Came into the shop today, the lady was really helpful she talked us the whole way through and had amazing communication skills was very patient too

Started off promising, dresses were nice, staff were somewhat friendly. Took my three bridesmaids in for a fitting and let them choose their own dresses and we picked dusky pink to fit the theme of the wedding. Paid almost £200 each for the dresses, and were promised they'd be ready between 1-2 months before the wedding day. After three months I thought I'd give them a call to check up on the dresses and they told me to call back a few weeks later. I called them a month before my wedding and they informed me there was a problem with the dye, and they'll try to get them sorted as soon as possible. I got quite stressed after not hearing back for another couple of weeks so I asked a Bridesmaid to chase them up and two weeks before the wedding they still weren't ready. They were also quite rude and abrupt to my bridesmaid over the phone and a week before my wedding after calling them numerous times my husband to be stepped in and called them himself. He asked what was going on and they told him the dresses would be ready 3 days before the wedding. By this point I had absolutely no time to go and find other dresses. Myself and my daughter went to the shop TWO days before the wedding, to be presented with bright orange dresses that didn't match the colour we had chosen. We had no apology, no one had kept us updated or admitted they were at fault at an earlier time so we could figure out a solution. My daughters dress didn't even fit, so had to book an emergency appointment with a seamstress, who showed me the bottom of the dress's underlayer and it was a mess! It wasn't even cut neatly at the bottom and was completely different lengths! Instead of paying for the seamstress to neaten it up (which I can't stress enough what a mess it was in underneath) my partner drove back down to the shop and asked for a refund for all three dresses and luckily we found some stunning dresses in Lipsy the day before! Was also informed by the seamstress the material was quite cheap and most likely from China, which costs roughly £30 to make. Complete rip off, would give 0 stars if I could.

Bought my 6 bridesmaids dresses from here in a custom colour, custom fit. Communication with thr company throughout. Absolutely loved them, more because each bridesmaid felt comfortable wearing them their own way. Great quality for the price.

I ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses from Sexyher. I wanted everyone to be able to choose a style they felt comfortable in and I am really glad I went with Sexyher. We all visited the Showroom to try on different styles. It was a Saturday morning and the Showroom was quite busy with different group. I was slightly disappointed that some of the styles advertised online were not available to try on in store - so if there is a particular style you are interested in, do get in touch in advance to check it will be available. However, there was a great range and everyone found a dress they were happy with. We were able to get some dresses in a longer length for the taller bridesmaids for only £10 extra. My dresses arrived in good time and were excellent quality. There was a sizing issue with one of the dresses and I was impressed with the customer service - a replacement dress was sent very quickly. On the day my bridesmaids looked beautiful and the dresses were fantastic. I would highly recommend Sexyher to any bride looking for quality dresses at very good prices!

Took a trip to sexyher dresses today to buy my prom dress. I was assisted by Jade she was brilliant. There was no issues on finding a dress she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Would highly recommend, there are well organised and very polite.

Went prom dress shopping at Sexyher Dresses and had a great appointment. The staff member explained how the appointment should operate and then allowed us to get on with the trying on. She was always available when we had any questions and was really knowledgeable. Did not feel any pressure during the hour appointment and there's a good range of dresses to try from. They also note your school and dress choice so that no one else will be wearing your prom dress on the night!! I would highly recommend a visit to this store, well worth it, a really nice experience.

Nothing but 5 stars from me. Found my Daughter's dress within minutes, Although there's such a variety of gorgeous dresses it was hard to just buy one! Thank you guys for outstanding customer service and making my daughter the happiest most confident girl at her prom!

I got my 3 beautiful bridesmaid dresses from here and would definitely recommend them! My 3 bridesmaids were all completely different shapes/sizes and heights yet all were able to try on dresses in the shop. The colour choice is outstanding! My girls decided on a dress and all arrived in time. Unfortunately there was not the right size for my maid of honour to try on in the style they chose. This led to dress being too small when it arrived. However the shop was incredible and made time to alter it, including using a sample dress from the shop as it was too late to order in fabric. I am so grateful as I had my heart set on all matching. Loads of people commented on how beautiful the dresses were!

Searched everywhere for an evening gown for wedding, and only found what I liked in this shop. Good variety in display. Very friendly and helpful assistance from Lee. A very honest lady. Gave me her honest opinion when I tried clothes on.

came in today to buy a dress for my prom which is two days after this purchase. the customer service was amazing, giving me different options to try out. the staff also offered a very quick alteration for the next day so i could have my dress in time. i could not recommend this store enough, thank you for everything!

My daughter had her prom coming up after searching high and low for her outfit we came across this shop wow what can l actually say the shop assistant was very hands on and extremely helpful my daughter looked like a princess on the day even being chosen as the prom Queen on the day

My youngest daughter will be attending her prom in early July so, after much deliberation, we decided to go to Sexyher Dresses having seen it from the bus over the last number of weeks as we went to and from Croydon. We didn't realise that we needed to make an appointment and felt very disappointed but the lady who worked there managed to fit us in a little later that morning. My daughter fell in love with a very simple, but beautiful dress that was in the window but we wanted to see everything else too. There were so many dresses of all colours and styles to suit anyone's requirements. You are allowed an hour to try on as many dresses as you like - the fitting room is spacious and everything is beautifully clean. As it turned out, the dress in the window was "the one" and I don't think I've ever seen my daughter so happy, the joy quite literally shone from her. One thing that we really liked was that the shop keeps a list of the dress purchased the school attended so that they don't sell the same dress to another person - we thought that was a really lovely touch. My daughter is thrilled with her dress, we're going back to have the length altered by their in-house alterations person. I wish so much that I'd known about this beautiful shop when my eldest daughter was looking for a prom dress, it would have saved me a lot of stress.

Could not be happier with the service provided! I came to Sexyher for my daughters prom dress, I'm not afraid to admit SHE IS A NIGHTMARE! So picky and a little insecure. Jade helped make her feel so comfortable and gave us such a variety of dresses to choose from, my daughter was sceptical at first but once she see the dresses her walls were down and she was a much happier teenager! such gorgeous dresses and such a lovely service from beginning to end. thanks alot guys I will be back for my youngest prom in a few years!!!

Lovely dresses, good quality. Make sure you ask for an itemised invoice/ receipt afterwards as they will not give you this automatically. Had to wait for delivery to find out sashes had been missed off the order. When I called the person on the phone was nice, however could hear (I assume) the manager in the background with a very bad attitude. I asked to reorder and was told it was £30 extra for a rush order to be delivered in 45 days (which is within their usual delivery time anyway). for 2 bits of ribbon its taking the biscuit.

Wonderful customer service. My daughter suddenly changed her mind and wanted a last minute prom dress - on the actual day of the prom!!! Despite being very busy they accommodated us, were very helpful - and more importantly, very patient! Having tried on several gorgeous dresses, we luckily found one that did not need altering, but they had said they could make any last minute alterations for us had we needed it - which in light of it being needed same day, was definitely above and beyond. The variety of dresses available on the rack was impressive, in colour, size and style, and they can tailor make may more. The prices were also a lot more reasonable than anywhere else we have seen, especially for the quality. We will definitely be using again - although maybe not so last minute next time :) Thank you!

We had an appointment booked in just after restrictions were lifted. Lyne was very patient with us and helped us choose other styles as we tried on our preferred outfits. I have shopped here since 2010! The new store location is very convenient too!

My daughter was informed at short notice that year 11 would have their Prom in 5 weeks time. Online websites couldn't guarantee delivery in time. We looked online, made an appointment and visited the store. My daughter was really happy with her choice and pleased that no other girl would have it as Sexyher records school and Prom date. Sexyher was really helpful and had a great selection of dresses. Thanks Sexyher!! Talsaltered the dress length once we'd chosen the shoes..

Went to buy a wedding dress for civil wedding. I was welcome by two amazing staff members which wher just amazing throughout my visit. I bought amazing dress and jewellery piece to compliment the dress. Ladies you are just amazing thank you for you help.
