About a 4 mile moderate hike (8 miles out and back) to a fantastic view looking down into Diamond Fork (I think) and back towards Spanish Fork/Mapleton. The trail weaves around a stream for a while and you hike up though a wet rock bed several times and also across several patches of shale and dirt. Towards the end of the hike you'll go past two small meadows and just before the end you'll go up a steep section of soft dirt. Trail is also used by mountain bikes, dirt bikes, and horses. Trail is mostly shaded and slightly cooler because of proximity to water. To get through the trailhead you'll go through a campground. There are two pit toilets and a water spigot at the trail parking lot.

This is one of my favorite hikes in Utah Country.

Good trail with a couple different forks for varying hardness. Toddler was about to handle it just fine. The paths are wide enough for traffic both ways and there's plenty of shade. The trail starts at the very top of the campground where there are bathrooms and parking available.

Good out and back hike. Some river crossings that have you walking across logs or rocks but didn't get my hiking boots wet. Saw around 7 groups of Friday before father's day.easy to drive to the trail head but had to stop 2 miles in because I didn't want to hike on rocks that have the stream going through. Great moderate hike and would recommend

It is a very challenging trail with several severe uphills and several steep downhills.

Beautiful location. Great campsites. The trail was a little washed out due to the flooding, but the hike was still very nice and relaxing with shade. Up hill at first and evens out. We will definitely be camping out there.
