    Visited the Southall branch during lockdown and was appalled by how the branch manager was talking to customers, especially older ones and children. I asked staff at the counter what her name was and they mentioned the name Ravinder. I witnessed a bust up between her and customers. Manager seems to lack customer service skills and general knowledge. The other staff seem ok ... just bad a branch manager.

    Poor Customer Service, they don’t know how to deal with customer. On call they schedule appointments and waste customer’s time and when a person reach there then they will say that we can’t open account. They even don’t have proper excuse to waste someone’s time.

    The service I received on 16/07/2021 @ 03:30 , Barclays Bank Southall branch, from one of the female staff was okey in one sense, she helped me for a cheque clearence, on the other hand she was very rude and complained about my baby that my baby tried to push her , my kid was actually sitting in her own pram. And she didn't forget me to advise to teach my little one about manners. I was really wondering how did she think that my one and half year old baby purposefully tried to hurt her!!!!!

    None of the staff know how to talk to customers. I went in for ID verification where Milly kept asking why I wanted to open an account with Barclays in such a rude way, the polish lady also kept interrogated me about opening an account with them. Ridiculously didn’t even open the account for me and I had to leave. Went to another branch where they didn’t even ask why I needed the account and were so nice.

    I visited Barclays bank today and the one of staff member was very very very very nice and helpful.I actually forget his full name but his name was like sid something.He guides me very well.I really appreciate his service and his way of talking was very polite.

    I spoke to Vikesh Tailor today at the Southall Branch. I had about 6 different enquiries. Vikesh came across as very confident and knowledgeable in what Barclays offers as he was able to answer all my questions.. leaving me well informed and happy. Doesn't happen everyday. Vikesh was calm, his tone of voice I could tell he is truly listening and engaging with me. He was just brilliant and I could sense that he likes what he does. His customer service skills was Top Notch, it came out quite naturally..Thank you Vikesh

    The customer service experience that my mother received today from the staff at Barclays Bank, Southall was exemplary. The staff went that extra mile to make sure that all her banking needs were met and made her feel comfortable during her visit. Aaron Sandhu was one of the several individuals who ensured that the more vulnerable customers were dealt with empathically and professionally during this lockdown. A big thank you to all the staff at Barclays Southall who are coping well under the current circumstances and have maintained not only the expected service but exceeded this by far.

    I went to Barclays Southall today and was so pleased with the amazing service they provided me even though it was busy. I can see everyone was trying their best to help customers and Gurpreet in particular who assisted me gave me amazing service.     The service that was delivered by the Southall team was exceptional. Special thanks to Dillan, for the warm and friendly welcome, as well as helping me with what I came to do, he exceeded my expectations and aslo persuaded me to get mobile banking. I cannot believe that I haven't had mobile banking beofre, Dillan showed me all the things that could be done on this one simple app. Thank you Dillan, you have changed and made banking simple for me.
