Everyone in our family use PSM for flu and covid vaccinations. They are available for both booked appointments and walk-ins (at least now!), they are friendly, helpful and the person giving the vaccinations is good at distracting you so that you barely realise it’s happened. Perfect.

My first time using this pharmacy. Superb, friendly, efficient service for my walk-in booster jab today. Highly recommend. In and out in 5 minutes. Needed to sit for 15minutes after the booster. The service here is like a well oiled machine. Couldn't have asked for better. Well done PSM!

Before going, I was wondering how a pharmacy can have such high rating, especially when others have around 3 points. Went there for my vaccination and saw why. They were sooo kind, friendly and professional. Due to my special situation, I had some questions. Got satisfactory answers to all of them. Cannot thank and recommend enough! 💯

Covid vaccine done efficiently but disappointed no masks were worn by anyone , staff or patients. As it is open to vulnerable and immunocompromised (like me) it was not great.

My family had the first two COVID 19 jabs there with Pfizer and there was no problem. When we went for our booster they said that they have Moderna but it is the same. When I've asked what side effect we can expect the doctor make me sure that it won't be any side effects. Me and my husband refused to have a vaccination but my son has decided to have it. The next day he received a terrible reaction with palpitation, low blood pressure and vomiting. It is not like Pfiser and you should stop offering it. From another pharmacy we understand that is common to have these side effects from this vaccine. Only because is cheaper doesn't mean that is good enough for the people!

Don't bother with Boots at New Malden - people think because they are a big corporation that they are better but don't be fooled- they are not accountable

Rang this morning after receiving NHS text telling me that I can now book for the Covid19 booster jab & was informed that I could call in without appointment which I did & had it done. We came to get our second vaccine dose. We arrived and the team has been friendly, helpful, kind and efficient. We were in and out in 10 minutes, plus 10 minutes to check we were okay after the jab. Such a fantastic experience - thank you!!
