Great food! Would easily be a 5 star location except for the minor hiccup in service. We arrived more than an hour before closing to a busy waiting area. We put our name down on the wait-list. We waited 30 minutes, then when it was finally our turn to be seated, our hostess told us that they cannot take us since the kitchen was closing down. It was only 8:20pm at this time and their closing time was 9:00pm. I understand that they may need to start cleaning up earlier, however, if that's the case they should have told us this rather than made us wait the entire wait-list and tell us when it was our turn. Either that or put the closing time. For. The store earlier so there would not be issues like this. We appreciate that fact they eventually seated us, but it took an awkward 10 minutes of the staff cleaning the tables staring at each other trying to figure out what to do with us.

This is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants. I love tofu soup. They have mushroom soup which I almost never see anywhere else except for Kaju. The soup is so flavorful. I always get the chicken galbi along with it which never disappoints. The side dishes here are good. The workers give good service. Although with the combo, they only give a small bowl of rice whereas other places such as Kaju or BCD give you an entire pot of rice even if you just order the soup by itself. Maybe even just a free extra bowl of rice for a combo would be fair. Although to make up for this, you get a free salad as an appetizer. It has this translucent dressing. I’m not sure what it is, but it’s good!

If I could I would leave no stars… I am not a person to ever leave a horrible review or a bad review but honestly the menu has no descriptions … we ordered Korean style Fried Chicken and got something that resembled orange chicken or general tso’s chicken… see photos below… the menu said nothing of the fried chicken having sauce at all so when they brought it over we were surprised and didn’t want saucy chicken… the side dishes were great but the main protein just wasn’t good … so we ordered the Korean BBQ Short ribs instead .. Chris the chefs son was very nice but when we explained to him that what we ordered which was fried chicken really wasn’t fried chicken it was alike a sweet and sour saucy chicken he didn’t have much to say about it he said maybe you should have ordered it with the sauce on the side and we said well nothing in the description said there was sauce so how are we to know and there is actually no description… so we went ahead and ordered a different entree which was the short rib that tasted great but he said we will Still have to charge you… we said well that’s fine and we are leaving this review because again we weren’t nasty or mean it was more that what we ordered was not what we expected to get based on what the menu says… easy to say we are not coming back here and this place is not recommended at all! See photos first photo looks like orange chicken.. we are by far not cheap people or any of that but $83 for something that was falsely advertised just doesn’t make sense

This place has great food and combos! We always get their tofu soup! My favorite is the beef one. Everything we tried here so far has been good from their tofu soup, galbi, bibimbap bowls, fried chicken, bulgogi! They have great sides that they always come by and refill . The staff here is very nice. Only thing is that sometimes the wait can be long to get a table (waiting for it to be cleaned) or just place an order. We understand it's possible they can get busy. We still love the food and come back! :)

We had a great diner. Restaurant is located in a quiet place along Magnolia bd, very easy to park right in front. Menu offers wide choice of korean specialtys, the main dish being the Soon Tofu, tofu soup. We chose Seafood Soon Tofu, and a set with Beef Soon Tofu and boneless Bulgogi. The food was absolutely delicious: the best bulgogi i ever had. Everything is cooked on order, so you need to wait a little for the food to arrive, but this is guaranty of freshness and quality. The small dishes with veggies, and the salad were very tasty. To finish, because it arrived very hot, so you definitely finish by that: the Soon Tofu's were great, we chose medium spice, and that was already pretty spicy. Can't imagine the people who order "super spicy". We'll go back.

Delicious authentic bibimbap and tofu soup! 🤤 Everything we and our friends ordered were delicious! Here’s what we ordered: Soon tofu and hot stone bibimbap (Menu No. 11) - it was enough for two of us and an appetizer Japchae (Menu No. 26). Highly recommend those if you are a couple that want to share. The combo quantity is half of the main dish but almost 2/3 quantity. The combo is really worth it if you want to try the best dishes for less money but more food! Our friends ordered also Korean noodles, short rib pork, and other chicken and beef dishes. They all loved it, and they were so flavorful and delicious. 真好吃!

Always a smile on my face and tears of joy from how good the food is here ( a little can be contributed to how spicy the food is). I get the Seafood tofu + galbi combo and a side of spicy Korean fried chicken. The meat is good, the soup if flavorful, and the chicken is delicious. You can't skip this place it's a must try. Also please keep in mind everything is cooked to order.
