    When we relocated to Atlanta, we were looking for a new place to stay active in. Luckily we came across body and brain, and I can truly say it was the best find. We love the work out classes, the community, and really we got more out of this than doing yoga or going to the gym alone. Highly recommended for anyone!

    Body & Brain has opened my eyes to the technology that is the body — and more importantly, how working with it can lead to a greater release of old blockages and therefore more inner harmony. Master Brian and Master Lakshmi truly care about the individual here. You are NOT just a number like you might be at another yoga studio. They regularly do 1:1 check-ins to see how you are progressing and where you still have blocks. They don’t give up on you! I would recommend Body & Brain to anyone looking for deep transformation in the relationship with themselves. It’s more than an exercise class. It indirectly addresses your emotional, mental, and spiritual life as well.

    Master Lakshmi is incredible. I have private lessons with Master Lakshmi and my dad and sister and she has been amazing for us. She really cares about her students and takes the time to modify the activities for my dad (who isn’t as flexible as my sister and me). Master Lakshmi has been a positive force in my life every week and i leave every one of her sessions feeling infinitely more relaxed, recharged, stretched, and accomplished than when i came in. She really focuses on the connection between our bodies and our brains and i can surely say i have felt a difference in the way i treat my body and mind after my sessions with Master Lakshmi. I highly recommend her and Body&Brain to anyone who is feeling like they need to do anything positive for their body and mind! Thank you Master Lakshmi!

    If you seek more from your life in any capacity, Body & Brain will do wonders for you. If you’re reading this review asking yourself if you should try it out, take the leap. For me, I stumbled upon Body & Brain when I was dealing with immense back pain in my life. I started going to classes to grow out of that pain physically, but I’ve continued the practice for reasons far beyond that. Master Brian is incredible and the practice is truly special.

    Body and Brain has changed my life! If you want to be healthy, by being healthy, I mean physically, emotionally and mentally healthy? I highly recommend Body and Brain. Master Brian is the best and he can help you to heal yourself.

    Body and Brain has exponentially increased my connection to my body, my emotions, my mind, and my true self. This has allowed me the opportunity to have more choice in how I deal with difficult situations and difficult emotions. If you were looking for something different and are looking to get back in connection with you I highly recommend trying to class, Wednesday night's are magical ✨

    This practice has helped me so much. I am learning how to be more in touch with my body, and how to live in a place of acceptance and peace with myself and others. I have had chronic lower back pain and the tai chi yoga practices they have given me have been lessening the pain. And that is miraculous- I’ve tried everything for that pain! I highly recommend them.

    One of the best experience of Body and Brain training. Training in Dahn yoga brings your brain and self awareness to a new level. If you are interested in inner journey and self discovery or if you are too busy to care about spirituality and just want to be relax and enjoy the state of “being present” you should definitely sign up for Dahn Yoga. Master Brian, Master Jordan, and Master Lakshmi in Buckhead center have been working with me closely. They are the most genuine, thoughtful, and kind people I have ever met. They will definitely help you through your journey. Even if you are too busy to go to the center, participating in an online classes will definitely change your state of mind to a better level. You’ll enjoy becoming “one” with your soul through a sequence of simple body training!

    Body and Brain has connected me with teachers, a practice, and a community that deeply support my well-being and growth. My first class, 14 years ago, felt very different from the yoga I had done before, but I kept going. After 3 classes I started sleeping and feeling significantly better. By the fourth week I was feeling so much more calm, clear, and energized that I signed up for a 3 month membership and for one of their weekend intensives. From then on began a journey of amazing awakening and transformation. The practice has helped me feel, release, and channel energy in ways that allow my body to function better, my heart to love more openly and sincerely, and my mind to be more calm and clear. Eventually, I completed the teacher training for this practice as well as other yoga styles. I now teach yoga in my hometown in Costa Rica, and I use a lot of what I have learned from Body and Brain. If you’re looking for a place to start or deepen your practice of yoga or tai chi, I highly recommend all of the Body and Brain centers.

    I have been taking weekly classes at Body & Brain for over a year, and the experience has been incredibly rewarding. These lessons have strengthened my mind (and my thighs!) and have made me significantly more in touch with my body. I look forward to Master Lakshmi’s kindness and encouragement every week, and I highly recommend Body & Brain to anyone who seeks to better themselves.

    Master Lakshmi is a skillful teacher; every movement she guides you through has a purpose, physically and mentally. I am so glad to have her as a teacher; the same applies to Master Brian. I highly recommend both of them.

    Body and Brain is a lot more than just yoga and tai chi. Masters Brian and Lakshmi lead classes that not only build core strength and flexibility but that focus on the wellbeing of mind and body. After having done 3 months Body and Brain classes, I had to have a surprise triple bypass. I credit Body and Brain with how swiftly I recovered. My core strength allowed me to get up and down and move around, and I was back to work in 4 weeks. Body and Brain also helped me manage a lot of the stress and anxiety that I didn't even realize I was holding. I can't say enough good things about this practice.
