Went to buy 3 custom made curtains, same material, for 1 room, so needed to be pattern matched or would look odd. Dunelm t&c were that they would try to match, but if they couldn't do it, we would still have to pay.

Good fast service. Nice refreshments. Clean toilets.

Yes I was at dunelm this afternoon I sow think I was looking four the prices was not bad . So sum time I will return back for the stuff. The place was big and staff were very friendly.

Good products, helpful staff. But made to measure curtains, they won't ensure pattern match across 2 windows for same room.

Shopping assistant was superb, what I couldn't get in store was ordered and delivered, all excellent quality. Really excellent excperience

Returned 2 packs of curtain rings that were too narrow in diameter. Past return date of 28 days but assistant was ever so friendly and returned cash and card money. Very good cust service.

I didn’t want this to go unnoticed. It’s nice to see retailers trying to accommodate those with unseen battles. This is great, if not an attempt at showing your customers that you’re trying. Many should follow suit. Good job :)

Carlisle store staff absolutely super so helpful nothing to much trouble. Wanted 2pairs of curtains the same only one on the shelf the assistant immediately offered to order them for me after apologising that there wasn't 2. Thank you. Went and had a cuppa and sandwich again staff brilliant. Bought a couple of items elsewhere in the store checkout staff lovely. All staff very pleasant and cheerful. Thank you Carlisle

I love mooching about in this store. So many lovely and useful items. My first call for anything for the home

Great shop with some great prices. Only down side is there is no parent and child parking available. So you either have to park as far away as possible in hopes no one parks next to you or try and squeeze your child out and in without hitting the car next to you with your door.

Worth a look now n again especially if it's the type of shop you don't usually go in. The prices weren't bad either.

Poor signage, tight, high, cramped ailes, very difficult to navigate. They have a small amount of bedding on the ground floor leading us to search half the ground floor for the rest of it, only to get to the stairs for the second floor and see a sign there saying it was on the second floor. From the second floor we could better navigate the ground floor as we could see down to it.

Very disappointed with the staff attitude. Went looking for made to measure curtains, I asked the chap for help, when I said what I was looking for, he informed me that they didn't have the colour and left me standing and picked up the phone to call someone, which wasn't anyone to help me. Didn't offer to show me any ready mades that could be altered. Really disappointed.

Don’t advise anyone going in this store unless you’re all suited and booted… certainly not shorts or trainers… we were discriminated for wearing these we were followed and watched around the store. Didn’t make us feel comfortable at all!!! We’ve shopped in this store a lot of time but won’t be anymore!

Lots of household stuff here; good quality and reasonable pricing👍🏼
