This is my fiancé and I third time here and we love it! Love the shakes and teas. The staff is always very nice. We like to sit and chill here because they place good music too. We’ll be coming back!!

I love this place! It is a great place to meet with friends, have a small meeting and get a healthy shake and/or tea. Don't forget to try these super awesome protein donuts. Try it once and return again and again.

Highly recommend this place! I love the teas here- my favorite is the Red High Heels with level 2 caffeine (flavor: Rasberry, Strawberry-Kiwi & Lavender!). I used to get a refresher from Starbucks as my afternoon pick me up but I wanted an alternative to the high calorie/ high sugar drink- hello Pinellas Nutrition! 30 calories or less and tastes BETTER than the refresher I was craving at Starbucks!! Plus so many health benefits, service is great- owners Stephanie and Arturo treat you like family; so friendly- absolutely wonderful experience! Donuts!!- I just tried one of their protein donuts and it was AMAZING!! For some reason I assumed a protein donut would have a dense consistency- not the case; these are light and fluffy like regular donut but without all the calories and sugar- absolutely delicious! Fresh baked daily- this was the PERFECT afternoon snack to get me through my work day; felt full and focused with no sugar crash! I cannot recommend this place enough!!

So good! I got the Hocus Pocus drink. It tasted so tropical! Donuts were amazing. Packed with protein! I loved the one with chocolate icing and strawberries. I found this place via an ad on Facebook. I’m glad I went. The girls did not disappoint! I can’t wait to try a different drink and the waffles!

I wanted to edit my original review, as "Super friendly and great selection" doesn't even begin to convey how awesome this place is. The owner and staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Best selection of any place I've tried. The teas are phenomenal, as are the protein waffles and donuts. This is truly a hidden gem in Pinellas Park.

A gentleman approached me last week and told me about Pinellas Nutrition. I went there this morning. I got the Wonder Woman tea: red, white and blue and the chocolate shake. It was great! I was greeted with a smile and had a great conversation. What a way to start the day...I will surely be back.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Vitamin teas to wake you up and get you going! The protein donuts and bowls are nutritious and delicious! Also the staff is very friendly! The badass EDM music is a nice touch also! 🌌🎆💜

Support local and shop small!! This is a family owned and tan tea spot (energy teas), one of the few around! Very clean, the family is so kind and helpful, you can really tell they care!! Everything is taster and a great alternative to energy drinks!!

I just tried this place for the first time today! It was AMAZING. Loved the protein waffle and the “pretty in pink” tea. The owners are so informative and know everything about their food and drinks. Definitely worth a try! Can’t wait to come back.

This place is so amazing!! Everything was so clean, fresh, and so welcoming! I got the coffee Lovers protein shake and I absolutely loved it, along with the banana caramel waffle! The customer service was excellent! Will definitely come again!

Flavor of drink was nostalgic, customer service is great, and this is my first time here… I ordered a drink, flavored strawberry and watermelon with collagen and energy. I think the drink is a bit too strong for me and I feel a little bit nauseous. Drink tastes like jello and maybe I’d add less energy next time.
