Delicious. The fresh bakery aroma that greets you when first entering the restaurant makes you happy. The menu items are prepared well with the fats cut with marinated and acid cooked red onion, shredded beets and vegetables. The use of available red and green sauce is not required but special in its own way. Quite an experience for your palate that does not disappoint. The family that runs the place is gracious and deserving of patronage.

Blown away! This is a great small business with authentic food that you should definitely try. Service was great. Food was beautifully prepared and delicious. I would highly recommend. The cook even came out to ensure everything was perfect, and it was. It took some time to prepare since it was made from scratch. Worth the wait. This Honduran food blows away the typical Mexican food you have grown to accept. 6 stars if I could. Love to support small, family run businesses that work this hard.

This was a wonderful place with authentic, scratch-made Central American food. Anthony helped us out and took the time to explain the different dishes and items in the bakery case. Amazing service and I truly felt like they brought us into their family’s culture.

We discovered El Mana while we were taking a day trip to Bellingham and its definitely a hidden gem. It's located in a little strip mall in a quiet area and can easily be missed. We arrived just after 12:00pm and were expecting a lunch rush, but it was very quiet. The decor isn't anything fancy, but that didn't discourage us. There is a good variety of items on the menu, with options for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike - didn't seem to be any vegan or gluten free options though, which wasn't an issue for me and my friends. The food was made quickly and was absolutely delicious. It was also quite affordable for the amount of food as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, or making a trip to/through Bellingham.

Incredible, authentic Honduras food run by a really nice family. The best fries I’ve ever had, hands down! This is a must-try!

Some of the best food that I’ve ever had! El maná is a wonderful small business with such kind owners. We got the Saturday special which was Pepian, a Guatemalan stew. The stew was amazing and so unique and the rice was incredibly flavorful too. We also got chicken pastelitos which were perfect and crispy with great toppings. To finish it off, we had the platanos fritos and they were delicious. We also had tamarind juice on the side. I’m not a huge tamarind fan but we tried it anyway and I regret getting one instead of two! I highly recommend stopping in! They’re doing takeout orders during the pandemic and the food was super fresh, it felt like we were eating it in house.

An instant favorite. There is something for everyone here. I ordered the baleadas, pupusas, pollo con tajadas, pastelitos, various baked goods and some homemade cantaloupe juice for two people but we could have fed four. Each dish was amazing but the pollo con tajadas (fried chicken with fried green banana chips) was by far my favorite. The service was even better. I’ve never met such kind servers, and it’s family owned an operated. Eat here. Order a lot.

El Maná is my favorite restaurant in town. The owner is kind, talented, and hardworking. All of the food is made from scratch and with love. They make the best fried chicken in town by far, and the prices are fair. I recommend this place to friends and coworkers at every opportunity.

This place is an absolute gem! What first struck us when we walked in was how peaceful the atmosphere was (even with everyone present). The people there were amazingly sweet. We honestly could have sat just looking at the menu for hours given how good everything looked. They helped guide us in making our decisions and everything we had was superbly delicious (they fry their own tortillas for the chilaquiles)! The kids loved it! We will definitely be back to try everything else on the menu.
