I was in search of NCP car park across London before congestion zone , but the reviews were very bad since I read many scenarios where cars winshields were broken by thieves even thought NCP claims the car park is secure. I didn't want to put my rented car and valuable under risk and chose qpark even though it was expensive but I would get a peace of mind. The car park is very safe. You can see staffs there sometimes but the gates will be open only with the cards or by calling the assistance and stating the car number and verification. There were many supercars stored inside this car park ,oh my God . For me for staying 5 hours plus they charged me 41 pounds. There are toilets and EV charging stations as well. From this park you can walk to Hyde Park and metros

1 star only because I can't give it a negative score. Do yourself a favour and don't use Q Park. The car parks themselves are alright and the pre-book entry and exit system works well enough BUT if you arrive 1 minute early they will charge you for over parking, even if you leave early. I arrived 2 mins and 9 seconds ahead of my booked time, left an hour and half earlier than booked and got charged £8.00. How on earth anyone can be expected to arrive exactly on time in London traffic on a Bank Holiday Weekend is beyond me. Park Lank or Marble Arch are places where you can drive slow or loiter waiting for a parking time! I appealed through there refund system and got a bland response referring to their Terms and Conditions. I used NCP the day before, arrived 20 mins early and wasn't charged a penny. Use NCP, do NOT use Q Park unless you have split second timing!

Fantastic place to park, pre booked for a gig at Hyde Park, breezed in with automated entry, big easy lanes and easy to find a space, 2 minutes later we're walkinh in Hyde Park....leaving was just as easy, no waiting no queueing just straight out... Massive negative though, the wife said the ladies loo is disgusting and this obviously needs addressing for 5 stars

Fantastic place to park. Secure and bays are big enough for most cars/SUVs Just outside of the congestion zone. We used it for getting to Winter wonderland. Found a discount code online which made it £36. Worked out much cheaper than the bus or train from Oxford.

Nice car park in a good location, reason for the low number of stars is the extortionate extra charges for over stay on a pre booking, we park here when visiting GOSH for appointments for my daughter as we like the Carpark, it’s outside the congestion zone and is only a 40min walk. I booked 5 hours, we arrived slightly late due to traffic and left 3 mins after 5 hours of parking (hospital appointment ran over) and I got charged £9! Plenty of available parking so can’t use the excuse that other guests who booked couldn’t park. We will seriously reconsider where we park for future appointments.

Easy to find & enter, no problems with barriers, recognised my reg number and simply opened. Plenty of car park spaces. After a long drive we needed the ‘facilities’ - these were out of order. We attended an event, everyone leaving at the same time, long delays. I think they could have organised that better, one poor chap trying to deal with everyone’s issues. Once out of car park exit onto Park Lane was easy. Unfortunately the walkway / stairs down to the car park was well disgusting, very dark and absolutely stinking. Just glad there were plenty of people around. So car park itself good, felt clean & secure but access and facilities could’ve been better . . .

A surreal place, famous as used for a film location in the opening scene of 'The Prisoner ' TV series starring Patrick McGoohan in 1966.

Wouldn’t use this car park they advertise they are “out of the congestion zone” once we arrived there were cones and signs saying car park entrance closed. Then forcing you to enter via park lane and having to pay a congestion charge + ULEZ on top of the £45 pre booking.

Large spaces for normal car.Loads of disabled spaces and loads of electric charging bays. Toilets very clean. Staff very helpful last night as theatre stamp did not register when paying.

The price is a lot more than what I’m used to paying for parking but with the location can’t really complain. On the plus side you get to see some of the most amazing cars and use public transport which is a lot faster in this area (during the day).

My go to Car Park in town. Secure, clean, good facilities and friendly team, when you see them ! Always plenty of spaces to use and it’s outside the congestion charge zone Recommended!

Ridiculous experience. Booking taken for 1 July but road closures for the Pride event meant the car park was inaccessible due to not being able to get across Park Lane. The police told us we couldn’t get there after we spent over an hour looking for a road to be able to get across. The blooming should not have been accepted! Expecting a full refund.

The automation of pre-booking is convenient but an absolute “ripoff” in terms of pricing. You are forced to accept an over charge if you arrive or depart outside the hours (timing) of your booking. I booked from 0900-1600 but arrived 28 mins early at 0832 and departed 1 hour earlier than booked at 14:59 and received a £9.00 surcharge! Extortionate in my view.

Nice, big underground car park. Price: it's London, what do you expect? It can be found cheaper somewhere further along Park Lane.. One negative point: There are toilets, but they are locked with a number, which the women on the line seem to know but it didn't work, and we tried everything. A pitstop before driving an hour out of London would have been nice.. Thx for the reply!! I can’t remember a month later if we got a ticket after we made a reservation online and drove in by ANPR.

😠 We chose this car park as it was the closest one to Bond Street and it's advertised as secure. We pre booked it the day before and planned a shopping day out. Upon arrival it looked really secure with CCTV, it had some expensive cars parked around and we could see that you can only enter with a tick...

😠 Wish I could leave no Stars, I parked there yesterday and literally can not believe how they are ripping people off with their parking fees. 😠 I purchased a flexi120 ticket for this car park in December. None of the ANPR system seemed to work and the buzzer at the gate needed to be used to get out most of the time, although I had to sit there and wait for up to 10 minutes some nights as there didn't seem to be anyone on the other end. They...
