Gary was very kind and informative. It was my first time pawning (I was referred here by my friend who said this was the spot to be). Gary explained the entire process to me. There was also another gentleman who walked in who said he only goes here because this is the best shop in the area (100 miles). Everyone that comes here seems to be happy and it’s no surprise why.

GREAT SERVICE!! I drove from Santa Barber to buy a rotary laser. After calling so many places he took the time to do some research and called me back to let me know he had what I needed. Highly recommendable!! Will be calling and coming back for sure!!

My wife & I visited Reliable Pawn Shop on Sunday, 9/30/23. We were helped by Gary, who had helped me on our previous visits. We went there to sell some gold jewelry. Gary offered a very fair price for the gold (actually, more then we were expecting). I also spotted a few items I wanted to buy.... an equipment bag, some music memorabilia and a piece of motorcycle table decor that he sold at a good price. As far as customer service, Gary is very helpful & friendly and always greets you when you enter the shop. I've been to 2 other pawn shops in the past here in Simi Valley and didn't feel I was getting a fair price on the gold items I was selling or on items I may have wanted to buy. And customer service was almost non-existent. So Reliable Pawn is where I've gone for almost 3 years now. Definetly the best pawn shop in the valley! Brett R.
