This was the first time I have been to No Surrender, and my daughter had a great time runnin' all around that place. We attended a birthday party for her little friend and the place was a perfect spot for that. With a private birthday room and a very friendly helpful staff the party was a success. After the party my little one wanted to play some more so we stayed an extra couple hours. She was so tired she slept the whole hour long drive home!!! $$ well spent, good time had by all we will definetely return!

Great place to bring your baby, toddler and bigger kids. They have great food (a little pricey) and adults drinks for reasonable price. The adventure course its nice and big. Down side is that it's only for 3 hrs if you want more time you have to buy at regular price.

I am very disappointed to write this review. We’ve had previous birthday parties at this location and never had any issues until today. We encountered multiple problems here and the staff and manager handled it Very unprofessional. When we were asking them to clarify certain things that just didn’t make sense to us they immediately wanted to give us a refund shut us up and have us leave. the staff did a poor job at communicating and assisting with the party. We booked previous parties here before so we knew what to expect we had no host in our room. They changed us party rooms after already decorating. We were told that we could not have decorations up, but they would make an exception for this one time which didn’t make sense to us because we’ve had multiple parties here and we’ve always been able to decorate. The staff was very young and they were constantly talking in groups amongst each other, and did not bringing out pizzas, game cards, waters and would often just disappear and never come back. While our family members were setting up for the party we were told that it would be an additional $150 to have extra people in the room while setting up when that’s never been an issue before. On top of that the staff continuously tried to talk to other family members about an additional charge, even after telling them to redirect their questions to the parents not other people. Therefore, we were a little bit frustrated after dealing with all of this, and we began telling the staff we would like to speak to the manager, which caused the young girls that were helping us with our party to cry, so when the manager came to speak to us, she basically told us that we would have to take all our things and leave with our money back. The biggest issue that I had was that if we were so rude to their staff why were they asking us to leave 20 minutes before the party was over. They only wanted us to leave when we started asking to speak to the manager. That is why it did not make sense to us. They were very careless because they were only concerned about how the staff was treated, but they were not being very understanding when it came to what led up to that. Also, the biggest red flag was that we had many elders and children at this party they called security and accused us of being intoxicated, when none of us were drinking we just felt like that was a way to try to rush us out faster because we were not collecting are things fast enough. My recommendation would be to look somewhere else for a party because if something goes wrong, they will not help you. They will just shove you out and not care about your opinion at all.

I love the Fresno NS! 10 times better than Clovis and way better service. It’s Unlimited play time compared to 90minutes at Clovis! Love coming here!

Great place for kids to burn some energy and do some exercise. Our kid loves the toddler ball pit and slides. The place has plenty of maze spaces, a couple of trampolines, ball pits and slides. There is an arcade, plenty of tables to sit and eat, a maze at about 1 story height with no floor so it is a bit more challenging and scary. Overall, great place for kids to spend 2-3 hours.

I'm responding to a review that the owner responded about a party. As a witness to this incident, the owner whom I assumed was present at the end of the incident, is out of touch with what happened. This incident seems to start with poor communication and accountability from the staff members. The owner stated if there is less than 20 people, they would condense the room to one but at one point we had 25 people in that room. We had several people sitting outside the room. And I'm curious how they actually counted the people, because the "hostesses" were rarely present. So after this first incident, then the mother having to get our own refills, then telling us the clocks in the room are incorrect. This was a snowball effect of bad customer service. The parents were very frustrated as I'm sure the staff members would be to if it was their family. The management team did very little to mitigate the situation, when the owner showed up, he also had a very abrasive attitude and only escalated the tension between the family and staff. I hope the owner is serious about updating guidelines and policies because this is clearly the fault of lack of transparency, accountability and communication between the staff and family members. I do believe keeping your staff safe, but I also believe in providing excellent customer service which we got from zero of your staff members. I hope you do learn from this.

No Surrender Adventure Park is my absolute favorite destination for family fun, especially when I'm looking to entertain my niece and nephew. The gymnasium here is a hit with them; they could spend hours playing, which is a fantastic way to ensure they're happily exhausted by the end of our visit. One aspect I particularly appreciate about No Surrender is the staff's dedication. They are incredibly sweet and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. But what truly stands out is their commitment to safety. Knowing that they take safety measures seriously gives me peace of mind, ensuring that my family members are secure while having a great time. Each visit, typically lasting 1-2 hours, is filled with excitement and entertainment. Personally, I'm a huge fan of their laser tag—it's realistic and offers an adrenaline rush like no other. Plus, they've recently introduced VR games, which are not only fun but also a surprising form of cardio workout! We've held several kids' parties at No Surrender Adventure Park, and every time it's been a blast for all the kids and their friends. It's a fantastic spot for families of all ages to come together and enjoy a variety of activities. The range of options and the welcoming environment make it a top choice for family outings. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, safe, and exciting adventure with family!

Somthing to do for all ages. However the birthday party packages are TERRIBLE. very very expensive for not too much. I would recommend the venue but DEFINITELY not the party package. Party hosts was always available but very short with answering questions. Better to just grab a table and enjoy the venue than spending all the money birthday room.

I don't understand how the "team members" don't do anything when teenagers (13-14 years old) are bullying the younger kids who are there to have fun as well. My kids (6-8yrs old) were trying to play basketball in the small trampoline area (inside the adventure course) but there is only one basketball with two basketball hoops! Older kids don't follow the rules and team members are only there to stand and watch but don't do anything when the older kids are playing rough and pushing the younger kids out of their way. Really you raise the prices for the adventure course yet you don't improve it!! Definitely a waste of money it got me upset how the older kids (13-15 yr olds) which I think shouldn't be allowed in the adventure course are taking advantage of the younger (elementary school aged) kids and taking the only one basketball away from them in the adventure course 😐. The adventure course used to be better and team members used to do their job. But everything has changed I guess 😏

Laser tag suck… don’t go play here no more. Bad experience, lots of mix communications and not being on the same page. He said the cashiers should of told us about the game mode. If I can put a 0 star I would of. We had over 50 people there. Don’t go play if you want a game mode other than kids mode!

I really think this place has it's glory days behind it. It used to be, laser tag was the main event here. I'd drive an hour away to play laser tag at this place. I watched it get better and better. It used to have a huge arena, various gun options for streaks, all kinds of power ups scattered across the arena. It was dope! Now the arena is 2/3 the size, guns are all the same, no power ups, no kill streaks, mystery boxes, the power up boxes on walls are smashed and in disrepair, and the guns malfunction half the time. They just became an arcade and play place that sells food. That's why I don't come here anymore and honestly, I have no incentive to because laser tag is no longer fun from this place. It put tac ops in last place because of how it did laser tag, it was legit. Now it's a C tier place.

First time coming here we had a good experience. The kids loved the adventure land and slides. They also have a place to order food & drinks. We got the fries and Mozzarella Cheese sticks were really good. Lots of space and places to sit. Fun for kids of all ages.

Worse play place ever! Closing early and kitchen closing at 7:00 pm. What? Rough housing with adult men in the babies ball area. No supervision from the staff to control this. I paid good money for my 17 month old granddaughter to have fun not to fear of getting hit by a ball thrown at full force. Will not be back!

Came to Clovis to visit family with my two kiddos. And we came across this arcade/pizza place for dinner and for my kids to play. They enjoyed it so much! We came on a Saturday, we expected a crowed and it was packed. It did took us half hour to get a table, but while I waited for a table, my kids were playing. The playground is 3 hours for a child to play and it costs $16 to $18 depending the age. Adults will have to pay $7 to go in and supervise their kids.. which I wasn't very pleased as you are going in to supervise, not because you want to have fun. In addition, EVERYONE that goes in, needs to buy the place's special non slip socks, which add on another $3 per person. I do recommend coming after 7pm, as the crowd seems to be less and more tables are available. As for food, it is very good! I recommend getting the $55 family special, I feel it's a great deal. You get a 16" pizza, 6 wings, a basket of fries, and 4 drinks. It is a perfect size for a family of 4-6. In addition, you get a $15 voucher to play in the arcade! I thought the food wasn't enough, and bought an extra pizza, and took it home whole, because the $55 deal was more than enough. Will definitely come by again, if in the area!

My family enjoy coming to No Surrender it gives the kids many activities to do! However after this past weekend I was pretty disappointed…first DO NOT ever rent a room for $150 especially since the AC was not working. We asked them multiple times to turn it on but to no avail our request was not met. Food came 30 min later even though we ordered ahead of time prior to our guests arriving. Pizza was great but the service was poor and mind you this was on a Sunday late afternoon

Rented a party room for a birthday party with laser tag. The food was good, service was fine, and the kids loved laser tag. The big issue we had was you only get the party room for 1 hour and then the kids play laser tags for an hour. Obviously the kids can’t be too full before running around for an hour so we didn’t get to the cupcakes. Well, you can’t serve cake or cupcakes in the regular dining area despite spending plenty of money on the party room for one hour. You also can’t hand out cupcakes to go in the main dining room. You have to stand in the front of the building and hand them out as guests decide to leave, which may or may not be at the same time. Save your money and don’t rent a party room.

My 2 year old loves this place. She could be in there for hours on hours if i let her! I like how sometimes things change and they add/take away things. Makes it more fun to visit wondering what might be different from the last time. I like that they have drinks abd food available and it's location puts you next to restaurants to go eat afterwards. Just don't forget your socks at home! Or you'll end up with 10 pairs like us!

Taking my 1 year old son and older daughters here was fun for them. They had a blast on the rope obstacle and the play area. The VR arena was something new to us and we enjoyed it. Prices are not bad either.

The park is great. Definitely not cheap , but you get a huge variety of activities and a fair amount of cardio workout. You must have sticky socks so we spent about $30 for my grand daughter and myself. Spent another $30 for lunch. So not cheap at all. The hot dogs and tater tots were actually very good. A much better hot dog and bun than I expected. Fries were quite good too.

Just recently we held a work party at No Surrender and everyone had SO much fun! Randy was great to work with in figuring out what packages would work best for us -- he was even there to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Thanks No Surrender!

Went as staff with Boys and Girls Club for a team building experience with Jr. High-High school youth. Had a fun time with the laser tag room! Large room 2-story, ramps, lights, music, was an awesome experience! Small arcade, pizza was good. Main thing was that the youth we took had a blast, and talked about it for a week after!

Fun place. Seems to be germ infested. I wonder how clean it really is. Pretty sure it’s where my son contracted Covid. Having said that, he’s always had fun here. Very cool cube like structures and ball pits. Great arcade, too!

Absolutely GREAT place for kids EDIT: Long time and repeat customer. The last three times my daughter and I wanted to play the VR games. Each time we arrived at about 6:15 pm to play the games but each time we were unable to. We stood there at the VR, and stood there, waiting, and waiting. A full 20 minutes go by. Not exaggerating. The employees see us there waiting but do nothing. The front desk staff sees us, the ones working the entrance to the adventure course see us. The restaurant area staff see us. They pass by to unlock a party door 10 feet away. BUT, nobody ever comes to help us with the VR games. Are the games closed after 6:00 pm? All I can say is this is the first bad experience I've had at No Surrender. I'm not going to lower my 5 star review because of this but honestly, how can everyone sit there and ignore a customer who is standing there waiting for a service?

This place has been an amazing experience for my daughter . She had an amazing 8th birthday and she wants to come back next year again! The staff is so friendly and energetic. Great place to come with the whole family!

I love how reasonable this place is to eat the kid run off some energy. The food is also good which is refreshing in a place like this. We love it here and will be back often.

This place is amazing except for the fact that I can no longer breathe inside of their building. I used to love bringing my kids here but for the past couple of years they have installed an assault on my breathing. The perfume/fragrance that they pump into the air is so intense that my throat closes up almost immediately and the migraine starts kicking. There is probably a ratio of 98% perfume and 2% oxygen in the air inside this building. I wish they would take people who are sensitive to that type of intense perfume into consideration but they dont. I will never go back because I simply cant breathe in there. Very disappointing 😞

Really really packed and late for us to go into the party room. The service was good and respectful. Too bad they can't put a cap on how many people are in the building. If you're fine not having a place to sit and can't really walk anywhere because everyone is super close together then this is the spot for you haha. It's not for me so that's why I put 2 ⭐⭐ only.

  • 4/5 Noel C. 1 year ago on Google
Fun for the kids but be ready to pay 100 to 150 to enjoy with your kids. Lazer tag was fun at the smallest package $28 with a $15 arcade card; the video games were 1:50 to 2:00 to play one game. Pizza was average and soda refills for a dollar.

We had reserved a party room back in August of last year (the 6th) for my son’s 8th birthday and unfortunately due to a miscommunication we were late to our party time. I was informed that we could still attend our party if we paid for the pizzas that were left out due to us being late. I agreed, mostly because I had no other option and guests on the way. We get there, running late even for our new party time (we live an hour away from Fresno so with our 5 month old it’s a long trip) and are rushed in, my guests have been waiting. I’m completely stressed out and have to feed my baby (I was exclusively breastfeeding) And instead of being given the opportunity to feed my baby and collect myself, we were rushed through the party process (pizza/sing/cake) I wasn’t even able to take pictures of my son with his decorations that I spent the previous night making by hand. I basically had to breastfeed and partake in the party all at the same time. Keep in mind we were late even for the rescheduled party so I barely even sat down to eat one slice of pizza and had to get up because our time was over. They usher us out and proceed to close the party room down, it was not used again that day (I don’t understand why we couldn’t have been given just a little more time to collect ourselves, after all it was a misunderstanding on our part and I just needed a few more minutes to feed my baby after our hour long car ride.) I also don’t understand why they would charge me for the pizza we “wasted” when I had paid for unlimited pizza? Including the wasted pizza that we couldn’t take but had to pay for we had I think 6 pizzas total? My guests didn’t have time to eat but a slice or so a piece. So I paid for unlimited pizza and had to pay for pizza we didn’t even get to eat or take with us. We also were shocked that they even let our party play laser tag, it was so hot and miserable my son and his guests came out dripping in sweat. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but I’ve tried to reach out and have someone help us with this but no one will respond to my emails. I just feel like this entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth for this type of party, we left unsatisfied with our experience.

It was said to be 30 minutes But it isnt. False advertise. If it begins 4pm and ends at 4:30 (30 minute games)… it isn’t 30 minutes Games do not start right on the dot, probably 3,4 minutes after and they end the game 10 minutes before the next half hour So? 15 minute games. I would expect game to begin 4:03 sure, prep time whatever. Let the kids play til 4:28pm My kids got taken out and i seen them exiting at 4:19/4:20??
