I had the mushroom raviolis. They tasted fine but instead of sauce they were bathing in basically water. The place is very small and cramped.

What a quaint fantastic Italian restaurant and another hidden gem. The food is freshly prepared and portions are big. Service is fantastic and very attentive. We came to celebrate our 6 year olds birthday dinner and they treated her like a princess. The owner came out to ask how things were showing how he cares for his business. Give this place a try for great service and incredible food.

Overall pretty disappointing and overpriced. Flat flavors, cheap pasta. I got the baked ziti— it was okay, the flavors were nothing special. My husband got the chicken Parmesan— I would not recommend it at all, probably one of the worst chicken parms I’ve ever tried. They don’t even use good quality pasta— it’s definitely cheap, especially for their prices. The tiramisu was their saving grace— it’s pretty good.

I will definitely go back when I am traveling to that city! Food is very fresh, high-quality ingredients. Don't go very hungry it takes time to cook a great made to order meal. All pastas where al dente, while basil on my pizza was still fresh! You will enjoy good bread while you wait for your food. Server was incredible.

Mulino is quaint restaurant with a powerful flavorful menu! Tomato Basil soup is simply amazing and comforting. A perfect way to start your meal. Their Burrata was fresh and plated a with a smoky prosciutto. A must try for cheese lovers. Oh, it sounds like you had a delightful dining experience at the Italian restaurant! Let's break down the review: The Chicken Parmigiana at this restaurant is a true winner. The chicken is perfectly cooked and tender, and the crispy breading adds a nice texture. Topped with rich marinara sauce and melted cheese, every bite is a burst of flavors. It's a classic Italian dish done right. The service was perfect! Tony was attentive and kind. We enjoyed getting to know him. Worth the wait if you go at a peak time. We will be back and plan to tell everyone about this gem!

Went here for my anniversary, was so delicious and had such savory and delicious flavors i’ve never had before. The staff was super nice and catering to our every need. They insisted if it wasn’t absolutely perfect that they’d remake it for us. But there was no need as everything was super delicious. Definitely returning there for every special occasion. Heavily recommend this hidden gem of ft worth!

This is a mostly reliable neighborhood BYOB joint with good food and generous portions. Not every experience here is 5 stars, but they’ve been good to us over the years. Menu and service were both better before the pandemic but this is still a very easy choice for a simple night out.

Wood fired pizza with a thin crust. Plated portions looked pretty serious too. Table bread comes with fresh pesto which is super awesome. You won’t leave hungry for sure.

I just discovered this place. I’ve gone back twice in one week. First time for my grandsons birthday. Tony went out of his way to make it special. He had the porcini raviolis which was great! Their soups are fantastic! We had a cup of tomato, (huge) declared to be the best by more than one grandson. And the Italian wedding soup is heaven. I came back with two more grandsons for pizza. The twins had tomato soup which was great again! And we had the dessert pizza. Nutella and strawberries on a pizza. I had to stop them from eating the whole pie which was again huge. The place is not very big, and is always packed, once you taste the food you’ll understand why. It’s BYOB, which is a nice touch as you’re not limited to menu wines. Can’t wait to go back!

Don’t get me wrong we are a big fan of this restaurant just not this time. We are both sick at home with the flu. I called and specially ordered a cheese pizza to include marinara sauce and mozzarella thats it. The waiter on phone said a four cheese, i said no, then she asked a margarita? I said no i said I specifically wanted a cheese pizza as explained above. She said ok. My husband got the pizza she told him you ordered a four cheese… the picture below is what we got for $20…. I ordered a standard american cheese pizza. So i called asked for a manager… told her what happened, she not apologetic but choose to argue with me stating mozzarella and tomato sauce is a 4 cheese pizza?? It doesn’t have any sauce and i did not order 4 cheeses. Then i explained again exactly what i had ordered then she said that was a margarita pizza??? I told her its not a margarita pizza because margarita pizza has basil on it. So no one at this restaurant understands what a normal American cheese pizza is. She was unhappy with me and truly had no desire to try to make a regular cheese pizza but reluctantly said she would. After all that we don't have to the energy to go back up there for probably a margarita pizza another pizza we didn't order…..

Such a perfect place for us to enjoy a delicious meal. We bring our favorite wine. The service is quite personal. We come several times a week. Salads, pizza, pasta! They grow their herbs in beautiful pottery just outside their dining room!

For our Family Night, we decided to venture out and explore a new Italian Restaurant in Southlake, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. This charming establishment exudes warmth and coziness, creating a lovely ambiance for a memorable dining experience. The soothing music played in the background added to the overall atmosphere, and the restaurant's inviting patio was a delightful bonus. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service we received throughout our visit. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, making us feel truly valued as guests. Needless to say, we will eagerly return to this wonderful restaurant in the future.

A great restaurant for any occasion! It is BYOB so keep that in mind. Staff are SUPER friendly and helpful! Food was so amazing. We had the rigatoni and a few pizzas and I couldn’t pick a favorite! Will come back again!

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!!! I loved the whole atmosphere and lighting of the area. Our server(I’m not sure what his name was) was the best server I’ve ever had!!! He made lovely suggestions and made sure that we were taken care of even with the busy atmosphere. The food here was amazing and the pizza is a must try! The crust was so crunchy and deliciously thin! Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!

Everything was amazing from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave it was our very first time and the server talked through the menu made recommendations and they were great recommendations! Food was a delicacy , highly recommend the tortellini & shrimp dish along with the chicken Frances. The portions were huge! My family also got the salmon, meat lasagna and shrimp pasta. Me and my family had a delightful time will definitely be back to try more items off the menu.

Lasagna is the best in town. I love how the thick of the sauce, very tasty. Tiramisu is my favorite too, they got me in this. I usually order big tiramisu cake for my house's party. The price is very reasonable too.

We tried this place for our weekly date night and it was great. Im Italian from New York and moved to Texas. I have been eating chicken parmigiana my whole life. This was the best one I have found in Texas. It was light and crispy, the sauce was sweet and savory and the cheese was just right. I will be back for sure.

Wow! I came back to this beautiful restaurant after 9 months and got the pepperoni pizza which was phenomenal! I have never had pizza that tasted so good. I also had the focaccia bread as an appetizer and the amazing Nutella pizza to finish off my meal. The atmosphere in the restaurant was unique. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant and I will be returning! Thank you Davis for being our Server again, he is very professional!!

I just have to say, this is was nothing less than an incredible experience. From the time my wife and I and some friends walked in, we were met by friendly staff and a warm and quaint atmosphere. I’m really impressed about not only the quality of the food, from the appetizers to the pizza and our entrees, but also how professional and attentive the waitstaff was with us. A memorable experience to say the least. We are telling our friends and will most definitely be back!!

Lovely small Italian restaurant. Well executed, good, friendly service, and not your standard American Italian. Atmosphere is warm with Italian music. The Riisotto di Mare and Carbonara were delicious. Definitely recommend.

The best Italian food we’ve found! I got eggplant parmigiana (it’s a fancier name on the menu), my husband got lasagna, and our son buttered pasta with parmigiana cheese. Everything was SO ridiculously delicious! There was a very little wait (by little, maybe 10-15 min) and we had a hungry toddler. They were quick to offer us bread for our little guy while we waited without us even acting like it was an issue or without our kid misbehaving. They just thought to do it which was awesome! They were very polite, friendly, and kind. We didn’t even have to wait long in our opinion, but they brought us a complimentary appetizer that was absolutely delicious!

I was here yesterday with my family and I had the Scampi Shrimp and my wife had a regular Burata. Everything tasted delicious! The servers were very friendly and I loved the atmosphere. I'll definitely come back for more pretty soon!

This is our favorite restaurant! And our server Jona is amazing, even remembering our favorites!! One of the best aspects is my sugar rarely spikes when I eat here, which keeps me coming back. This is a big deal for me since at most other restaurants I am limited to meat and vegetables to keep my sugar in check. For some reason, I’m thinking it’s their quality if ingredients, I can eat a Caesar salad, lasagna, and even a few bites of cheesecake and stay within my allotted levels. Our favorite meals are definitely the Lasagna and Chicken Marsala. For a low carb option they will provide a nice assortment of vegetables perfectly done instead of the noodles. For dessert we often get the cheesecake dusted with powdered sugar and a generous amount of strawberries. Support this local, small business!!

Awesome food. Great Staff. I first went on a Friday night when it was cold outside and had to wait for a seat at the door. Sometimes (like this time) queuing up and waiting to be seated is part of the fun. It's BYOB and the manager saw I had brought a bottle so he offered to get me some glasses. We had some wine while we waited for our table. We ordered the Arancini and they were outstanding. The sauce was simple and delicious. I next had to try the lamb ragu, where else can you get that? It was very good. My wife got the linguine with shrimp, I did not try it but the presentation was wonderful and she enjoyed it. We got a kids pizza for my son. Some places use cheaper ingredients for the kid's menu but not this place, I had a slice and it was awesome Neapolitan style (they advertise that it uses 00 flour and San Marzono tomatoes) and I'd compare it neck and neck with the Cane Roso pizza I've had in Dallas and Fort Worth which I love so much. This in a kid's menu pizza. I've seen some reviews mention the price is a little high, perhaps. However, you do get to BYOB so that helps and the food, presentation, menu selection is noticeably better than some of the other local BOYB italian places which I also enjoy. This place is a treat, try it. Update: Came back with a larger crowd and tried the sausage and peppers (Peperonota di Salsiccia: Pictured). So simple, so good. I suggest perusing the menu before hand (like I did this time) and taking a wine you think will go with what you intend to order. The beer drinkers in my crowd brought beer to go with their pizza. All agreed this place is a keeper. Update May 2022: I often come and get the muscles. Muscles are largely about the quality of the muscles. I don't know how a restaurant in north central Texas does it but they are consistently fresh and delicious.

Amazing food and quite possibly the best Tiramisu my family and I have ever had. The restaurant seats about 45 max but it’s well worth the wait to enjoy the great service and fantastic food. The owners are always present and they genuinely care about every diner’s experience. You should also treat your kids (or yourself) to their Nutella Pizza. BYOB is also great.

Every meal my gal & I have had has been excellent! The pizza out of the brick oven is a treat and every pasta dish I've had has been very tasty. Also a great feature is that it's a BYOB restaurant. Bring the adult beverage of your choice, save money and enjoy a great meal. Everyone on The staff is friendly and give great service without being overbearing. Give it a shot and learn for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

Original: Can’t say enough about how great this place is. Freshest Italian food in DFW, great ambiance, and the service is excellent ✅ Update: we went on Sunday 3/27 and sat outside. We were greeted initially, but then service disappeared. I had to go inside to order, and at the end of the meal to get our ticket after waiting 15 minutes after finishing up our meal. The food quality has also changed, especially regarding the bruschetta that is now on cracker-thin bread and lacking flavor. Hopefully this less than ideal visit was a flaw, as we love this place and have recommended it to many people.

Love love love this restaurant. It is so underrated. Atmosphere is beautiful and romantic. The food couldn’t have been any better. The menu is classic Italian. We tried the margarita pizza, the risotto, and the truffle ravioli. Every dish was delicious and perfect. It is small and family owned which makes it even better.
