We are so happy with our engagement ring from Morrison Smith Fine and Custom Jewelers! Katherine spent so much time with us and really helped work with our specific needs, keeping us on budget AND getting all the beauty we could want in a ring. My fiance and I went to some other big name jewelers and weren't even given the time of day because we did NOT want a diamond. They saw us as not a good sale and didn't want to help. Katherine on the other hand spent multiple sessions working on what gemstone, metal color, fitting and band looked best and we are so happy with the results. She was so down to earth and supportive. We would not have gotten what we wanted if we had gone anywhere other than Morrison Smith for our ring, and we are so happy to have had Katherine to help us!!

I always have such a great experience when I walk into Morrison Smith. The staff is so friendly and attentive to whatever your needs. I walked in mid-day on a Saturday to get a couple of rings cleaned that were tinted from the ocean and the staff at Morrison Smith cleaned both rings FOR FREE within 15 minutes. They really do take care of their customers. I was lucky enough to work with the sales associate Katherine and she was a delight. She was down to earth and so friendly. I liked that she gave me her honest opinion when I was trying on jewelry and did not pressure me into making any decision. I was not buying jewelry that day and she knew that but still catered to me as I looked at pieces and asked to try things on. I highly recommend making your next purchase at Morrison Smith and I highly recommend asking to work with Katherine. She was awesome and made the whole experience great. My fiancé and I heard about Morrison Smith originally from a saleswoman at a different jewelry store. We were asking her what other jewelry stores she recommends in the area and she spoke highly of Morrison Smith. We left there and immediately drove over to Morrison Smith, our expectations were far exceeded! Not only are they super knowledgeable but they also make you feel like you’re the most important customer to them, they never pressure you or seem inconvenienced in the slightest if you tell them you have no clue what you want and you just want to try things on to see what you like. The employees (we specifically worked with Sam and Katherine) truly care about you leaving there happy with your decision. We got both our engagement rings and our wedding bands there and we would recommend them to anyone! Recently I decided to part with some family jewelry. Being new to the area I did not know who to contact. By the Grace of God I called and was blessed to have Haley answer. Sam took amazing care of me getting me the correct quote for a repair on my heirloom engagement ring. She went above and beyond giving me 3 options as there were more repairs to be made than the eye could see & explained every step of the process very thoroughly & knowledgeable. When picking up my finished ring a week later, Katherine was very welcoming and helpful checking me out & offering me coffee. I loved the option of 3D printing a “draft” of our design to ensure we liked it before actually making it- certainly brought a lot of peace of mind. I am obsessed with my new custom wedding set! Rob was wonderful to work with! He was so helpful and patient with us as we designed a new custom wedding set using some of the diamonds from my original bands. The final result is stunning and I couldn’t be happier!!!

Morrison Smith is a wonderful local jeweler that has some of the kindest people there to help you with all your needs. We recently bought our wedding bands there and the experience was incredible. They also found a missing diamond in my engagement ring and when I mentioned it was just too much to replace for me right now they made sure to work with me on the price and replace the diamond in just one day. I truly can not say enough about the people and beautiful pieces they have in their store. We will be back!!

I purchased my engagement ring from Morrison Smith and the experience couldn’t have been better. My now fiancée and I made an appointment to look at our options together, and a couple of weeks later I was buying and designing a custom ring for her. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant, and they answered any questions I could’ve had throughout the process. Going the custom route was made easy by shopping here. I worked with Seth and Rob along the way and they were great. I bought the diamond first, and within a couple of weeks had renderings of my options for the band and the full ring. Rob and Seth were happy to go over all steps of the process and I had my ring within just a few short weeks of confirming the final details. I really appreciated the thoroughness during my engagement planning. The ring turned out stunning, and I would really recommend this store to anybody purchasing an engagement ring.

Andrew saved the day!! There were some hiccups in the beginning of this process however, I picked up my custom engagement ring today and it turned out beautifully! Andrew was very diligent in contacting me and discussing my design to make sure the idea i had in my head could become real!
