Just a wonderful stroll along a picturesque backdrop. My wife and I were fortunate enough to walk this area tonight just before sundown. It reminds me of a combination of the beautiful riviera in Bilbao and the Wobly Bridge in London, with a sprinkle of the Riverwalk in Baltimore -- albeit in a safer area with far fewer people. It is the rare quaint spot in a major city.

Great walk on the riverside. Parking was easy as well. I would love to walk more when I go next time as this time there was a time crunch.

It's a wonderful place strolling with family & friends. Check out their waterfire event. It really " hot". The next one is in Labor Day & only partially bonfires will be lite. But if you go at the end of September, it's a full event. Besides high-end restaurants, there's will be some food trucks and crafts vendors. There's a big mall at the start point called the Basin near state capital. Parking at street $1.25/hr & free after 6 pm. Other parking garages $ 8-20 depending on how long you park.

You have to go here during night time. The city light’s reflection on the river looks so nice. There is a beautiful park and a pedestrian bridge which looks so beautiful. Its little bit busy during night time but the atmosphere around there is so romantic. I really love this place. One of the best place to visit in providence.
