This place is very kind. I had a pleasant experience at this office. I was shocked to find out I needed hearing aids. So I am now adjusting my mind to wearing hearing aids. The Dr. said she knew it was important to be emotionally ready for hearing aids. So I am in that process now.

I am a new patient with Oro Valley Audiology. Everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful I saw Doctor Ball on my recent visit and found her to be bright and thorough. She carefully explains what she is doing and why. This is a well run audiology office.

Took an annual audio test/review and everything was taken care of with courtesy and friendliness. My hearing aids were adjusted and tested and are working great. Also had a return of merchandise hassle-free. Very patient-friendly staff, ready to explain procedures in plain English.
