EXPERIENCE:
I'm
a
vegetarian
and
my
husband
is
a
hardcore
NOT
vegetarian,
but
Outdoor
Herbivore
has
become
our
go-to
choice
for
camping
and
backpacking
food.
PRODUCTS:
Everything
we've
ordered
from
them
has
been
delicious,
but
the
chili
and
the
pesto
matchsticks
are
definitely
my
favorite!
There's
not
a
bunch
of
bulky
packaging,
which
saves
me
a
lot
of
time
from
having
to
repackage
my
food
before
a
trip.
I
actually
find
the
portion
sizes
listed
on
the
packaging
to
be
pretty
spot
on.
Normally
my
husband
and
I
will
split
one
meal
for
breakfast,
and
at
dinner,
we'll
each
have
our
own
meal.
It's
not
a
ridiculous
amount
of
food,
but
it's
totally
satisfying,
even
for
someone
who
doesn't
eat
"Barbie
portions".
(If
"hiker
hunger"
is
ever
a
concern,
the
different
soups
are
actually
kind
of
perfect
because
it's
easy
to
make
part
of
a
package
in
my
collapsible
mug
for
a
side
dish
instead
of
just
snacking
on
random
extra
junk
food.)
The
nutrition
facts
are
also
pretty
reasonable.
I
find
it
to
be
just
enough
carbs,
protein,
and
calories
to
sustain
me
comfortably
without
making
me
feel
gross
and
uncomfortable.
CUSTOMER
SERVICE:
After
having
placed
a
few
orders
with
them
at
this
point
I've
never
had
any
issues
with
customer
service.
Actually,
they
have
gone
out
of
their
way
to
make
sure
I
had
a
good
experience
with
them.
My
orders
also
ship
within
a
reasonable
amount
of
time...I'm
in
the
U.S.
and
normally
receive
my
stuff
within
about
a
week.
