Had been receiving care there for 8 months. I had received a referral to them provided my insurance and thought all was well. After 8 months if care I had called in for a refill and got a call back from a very rude office staff woman who informed me the Dr wouldn't be refilling my prescription because apparently my insurance was out if their network. She told me she was doing me a favor because I was incurring a huge debt.!!! Obviously their staff made an error in in accepting my insurance, and basically shouldn't have. I was dropped with no refills and no care. I will be filing a complaint with the state medical board. Patient abandonment. I do not reccomend going here. From other reviews I have read this is not unusual for them. As an add on I did like Dr O....I feel the failure came from office staff but either way,unacceptable!!

My appointment was 2:45pm. Ive been here since 2:20pm. I live 45 mins from here. It's now after 4pm & I'm still waiting. Everyone in the waiting room showed up after me & got called before. This is ridiculous. If you can't maintain a schedule than don't over book yourself!!! If I could give this place no stars I would!

The first visit was nice with Dr.. Okey. The second was to do another lab test. The third visit he said he didn't know what was wrong and it would take to long. He recommended i go get a second opinion with know diagnosis. I felt like he didn't care at all. He just kept saying get a second opinion and it would take to long to find out. Dr. Okey said ill just put something on your chart.

I have been seen in this office for over two years. I do not understand the bad reviews others have left. Never once have I experienced an issue with care or the treatment suggested and prescribed. Appointments are easy to schedule and are always without a long lead time. Dr. Oparanaku takes the time to listen to what is happening and prescribes the least intrusive treatments without over-attacking the problem and then increases the treatment if that is not enough until a level that works is achieved. The office staff has always been friendly, and returns calls very fast. Rheumatoid diseases are not something that is treated with a magic pill, and then all is well. Everyone responds differently, and there is not a quick or easy treatment that is immediate. It takes time to find the right treatments with no guarantee that they will provide 100% relief. Any improvement should be considered a win with these diseases. I have found Dr. Oparanaku to provide excellent care and has helped my case considerably.

Absolutely horrible and useless place. My doctor referred me to this place because I have high rheumatoid levels. Had to wait almost a month for a follow up appointment just so the doctor could tell me he didn’t know what was going on and that he couldn’t help. Could have just told me that over the phone instead of making me drive into the office for absolutely no reason. But hey, at least they got their money. My advice is to go anywhere else. This place is a joke.

I get referral from my Dr and I call the only provided number for appointments/referrals and it says “mailbox full - cannot take messages. Run! Look at rating and read reviews

Dr. Discharged me as a patient for missing appointments, which is a lie or poor organization in the office. My Nov appt the office canceled the day of the appt, due to My referral expiring. Then it took two months to get that completed and appt booked for 2/20, telehealth call. Never got a call, I reached out 1 hour after scheduled appt and was told the Dr will no longer see me! This office is not organization at all

I feel like the doctor cares and wants to help but literally no one answers the phone. Ever. I’ve been calling for days trying to find out what’s going on with my prescription that I’m suppose to start tomorrow yet no one has gotten back to me.
