    The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to! First we waited in one of the drive through lane for over 15 minutes just to find out it was out our order. No signs and no one notifying the customers. The other lane was long so I parked and ordered online for curbside pick up. After waiting for a while, no one deliver my food so went inside believing maybe they were short staffed but the employees were chatting and wondering around. order. Even more disappointing, fries were cold and soggy. What happened to the tomato, lettuce and mayo in my “deluxe” chicken sandwich? There was a nugget missing in the box of 20.

    The worst customer service from a manager I have ever had misfortune of dealing with, I honestly feel sorry for the employees that work there in the evening. They even confirmed this is not the 1st time. Not only did it interrupt me multiple times when trying to put order in, but he decided it was ok to yell at me when they didn't have an item. I asked him if he was ok and having a bad night & if he was ok, I originally was sympathetic, but very quickly He decided it was ok to start yelling again, then forgot microphone was on and proceeded to very unprofessional. I told him I could hear him, this manager's reply was "so". I asked him his name, and he told me he wasn't giving it to me. I took a picture, and he made an inappropriate comment about me taking it home for disgusting reasons. This was around 11:30pm to midnightish.

    I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at a McDonald's location, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. I decided to place a mobile order at this particular McDonald's, hoping for a convenient and pleasant experience. However, what transpired was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I approached the designated booth to collect my order, only to be greeted by an extremely aggressive employee who informed me that they were already closed. Now, I understand that businesses have operating hours, but the manner in which I was informed was completely uncalled for. Instead of politely explaining the situation, the employee proceeded to insult me, showing a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. When I asked to be treated with respect and kindness, hoping for a resolution or at least an apology, the employee's behavior became even more hostile. It is absolutely unacceptable for a customer to be subjected to such rude and offensive treatment, especially considering the purpose of the interaction was to pick up a pre-ordered meal. I was left feeling humiliated and disrespected by the actions of this employee, and I can confidently say that I will never recommend this particular McDonald's location to anyone. It is disheartening to witness such poor customer service and an utter lack of empathy from an establishment that prides itself on its fast-food service. As a customer, I believe it is crucial to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, this McDonald's failed miserably in meeting these basic expectations. The unprofessional conduct of the employee not only tainted my experience but also left a lasting impression that will discourage me from ever returning. In conclusion, I strongly advise against ordering anything from this particular McDonald's location. The rude behavior of the staff member I encountered was inexcusable, and no customer should have to endure such treatment. McDonald's should take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that their employees are trained to provide exceptional service, even in challenging situations.

    The worst kinda service ever!! Why would anyone give some one this? A bunch of Lazy adults and young adult ( people)who who’ve mastered making deathly fast food look exactly like it. Perk is I live, con- a lil money lost to a horrible corporation who has no way or want to to actually benefit anyone.

    This McDonald’s has not served ice cream or any milkshake for 3 to 4 years and when asked why they simply said they don’t know. No exaggeration, go and see for yourself it should be shut down or fix the ice cream machine that’s ludicrous to go to a McDonald’s for 4 years and they don’t serve what’s on the menu that’s crazy. False advertisement it’s need to be shut down .

    This was a great experience this morning. I chose the lane that the screen went black. All of a sudden everything I knew I wanted I forgot seeing the black screen 🤣. The rep was great she helped jog my memory 😊, she was great. I was able to get my families breakfast order quickly and home❣️ It's great to know this team at this McDonald's is one of the top locations I've been to. Kudos 👍

    The black women that work there do not want to bring the food to the table, they are just lazy. I was on my table and looking at the black young lazy woman looking at me, I told her "come" and she didn't want to. She was not busy she was just lazy. Now I understand why black people need to be wiped, they are just lazy animals. This one in particular, was sleepy, she was just plain lazy. It seems that the CUBAN MANAGER, THE SKINNY ONE WHO PRETEND TO BE AMERICAN hire the people from the homeless shelter.

    The place was very clean, nice and we got our food quick, but our order was not complete and the guy got upset and mad when we asked for the rest of our order.

    I order through Uber Eats often. Every single time I order Chicken nuggets they Always forget to put the Barbeque Sauce I Requested in the bag. Always!! It's not nice. It's not ok. I order 40 Nuggets. 40 and not one Sauce in the bag. This has happened too many times. I'm sick of it. Today they also forgot to send an item I paid for. I'm done with this location.

    Restaurant was clean. Ordering at a kiosk was pretty impersonal but the cashier was nice. I didn't like my breakfast choice - it looked like an english muffin with sausage. But the muffin was very soft and tasted like syrup. Yuck. My sweet tea was weak at best. However everyone else with me enjoyed their meal. Bathroom was clean too.

    The cashier/server Shawn was absolutely amazing customer friendly very knowledgeable of the promotions/bundles service with a smile awesome best visit @ this location really enjoyed Shawn and the entire staff super friendly .

    This is THE WORST McDonalds in the area, and unfortunately Uber Eats is the one that picks for my location. Every single time we order something is missing. And I am not saying ketchup or straws, I mean HUGE things like all the french fries from my meals, or even sodas…. Worst experience ever, and again, not the first time this happens! I would give 0 stars if I could.

    The management staff here is the WORST!! I'm not going to say all of them are bad, but there are a few bad apples that put such a dark cloud, and negative work place culture to where they need to be removed as quickly as cancer is removed. I'm not sure if this is a corporate store or franchise, but there a much needed change here. Half the staff doesn't know English. Ordered my meal to eat in. I come out of the bathroom and my meal is bagged next to the table number for dinning in. I asked manager why no tray, he says they have none, then walks outside. I walk to counter and there sits a pile of trays, cleaned, and ready to go. Other manager gave me one. I asked the other guy his name, he said John, then says he doesn't have a name. The other manager said his name was Brian. Why is this person in a leadership role????? ****I just poster this, and as I scroll to see other reviews, this same MANAGER is just below my post, where someone has complained about him!! Why do you still have him on board?? This is all documentation, and you're going to be severely liable for whatever damages this guy causes someone, all because you, McDonald's refused to act responsibility and support these horrible workplace cultures!!
