Great place for a date night. You can park at one end and walk the district. There's lots of art and antique shops to visit but a lot of them are not consistent on their hours so when they are open is often hit and miss. On busy weekend nights there are usually performers out on the sidewalk and there's a few great public out door spaces. This area also offers a handful of local bars/restaurants. Again, all within walking distance of each other. The district hosts quite a few events throughout the year.

This part of Topeka feels like such a small town and gives off those vibes. Unfortunately, there weren’t a ton of businesses open around 4:00 on a Saturday, but I enjoyed going through the shops that were open. Everyone I talked to was super nice, and I enjoyed all the beautiful art.

NOTO Escapes did not disappoint! Escape rooms are already fun on their own, but the lady working there was great! If she didn't actually enjoy her job, she was amazing at acting... I definitely recommend this place for a wide variety of consumers!

Very nice people! They have an event that I have personally tried and enjoyed. It's a "Free drop in class on the 2nd and 3rd Thursday of each month from 6-9 at arts connects 909 n kansas. Healing with art, community, and making connections." Highly recommend 😁

The NoTo area was quite wonderful with nice shops and Norsemen Brewing. When we were there, the Art Center was closed even though their Facebook page said they'd be open so I can'trate it fairly. The gentleman that came to the door explained that they were preparing for a NYE party.

I took my adult kids to this store while they were visiting. We all loved it. It has a very nice atmosphere with comforts; new books and old; friendly staff.

This area of topeka is a gem. Love the shops and all the historic buildings. Also plenty of shopping and great places to eat.

I do this chill thing 😜 called geocaching, and it is an app that sends you to different locations to find treasures that were hidden by other members.... Very cool. We found one there and it was just the cutest thing(s) in the lil box.

Have tried both Ipa on the board. Would choose Odens eye again. Had a few apps. The calamari was very good . Chicken strips are also very good. The Rubin bites came in third. Clever idea just didn't hit the flavor notes that I would have expected. It was more cheesy than meaty. That was about my only drawback. Would go again for sure

Nice little shopping, food, and entertainment scene in old part of Topeka. Locals may not be too influencing to go down there due to past years, but from what I've seen, it looks clean up and patrolled well. I have been enjoying going down there with family when im in town. Place has really turned around, and there is fun entertainment. 🙂

Not that much art, but the Thrift stores are my favorite... plus bands and beers; healthy and safe and inclusive oh my! For Topeka, it's all right.

NOTO has changed a lot over the years, becoming a place where busking and chic art shops are common sights. Neat place to go and grab a beer or listen to some live music, or shop antique stores, or grab a coffee. There is a homeless shelter down the road thats well funded locally, its actually a pretty safe place to find yourself after dark just stay out of the river side homeless camp and you will be fine.

Beautiful one of a kind finds. From cast iron to delicately made by local artists. Plus you can't go wrong with Bradley's Pies!

l giving the stars due to not being able to get ahold of anyone that I believe can help me with problems. They collect donations for people in need I've in need for a long a time now. I can't get anyone to return my phone calls there is always cars parked outside the building but they are never open for me to talk to. I'm trying to find out how to became a active partner and get help with understanding how their mom profit business works.

First Friday is always good for year round arts and even crafts. But throughout the rest of the month business are still open and things still happening. Serendipity is a great place to have a party.

I hope all of Topeka is proud of our north Topeka Noto arts and entertainment district. What was once a dying and decaying old downtown area is now thriving and bustling with new businesses, specialty shops, galleries, and restaurants. You won't want to miss the first Friday event which takes place the first F of every month.
