. We didn't manage to eat in the restaurant. This is a potentially excellent hotel let down by location and bad lighting and I would normally rate it 3.5 stars. I've rated it 4 star because of the wonderful staff. When I became unwell during the stay the Reception staff arranged medical advice and kept an eye on me meanwhile. They also helped us pack when we left a couple of days later and drove us to the local A&E Dept. They deserve great credit.

The hallways are all huge & keep all the character of the original building. The whole ground floor - reception, bar, seating areas and restaurant are also incredibly impressive - huge spaces and again -beautifully appointed. Theres really very little I can fault. The only two minor mentions - we booked a package & we're told over the phone that it included a bottle of wine AND dinner for both nights included. This seemed too good to be true & when we arrived it turns out we were told incorrectly & in fact dinner wasn't included. It wasn't a biggie - we did have breakfast included & we did get a bottle of wine. That misunderstanding aside, the only slight negative is the location. Whilst the immediate surrounding setting is lovely - with the small dock & the historic tobacco warehouse opposite, the actual city centre is around a 20-25 minute walk along a fairly desolate street. Whilst not a ridiculous distance, if you plan on going to and from the city centre you either need to enjoy walking & allow the time or be prepared for a few taxi trips. Overall though a fantastic experience - a hotel I would thoroughly recommend & would re-visit in the future.

We stayed at the Titanic Hotel for my 50th Birthday Celebrations. It was amazing from start to finish. It was our first time at the hotel we were made welcome on arrival. All of the staff are a credit to the hotel very polite, very helpful. The room was clean and lovely. Food in the restaurant was amazing too. Young lady who was looking after us is absolute credit to you (Mia). Thank you for amazing stay. Martyn & Angela kenyon

Took my lovely daughter here for afternoon tea, scones cream and jam, sandwiches and decaf tea were great. Selection of sweet treats not anything special, my frangipane and pear tart was too dry for me. No room left for the 2 other sweet treats so they gave us a small container to take them home in.
