I’m a Scotsman living in Dallas and discovered this amazing bar on my last day in Denver watching Wales v Denmark. The best Irish bar I’ve ever been in in the US. Class bartender/owner, dark bar, TVs everywhere, Golden Tee 2021 and the best Guinness pour I’ve seen for years. Quality

My bad. Didn't realize this was primarily a betting establishment with food. I was looking for an Irish pub and restaurant. Anyway... The barkeep was kind and managed to serve me as well as he could, being the only front of house person working. The beer was cold and delicious. The fish and chips were... served hot. Best I can say.

Do: Come here for the atmosphere and to watch sports with friends. Don't: Come here for the food. The fish & chips will run you just shy of $18 before tax, and overall it was mediocre.

This is THE SPOT to watch premier league matches. I'm an Arsenal supporter and there was a huge turn out for the Liverpool match recently. Definitely worth checking out.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Yesterday being St. Patrick's Day I thought it would be fun to find my nearest Irish pub and order Corned Beef and Cabbage. After doing extensive research I found this place to be interesting. Hours stated that they opened at 11, so I gave them a call and asked if they were open at around 10:30am , the response I got "Well, I answered the phone didn't I"? So I proceeded to to place my order ignoring that smart allic comment. Got there was not greeted by anyone, there is no visible "Pick Up" area when I finally was noticed by a nice waitress I asked where I could pick up my order. My order was not even placed when I called so I had to wait. Paid 17.00 for 3 small 2" pieces of corned beef, about a 1/2 cup of cabbage and overwhelming helping of mashed potatoes. I work in the healthcare field and did not open the container until I got home that evening. What a HUGE disappointment Celtic on Market. Signed, 1st and last time customer!

Home to the Denver Gooners (Arsenal) and best place for Premier League Mornings, Breakfast options are great and drinks are made with care. Great customer service and spacious room for all sports fans.

It's a great place to watch a game or get a beer. They are short staffed and they had some technical problems with the last F1 race I watched there, the food is fairly good for a pub it's not a 5 star restaurant or anything but it's good.

The Celtic is such a great place to join other football fans for watch parties! The staff is great and very accommodating to those of us who are fans of non-EPL clubs, which is very hard to find. The Celtic opens early for matches too! But be careful, if you don't get there early enough for an Arsenal game or the other big fan clubs who call The Celtic home, you won't get a seat! The pub food is quite good (I've only ever had breakfast) but the drinks are even better. Best Irish coffee in town. Always a solid pour on Guinness. Great variety of options for draft/craft beer. I 100% recommend stopping by the Celtic for your football viewing & authentic pub experience. PS: This review references football, not to be confused with hand-lemon.

Food and service wasn't the best but it was a nice place. Part of the haunted tour we were taking that evening.

You should come solely for Katie!!! She was the best server I’ve had in a long time. Ask her for some of her jokes, she’s hilarious. She was very accommodating, helpful, and personable on an especially busy night.

Cool little spot open late. Good drinks. Friendly staff and lots of locals. Pizza is surprising good.

Pretty cool history of the underground tunnels and how Denver came to be.

Super unimpressed. It’s a dark, grungy pub. On a late summers afternoon, we popped in for a couple cold drinks. It was almost completely empty, which wasn’t a great sign. We ordered two beers. The bartender was fine, though a little socially distanced. Sipped and paid and left. Not only was it dark, but it was hot inside, the TVs were profiling bizarre sports… and it smelled a bit, too. All that to say, we likely won’t be back. There’s better spots nearby.

I went here because I randomly met the owner at a restaurant in Evergreen. I had told him I was going to Ireland (and because he’s Irish) he recommended his pub. Finally made it in and sure enough, it felt like I stepped back into the old country. Got a pint of the good stuff and it was poured well. In Ireland it’s a sin to pour a bad pint of Guinness. Didn’t try the food, but the atmosphere is great and I will go back again soon.

We went for the Nuggets game 5, and it was busy. The bar was busy, and the atmosphere was buzzing, but the bartender that served us was kind of mean. I understand being busy, but that night was to be expected, and being friendly would have gone a long way for people standing in line. I still gave him a 20% tip because I knew this was probably going to be shared but I did not want to and if he would have been nice I would have given him at least 30% because they were working hard.

Cork chicken pot pie was absolutely amazing. I can’t believe there not more busy. I’ll definitely be coming back.

A great place to watch soccer matches. Many TVs and places to sit. Great selection of beer.

Awesome place with chill atmosphere. It’s a great place to bring friends before a game or concert. Or even as a beginning spot for a night out. Beers are good, food is pretty alright (not amazing but good) and the service is wonderful. Also… it’s haunted :)

Went in for a quick beer after the restaurant was closed. The beer selection was better than I expected and the atmosphere was nice. The staff was friendly and funny, I enjoyed them very much.

Do you like bars? Do you like Irish food? Do you like to randomly bet on variety of different things? Then this is your spot! The food is delicious and the service has Alessia always been stellar.

Great football (soccer) bar. Was a blast during the world cup, place really filled up. Can be slow on the weeknights which I do not mind. Causal environment with friendly staff who offer great service. Opens early on Saturday/Sunday for premier league matches. Great to have a pub like this nearby as a football fan.

Strangely they make you pay for water. I just wanted tap water.. normal if your also having a drink. It’s a dollar for bottled tap water. . I would think any establishment that was selling booze would prefer their patrons to drink water with their booze which is proven to help limit your consumption and the effects. I’ll go somewhere else.

Came in to watch a soccer game after a hike. Needed some water but was planning on a having a few beers and food over the course of the game. We were told we could buy a bottle of water for $1. We said we had never heard of this, and the response was “this is a traditional Irish bar. In Europe we care about the environment so you don’t get free water”……. This guy thinks more bottles of water is the solution here? I would have been happy to pay for a glass of water but this made no sense. Just a very odd place and experience.

Irish breakfast and or the Fish and Chips is delicious. Big Irish bar, sofas easy chairs and high tops. Some days lower level is open for OTB, some days not? You can always bet at a kiosk. Unless you're downstairs, watching your specific track hit or miss. Great service.

If you haven’t been to the Celtic, you’re missing out on an absolute gem in Denver. The owner, Noel, is from Ireland and wanted to recreate his hometown pub feel. He nailed it. I feel like I’m home! The atmosphere is so incredibly comfortable, there are two event spaces down stairs that are super cozy and intimate. The staff members are SO nice. Noel supports the Irish heritage groups in Denver and we can’t thank him (and his wife!) enough for that. A piece of Ireland in Denver!

The Guinness is fresh and the Irish breakfast is always the go to. You have the best staff. Ever. All the bartenders are top notch, friendly, just great dudes. You run an amazing establishment. One of my favorites

Food was nice, drinks were nice, place wasn't super crowded which was surprising as there was a broncos game going on, which was nice. Helped my mother who was in a scooter get down to the basement level to use the restrooms, which was nice. They also helped a visually impaired couple while I was there to their table, which was cool too. Good to know they're ADA friendly! Would visit again on a game day if I was in town!

Great bar, friendly and fast bartenders, and great atmosphere. They do have a creepy sheet covered blocked off room that has a "bar" that's not in use and is fensed off. When I peeked in there where two employees behind the counter just standing there like something out of a creep movie! But upstairs was legit. Lol

The paid Jukebox made for a really tough evening in an otherwise adorable establishment with good service and fun decor. Poke your head in, see what the crowd looks like. If you can stomach the patrons favorite song from high school then pop in for a pint etc. They have very large multi-stall gendered bathrooms downstairs.

An Irish pub that is out of Smithwicks really didn't leave a good impression. The good was decent but I question the decision to have a reduced menu tonight. It was a good venue to watch a game but I'm not sure I would return for any other reason.

This is a pretty cool place. The drink selection is good. Didn't get to eat because this was a waiting spot for the ghost tour. The decor is awesome with lots of seating options.
