Shawn and Toni are amazing guides and gave us a wonderful experience. My partner and I were kayak newbies, and Toni just gave us clear and easy instructions. We both get familiar with our boat very quickly and had great fun. Toni also help us took great pictures of the view and the two of us along the way, and we had fun conversations as well. Last but not least, I'll have to mention that Shawn and Toni offers to take us out on the Christmas day which became our special Christmas memory and transformed us into kayak hobbyist😂, even though they could choose to spend the time with their friends and families on nicer things. 100% recommended!

I surprised my husband for his birthday with many water activities and kayaking was one of them. He’s never done it before but loved it! Nikki was a sweetheart and took pictures anytime we asked. She was very patient with us and really made it a beautiful experience. Her fun facts she shared with us while kayaking was educational and we enjoyed it. We will definitely come back because the experience was the best!

Shawn and Toni are the best!! My friends and I took the sunrise trip with them, and it is easily our favorite things that we have done during our myrtle beach trip. Shawn and Toni are so fun, kind, and helpful (which was needed bc it took me a while to get onto the water fully and Shawn had to drag me a bit because I am not good at things). If you want to go kayaking, this is the place to be. We were on the ocean, but they have other really cool spots they were mentioning that they love to go to as well. They also take AMAZING pictures while you’re out there. And, you’ll get to see their dog Josie, who I wish we could have brought out on the water too!!! Anyways, y’all gotta go here, it’s awesome.

This was the greatest experience ever. 110% worth waking up early and the price. They do this out of their home and are so welcoming and nice. I would come back to Shawn and Toni every time I’m down in myrtle beach. Recommend to anyone and everyone.

Tour guide Toni Rae was very accommodating, safe, sweet and experienced. We had a fun, relaxing adventure kayaking at the Waccamaw River Wildlife Refuge and seeing osprey with their nests, Green Heron, sunning turtles, alligators and stunning local flora. A must see diversion away from it all.

With no kayaking experience, Toni Rae recommended a tour of the Waccamaw River. She is patient, kind, and gives excellent instruction, adding that we could go shorter or longer than the approximate 2 hour time frame, depending on our situation. We left around sunrise and it was amazing! It's not something I ever considered during a beach trip, but I would absolutely head out with her again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Toni and Shawn are the epitome of Southern hospitality and charm. It was an amazing experience kayaking down the Waccamaw River. Even with the cold snap that came through this week, it was an amazing adventure! They made it our trip, letting us sort of lead the way with how far and speed and took photos for us of the adventure. Toni was so knowledgeable of the river and area. Shawn handled our booking making and so easy. They had so many different kayak styles and gear, even for my big former football player of a husband. Felt like good friends by the end of our trip. Hands down, the best company in the area for kayaking/paddling adventures!

What an amazing experience! My family and I had never been kayaking, but Toni was the perfect guide and instructor! The whole experience was private and customized. She fitted each of us with kayaks that fit comfortably. My husband has knee problems, but she had the perfect kayak for him. During the tour she shared detailed information about the river and wildlife, and even took a ton of pictures for us. By the time our tour was over, we felt more like friends than tourists. We will definitely be back!

This was such an amazing experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! Our tour guide was absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgeable and easy-going. We traveled from NJ & he educated us on the river, wildlife and plant life in the area. We were able to see many species of birds, including a barred owl, which called out to us and flew overhead. Further up the river we were able to spot a few alligators swimming! 🐊🦉🪺 This was a first time experience for my kids (ages 10 & 7) and they can’t wait for their next adventure.

Shawn and Toni are wonderful guides! We decided on the guided tour, which worked out great because they could give us information on the local habitat, wildlife, and more. It is definitely not a commercialized experience and more of a personalized experience. They took care of loading and unloading. It is a great option whether you are a kayak newbie or pro. We had an absolutely wonderful time on the river. We highly recommend Myrtle Beach Paddle Board & Kayak Adventures and would definitely use them again in the future.

So much fun!! Toni Rae and Hastings took us out in the saltwater marsh, and it was an absolute blast. Both guides were knowledgeable and made everyone feel comfortable, safe, and included. All 7 of our party were at mixed experience levels, and you wouldn't have even known. We even got to hear some of the local stories and environmental uses of the marsh while paddling along. Then to top it all off, they took some lovely photos to send us at the end. Hats off to y'all, as we enjoyed the experience while being able to capture a fun family moment. Thanks again!! I can't wait for my next tour :)

I had the best morning paddling with ToniRae. It was so nice to enjoy a chill, relaxing River to myself! I love that this company provides the option of private paddle tours (I was on a SUP board) instead of pairing you up with strangers you don’t know. It was a great experience overall! I have also never paddled in the same river with gators but it was fun to have such a positive experience and not feel afraid, thanks to the confidence of my guide. The gators we saw never bothered us and quickly disappeared when we paddled by. If you are ever in the Myrtle beach area and want experienced guides for a fun time kayaking or SUP boarding, please give Shawn and ToniRae a shout!! We had a wonderful experience with Shawn and Toni Rae! I have paraplegia, and they went to lengths to ensure an accessible and seamless kayaking experience for us. I honestly couldn't have asked for better! They quickly accommodated all of my needs. Quite frankly, they did such a good job that I was barely aware of my disability, which is a rarity! I also appreciated that it was not a commercial trip-- we went on a private excursion to see a beautiful part of South Carolina's waterways. We went at our own pace and were able to take our time enjoying the outdoors, nature, breathtaking views, and even watched an osprey feeding their young. Overall, it was the perfect way to conclude our Myrle Beach vacation.

We had a great kayak trip on a cool morning in October. Toni Rae was very accomoding with our group of 4 teenagers. It was nice to have our own tour and go at the kid's pace. She was very helpful and a joy to talk with. The pictures she took were beautiful!!

I have always wanted to kayak and Myrtle Beach Paddleboard & Kayak Adventures was the perfect choice to fulfill my dreams! Toni Rae is the sweetest, most professional and knowledgeable guide making my first kayak experience one I will never forget! I was in awe of the information she shared about the River. One of my favorite parts was seeing the Osprey and their nests. In addition, the breathtaking beauty and the peacefulness of the paddle is utterly amazing. This business is first class! I cannot wait to return to Myrtle Beach and go on another tour. I am absolutely hooked thanks to my awesome experience!

We went on a sunrise kayak trip this morning in Murrel’s inlet and it was fantastic! Shawn and Toni were incredibly kind and wonderful guides throughout the whole trip. They also took tons of photos during the trip and shared them with us at the end. They knew exactly when to launch and where to end up to watch the sunrise and took some incredible pictures of the moment for us to keep. It was so easy to call and schedule with Shawn and it guaranteed we ended up with the exact type of trip we were looking for. On our trip we saw lots of birds and fish and even a stingray that launched itself out of the water! Highly recommend Myrtle Beach Paddle Board and Kayak!!

Shawn and Toni are amazing!!! If you are in Myrtle Beach and want to do something fun with the family, I urge you to RUN and go Kayaking with Myrtle Beach Paddle Board & Kayak Adventures. We had never kayaked in our life, and I was very nervous especially since we took our 9-year-old daughter. Toni did a great job to calm my nerves. She kept reminding me to breath and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Once I was comfortable and realized I was not going tip over the journey was so peaceful. We were in town for a week and did a lot of activities, but this was by far our favorite family activity. Shawn and Toni are experts and angels! This is a great place to rent a boat, and great people. They're very friendly and make you feel at ease, especially if you're new to kayaking. They really took their time with me in finding the right boat; I'm a bit heavy and they were very cool about finding a good boat for me. Also they took plenty of time to explain to me about the river currents, the high/low tide, the best times to go out, when to be back by etc. They made sure I was completely prepared and really genuinely cared that I was going to have a good experience. The price wasn't bad either 130 for two days and they were very relaxed about when to return it the third day so I got some additional use on that third day as well. Cool people, cool prices check them out today!
