Quality and customer service have gone downhill. Consistency is watery, light bland gelato. Glacé morello cherries in the amerena flavour are too sickly sweet, though the cream base is nice as it has egg. Limited variety. Bought a single plain vanilla cone today, and the salesperson didn’t know how to master the floral presentation. Took her twice as long than her male colleague who managed two massive multi-flavoured cones. By the time she finished, she gave me an unhygienic mess of a bud with a third of the ice cream missing. Kept dipping the metal spatula in contaminated water. Petals falling off… Hopeless. And for this half scoop watery vanilla gelato on a hard commercial waffle cone for £4.80. Imbalanced combination. Never again.

This a great place to visit for ice cream. They have good variety of flavours and it is both tasty and attractive when they make the ice cream like a flower. If the staff are nice, they can let you pick as many flavours as you want making a colourful design. The only drawback of this place was that the toilet was dirty and the sink was blocked.

The ice-cream is delicious and the service was good, however, this location has the worst hygiene and cleanliness! Although it is spacious with many seating to accommodate groups, it was dusty and dirty. It was not busy though.

Yummy ice cream & desserts. The fact that they are open till late is great too. Staff always helpful and let you try a few flavours before deciding. They also have a small seating area upstairs!

Chocolate and hazelnut icecream were yum.. pistachio milkshake was just ok.

Came here during Chelsea in bloom and loved it! There are so many flavours to choose from, we got lemon and mango sorbet for one cup and tiramisu and stracciatella for the second. We also got a tiramisu gelato macaron. Honestly cannot recommend enough, all the flavours we tried were super delicious.

We ordered waffles for 9.70 pounds, I didn't want cream, I asked for 1 scoop of ice cream instead, they didn't give it. It's not a generous company at all.

Don't order from the machines inside. Mid afternoon on Sat we ordered a single scoop, there were four people ahead of us who ordered waffles which meant we waited 17minutes (I checked my receipt) for our ice cream, without acknowledgement or apology from the server. She was alone but in my opinion could have gone faster or acknowledged the wait. If we hadn't pre-ordered I'd have left long before that

Amorino offers fresh ice cream with a wide array of flavors. The most captivating part is their ice cream shaped like a beautiful rose, where each petal can be a different flavor. It’s quite impressive !

I went to the Chelsea branch and ordered a hot chocolate! It was so thick, I absolutely loved it! Much better quality compared to Starbucks or Costa’s watered down version! Perfect for winter and they have so many options which I found amazing!

Staff were friendly. One out of two waffles I ordered was great, the other one looked like it was done by a trainee. It was drowned in caramel sauce & had small scoops of ice cream. Not impressed as they are quite expensive. Giant macaroons have a wierd taste in the filling. I love Amorino but not sure if I'd come back to this one.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! I love the fact that I am not limited in my choices of flavours... I love the fact that they have so many delicious vegan options! Seriously, the best joy that will brighten up any low day.

Very nice but expensive, 3.90£ for a small cup of ice cream. However, expensive, the ice cream were really nice, I ordered pistachio and lemon and the pistachio was delicious. They have extra seating space upstairs with small selection of books for the clients to read, which in my opinion it's a nice touch. The service was nice as well.

Love Amorimo gelato. The staff are really lovely and kind. They also try to be as fast as they can to serve everyone quickly. They have a good variety of douceurs. There’s something for everyone

Very very busy, but worth waiting! Delicious, beautifully presented, very tasty. Polite staff working very hard to satisfy all the people desperately waiting for their ice cream ;)
