All the doctors here are so nice and helpful. Dr. Jasmin is my favorite. She has also seen my daughter a few times as well. My favorite part about this urgent care is they didn't change the copay to $100 like every other urgent care did...AND...there's never any waiting period. There's usually only one other family or person in there, two tops. The whole staff and all the nurses are great. I will NEVER go to another CityMD EVER AGAIN! Thank you Dr. Jasmin, and the AFC staff at Northern Blvd.

Amazing service the receptionist at the front desk was very nice helpful extremely nice. I only waited 5 min . The nurse that helped as well was amazing nice explained everything made sure I was okay . DR. Roger's is amazing explained everything I had no questions. Provided me with all the information I needed. Overall the best Urgent care I've ever been to .

Today I visited Bayside AFC, for a medical evaluation and I was totally impressed and satisfied with the care I got. My first encounter with the patient care Representative Cheyenne was pleasant, she was warm, friendly and professional. The medical assistant was pleasant, courteous and professional and ensured I was comfortable before I went in to see doctor Estrellado who was also very professional and knowledgeable. He took time explaining his assessment and plan regarding my medical care. I never felt rushed and all of my questions were answered and concerns addressed. The facility was clean and comfortable and the service was expeditions. I highly recommend this urgent care, I will definitely be back.

As a healthcare professional myself , this is by far the best urgent care I’ve ever gone to. And this is in every aspect. The cleanliness, kid friendly , adult friendly , spacious, the staff were all amazing in a moment when myself and my daughter were feeling unwell. Results came back quick and they made sure to call and keep me update. If I ever need an urgent care again this will be my choice .

Everyone from doctor (Rogers) to medical assistant to front desk were welcoming, warm, friendly, kind, funny and had actual personalities! Beautiful clean little place with very nice people. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. If you want to be treated with kindness and a smile, drop by when you need medical attention.... you won't regret it.

I was seen at AFC Urgent Care Bayside and I was well taken care of. I was greeted with a pleasant smile and respect. I was seen right away and no long waiting time as usual. Dr. Estrella was very nice and made me feel at ease even when I was in pain. The place was spotless clean and very organized. I would definitely recommend everyone to go there. I had an amazing experience at AFC Urgent Care in Bayside. The receptionist and other staff members were professional and helpful. Very clean facility, well equipped and well maintained. Dr Estrellado seen me right away, he’s an excellent doctor. He demonstrated great knowledge about my emergency health condition, he’s very attentive and answered all my questions with concern. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly, the doctor very through , she had patience , listen to me and didn't rush me as well as being very informative. The staff gave me a great water bottle to take home as well as antibacterial items. I Will definitely recommend anyone to go to this facility and will return if I am ill again. Everyone was absolutely awesome! Dr. Jasmin Dent and Miguel Torres were amazing kind and super professional and Dr. Dent made my stiches come out perfectly and made sure I felt safe and not scared. The whole team was great!

The young beautiful lady that took my vitals was such a sweetheart. She was so sweet. The doctor however did take almost take some time. Otherwise he was amazing and highly educated Doctor. He spoke with respect and helped me. He works from his heart. I advise people to come here.

I just went to urgent care on Northern blvd right next door to cvs. I love this place very Friendly staff and great doctor. The doctor is absolutely great. He is a very caring person. He did not treat me like a number. He really has compassion to his patients

I usually never write reviews but I had to take some time to write one for this urgent care! I stopped by with my mom. Miguel was so friendly and made us feel heard and understood. Jasmin was also kind. We’ve had plenty of experiences at another well-known urgent care a block away, where they would not attempt to scratch the surface of any issues, and just refer us elsewhere. Super quick and efficient here too.

Staff at AFC were friendly, courteous, and attentive. I had a very positive experience here, and much better than I’ve had at other urgent care facilities. Recommended!
