The customer service is top notch. I went to Reinicio Bakery for the first time yesterday and went back today for their Pan de Bono which was fresh, soft and simply delicious...definitely worth a drive. The lady behind the counter is extremely patient and kind, the young gentleman at the register even offered all their patrons a complimentary colada as they waited for their orders. Someone came from the back to provide my daughter with a cracker and a piece of chocolate as we waited for our order (never had this amazing customer service in a bakery.) We just had an amazing experience, 100% recommended to everyone seeking a bakery that values their customers....my daughter said she felt special....thank you guys for such a nice experience.

I am here today for the first time, I also never review anywhere. But this place is truly special not only is the food delicious but the costumer service is one of a kind it’s warm, they make you feel truly special l. The younger gentlemen brought me a phone holder so I wouldn’t statin my neck and the lady instead of leaving my cafe con leche at the counter she went all around just to bring it to me. I’m telling you this is uncommon now and I just want to say I absolutely recommend. Bless this place.

The service here is amazing and the pasteleros de guava are so fresh, crunchy and the best around. Had to come back after going to my car to get more. Great variety and will be trying other pastries soon.

This family-run place is a gem. The coffee is fantastic, the croquettes and bakery items made fresh and delicious. The staff is warm and welcoming, and often give recurring customers little goodies. Every since "La Sin Rival", previously my favorite Cuban bakery, went down the drain, I had been looking for a good replacement. Reinicio beats the larger bakeries with multiple locations by a mile. Overall I am glad I found this neighborhood, family-run bakery; I am happy to continue to support it!

I love this bakery. I live in Homestead and travel here just to get their tasty macaroons and my cup of cortadito. They are super sweet and its family owned. They are also quite patient, I have been there with my rambunctious little ones, and they cater to them kindly. You need to taste the Opera cake, its a taste of heaven.

My husband and I enjoy the Sunday morning tradition of warm 'pan-con-mantequilla y pastelitos', especially on a chilly day like today. We've tried several bakeries in the area, but this is the winner! The butter on the bread was spread evenly (no dry spots) and toasted perfectly. The pastelitos were made without that air-filled layer on top and the filling was spread evenly as well, so you tasted the guayaba and coco in every bite (again no dry spots). Nice, small breakfast and lunch menu at great prices. And the cakes are beautiful. Super friendly staff, super clean bakery. This mom-n-pop takes absolute pride in their work and their service. This is our new favorite spot, and not just on Sundays.

Don't let the size of this shop fool you, by far they have an ample selection of fine pastries. The Owner Operator is the Creator of all the pastries at display. The service is excellent, the Owner Son is very attentive to detail. I just had breakfast and it was a pleasant experience ,the coffee the meal was excellent and to top it off the service excellent.
