Avoid Peak 1 at all costs. They have awful customer service, do not run on time, and are not willing to take responsibility if they do not get you to your destination on time. I was forced to miss my flight and buy a new flight and hotel in Denver because the shuttle did not arrive on time. When we hit traffic in Denver the driver refused to divert around even though Waze, Maps, etc. were showing routes that were 20 minutes shorter claiming they knew more than the maps. Lastly in order to save a couple bucks Peak 1 is only allowed to use express lanes ”on certain days“ and instead will just sit in traffic while you watch Epic shuttles cruise by. When I requested a refund customer service was rude and unhelpful and accepted no responsibility for the massive amount of additional cost I was forced to incur from buying a new flight and hotel and getting home a day late.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Absolutely terrible company and customer service! They were 15 minutes late to pickup, took a 20 minute stop, drove into standstill traffic on I70 with lanes closed and refused to use the express lane or re-route despite all routes showing 20-25 minutes faster and Epic Shuttles driving past. Missed our flights and they won’t apologize or refund blaming it on traffic. Horrible company! No one should ever use them!

I reserved a trip from edwards Colorado to Denver airport, they picked me up on time and the ride was smooth sailing from there. Driver was amazing, friendly, and quick with the whole thing. Will definitely be doing this again! Thank you!

Competitive price, particularly with more than 2 bags/person! On time, super clean, water provided, van outlet for charging, quiet. Liked policy of no automatic stopping in route for potty break, let occupants decide. Driver also particularly professional - low music and no music upon request so occupants could work on drive. When music, choice soft and beautiful. Also driver mindful of not being chatty, yet personable when occupants engaged him. I finally found a shuttle service I like, and will ask for Reese the driver again.

I made my reservation through Peak 1 Express because we needed an affordable way to get from Denver Airport to Breckenridge (2 hour drive). Renting a car would have cost as much as our round trip flight, and we didn't need the car while we were in town. I heard of Peak 1 Express on a YouTube video, and the price was right, so I booked. The day before our arrival Jane called to let me know our pick up shuttle was being serviced, but she had already taken care of scheduling a comparable pick up through one of their competitors. I greatly appreciated her extra effort because I would have been SO stressed trying to do it myself after getting off work that day and knowing our plane would be leaving first thing in the morning. We were still able to get out return shuttle through Peak 1 and the drivers were very friendly, provided waters, the shuttles were clean and comfortable, and the drive was stress free. HIGHLY recommend!

Peak 1 called to move my shuttle to an earlier time than I originally paid for. They left a voicemail less than 24 hours in advance of this change. When I called to cancel they refused to refund me even though their change to my itinerary was out of my control and 100% their fault as they said they did not have enough drivers to meet my original scheduled pickup.

Today was my first ride with Peak 1 Express, and it was very comfortable and convenient. Reese was a fantastic driver and great host. He was very friendly, played a fun mix of music, kept the temperature perfect for us, and stopped for the restroom as soon as it was requested. I’ll certainly be riding with Peak 1 again on my next trip! Thanks!

Our driver, Reese, was extremely kind, generous, punctual and an all-around joy to be around for an early morning ride to the airport. He even recommended a great restaurant to eat at in Terminal C, which we can attest was indeed delicious. Thanks for all your hospitality, Reese!!
