I cannot praise Lonnie's enough for the work they did to fix my wedding ring. I had taken my 10 year old ring to another jeweler to retip the prongs on the center stone. I was told that they couldn't retip it but needed to rebuild the prongs. When I got it back, the new prongs were offset, the center stone was uneven and loose, and there were multiple cracked diamonds in the surrounding halo. Lonnie's not only rebuilt the center, replaced the cracked stones, and made it look brand new but they went above and beyond and helped us hold the other jeweler accountable for the damage. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Lonnie sat down with me and designed a beautiful ring for me. He listened to me. And told me all about my Diamond. I love wearing it.

They made my engagement ring and also soldered my engagement and wedding bands together. They are super fast and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back!

I purchased a great one-of-a-kind custom gold ring set with a large beautifully domed and polished dino bone from a local artist at her retirement show. It was just what i was looking for. It needed to be sized. She enthusiastically recommended Lonnie’s, what a great shop!! From the moment you enter the lobby you’re respected and impressed. You know this is the place to get professional results. Escorted to the back room, you find displays of exquisite jewels and workmanship, friendly staff and a true sense of hands on experience gained knowledge. In the same room you see the jewelers busy working their craft. My ring was finished ahead of schedule, 4-1/2 sizes larger by added gold. It fits perfectly, polished to a brilliant perfection, the added gold gracefully blended undetectably. I ended up with two unique finds; the ring and Lonnie’s!!!
