Great kayak launch. Clean bathroom. There is a hose to spray your boat off when done paddling. Cost is now $5 to launch a non-motorized boat plus either a Collier County beach pass or $10 per vehicle to park. Credit cards only.

Our kayak tour with PADDLE MARCO launched at this park. I'd highly recommend booking a guided tour with PADDLE MARCO. The guides were fantastic. Just look at the amazing pictures.

Tons of parking, hose to rinse off gear, gentle slope on ramp, super calm water. Pay for parking. Bathrooms at the entrance

Wonderful place to kayak the mangroves. There are several businesses that will drop off kayaks for you in this location. Recommend going early with a lot of big spray. We saw several dolphins and jellyfish in the nearby bay. Not many places to break while paddling so be ready for a lot of paddling. But overall, beautiful area with tons of wildlife. Definitely worth a visit

Not very visitor friendly....$5 per craft plus a $10 fee without Collier county beach parking permit.... And you have to pay at a meter... Come on! Paying $20 to paddle mangroves is not my idea of a good day.

Free parking and launch. Nice easy launch site. Water hose to rinse when you get back. Nice bathroom at entrance. Open water with current. It's a mile paddle to the mangroves.

$10 parking then $5 per paddle craft seems steep. Nice natural area amongst the concrete of San Marco.

such a peaceful place for a paddle! lots of wildlife (ospreys, fish, cranes, etc). We paddled here for three hours and would have loved to stay longer, because the park is huge and the mangroves form a maze

Excellent place to launch kayaks/canoes, etc and avoid the business of boats ramps. Plenty of mangrove trails to explore. If you are up to it, you can paddle to Isle of Capri and beach at one of the restaurants for lunch, etc. The paddle to the restaurants is far so be warned. Check the tides. If the tides are against you, its worse.

Restrooms are clean and have running water. Beautifyl well maintained park with a couple of covered shelters. No play ground.

This access to the mangroves is easy to find, very comfortable and easy to use: it has clean bathrooms, functional parking meters, enough spaces to park and safe while you go on tour. I used it with the company La vita Ć© bella-Marco Eco Tours, this past week and not only did I love the tour, but I recognize that the guide team, not only were they very well organized, but also made each one of those present feel (from children, adults and even dogs) as welcome.

Sandy beaches and sea shells. Spoonbills, egrets, Ospreys, seagulls, those little piper birds? Teeny tiny birds running along the shore line. Strong current be careful at tide shifts! Have a beautiful day!!

Wonderful experience! Randy (Lou,) our guide is a gem and a wealth of knowledge. He is a local teacher and Marco is lucky to have him. Great educational trip for all ages. You might even see some local marine life! Iā€™d do it again tomorrow!
