    My husband and I have been patients of this practice for several years and alas have to report that Dr. Karen Kelly has retired. We put up with this office for years because of Dr. Kelly’s exceptional skills and caring disposition. Without Dr. Kelly, the office is now comprised of the nasty and condescending front desk, a doctor that simply forgot to call in an important prescription for me (with the unapologetic explanation, “oops, she just got busy”) and a newbie family practice doctor (reportedly Dr. Kelly’s daughter in law which gives her some promise). Yesterday, in trying to secure an appointment we found out that no providers were available for at least a week because they were both on vacation- great planning(?). So for me, the excellent rating enjoyed by this practice is no longer relevant.

    I have to say that my appointment this morning was the worst experience I’ve ever had and will not be going back to this company. The cherry on top was the nurse running out after me as my appointment was finished saying that I have to do more testing for an STD panel. My doctor had told me what was being done within the appointment and did not mention further specific testing/requirements. Right out in the open, in the building, for everyone to hear. Then proceed to nail me on why I didn’t want to proceed as my appointment was already 20 minutes late going in on the doctors end. Oh and a different doctor that I thought and was told that I was scheduled with which is extremely unprofessional (not the first time this has happened with this company). The nurse proceeded to be rude to me and it was over my appointment time and I had other obligations to attend to after. As a young woman I had never felt so mistreated and uncomfortable especially within a doctors office where within that type of space patients should feel heard, cared for, and respected. Absolutely disgusting.

    I agree with the last review of 1 star and am moving my primary care b/c of the poor customer service at the front desk and I’m returning calls to patients. I called this week and was on hold for over an hour before my call was answered. I really like Dr Helms and Kelly previously and they were worth putting up with the poor service - but neither are options any longer.

    I really wanted to like this doctor's office as it is very convenient for me. Unfortunately, the bad reviews of the front office are correct. 1. The first time I called trying to make an appointment I called around 3pm. The automated message said I was 5th in line. So I waited on hold. And waited. And waited. I waited around 2 hours, and then at 5pm the hold line hung up on me. 2. After I finally got the appointment (called back a couple days later, easily made an appointment), the PA I spoke to was very nice and patient. She recommended I schedule a biopsy, so I went to the front office and scheduled my biopsy. 3. In the meantime I got a letter with my lab results of bloodwork. Except there were no lab results, it was literally a letter that said "Below are your lab results" with NOTHING below. No other paper enclosed. 4. A couple weeks later I show up for my biopsy appointment. I was suspicious though that it wasn't scheduled properly because I did not get a confirmation text as I had with the first appointment. I had tried calling before I showed up, except I got the "you are fifth in line" message, which I didn't have time for. I showed up on the hopes that I got something wrong, but no, I had no appointment. And what gets my goat is that the woman didn't really seem all that sorry. "We're just the two of us up here, what do you want me to do?". That being said, I will not be going back to this doctor's office. I just hope that I don't have the billing problems that other reviewers have mentioned.

    Was always easy to get an appointment. All of the employees were helpful and professional. One major complaint is that getting medical documents from them is a difficult and slow process. It took them around two weeks for them to be sent to me. There is no excuse for it taking that long especially since a lot of the process has been automated/outsourced.

    Dr Cannarozzi is a great Dr. She is very kind, she listens to you, very knowledge and cares about you as a patient and person. The whole practice is professional and kind. A really refreshing experience in healthcare. I am so happy I found them.

    This place has become the absolute worst. When you call to schedule an appointment they are so unbelievably rude. Then when you show up for the appointment you find out everyone is running behind. The entire staff is rude, nobody cares, they have cut down the appointment times. It's just awful.

    My experience has been mixed. They're great for annual exams but at least recently provide poor service when you're actually sick. I waited over 28 hours for a call back and called back myself today. Then I was told it would be 24-48 hours before they call in a prescription to help relieve symptoms of an ailment they diagnosed me with last week...if they prescribe something or not is a mystery. I was told not to expect a phone call back. It's time for me to move on to another practice apparently. I suspect staffing is an issue but need care when I need it.
