Eko is an amazing property manager! He has great communication whenever it is needed, and is very helpful and kind. The building is very new and well maintained. I would definitely recommend living here

Great surroundings! Also Brandon was very helpful when transitioning us when we first moved in this building. He is a very helpful and warm-hearted person. The facilities are nice and new and everything is cozy.

As like all the other people says, Eko is an amazing handyman. He knows everything about the building and took care of every single issues I had in my room. The building itself is old but maintained well. Nice neighborhood. Many international cuisine in walking distance.

The 52nd street Heritage Collection apartment is a clean and quiet place. The staff is very quick to respond and very easily accessible. Brandon has been helpful and accommodating. Him and the rest of staff have done a lot to make me feel comfortable.
