Had the best time here! Yill was a great Master and helped us to not die/ get injured! We learned some trick shots and by the end were hitting targets consistently! Great for parties!

So much fun though I started off pretty shy. I am pleased to say at the end of an hour I was honorary Viking. Tried some none traditional axes. (Victory dance seen in photo). Ivar the Boneless wassup? 🙂 👉🏽⛏ Genaro our instructor was awesome, patient throughout. Would recommend to a friend and for sure frequent in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Josiah was the best guide we could have hoped for as a group of fabulous women celebrating a 40 year olds birthday. He gave us tips and tricks to actually improve our form while making it feel light and breezy. Such a fun special night out!

Josiah was awesome. Stayed right by our side to help us all night and provided more and more interesting axes as the night went on. Right when we thought it couldn’t get better he introduced us to some games that made the evening even better. We were here for a business networking event and all of us LOVED it. Will certainly return and highly recommend!

Josiah was the BEST instructor. He was very patient with our group. We were all first time "Hatchet throwers." Josiah went out his way and made up a game for us. He instructed us during our 2hr session and helped other groups at the same time. He does very well at multitasking. I will definitely come back with other people and my same group. I love it here!! Josiah is the best!

10 out of 10 recommend!!! Bury the Hatchet was an AMAZING experience!! We had the best host ever! Amira is top tier! She kept us entertained and she joined in on the fun we brought which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. She worked with our large group with ease! She is truly the best and can’t wait to be with her again! The rest of the staff were friendly and great and contributed to an overall fun environment. Can’t wait to get back there!

Bury the Hatchet was a fun experience for our first time! The wait and price was reasonable. The place had a good vibe, good music, BYOB. Josiah, one of the staff members, was very welcoming and polite. He explained how to play the game well. He checked up on how we were doing! Offered to take pictures of my husband and I. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Me and the girls got together for a friend's birthday and wanted to give this a try. I never been so wanted to try it. Our reservations was for 7pm and it was a little over $30 for an hour. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and had to sign a waiver. They then they took us to our area and taught us how to throw. It was only 3 of us so it did get hot and tiring but it was fun. We kept score and I did win lol!

I've never done this before, so I was super excited to try it and see what it was like. you have to sign a waiver (for obvious reasons) then you get assigned to a lane. Our guide at Bury the Hatchet instructed us well and taught us what to do while throwing an axe. For most of us, it was the first time - but it's a simple straightforward process and you get a hang of it very soon. Seems I had natural instinct of hitting on target. 90% of my throw was 3s and 4s and 20% hit the bullseye there are diff sizes of axes and as per your strength-agility- you chose the axe. it was Monday evening and there was not much rush. I was sharing a lane with my yelp friend Steve. we both were trying our best to hit the bulls-eye. The only downside was a few of the weapons have loose heads on them, but there was still plenty for everyone to throw despite that. This place is BYOB and BYOF( yes food too). the place was clean and everyone there was very professional Parking: there is streetside parking (after 6 pm-its free)

Tonight was my first time trying out Axe Throwing and I’ve been wanting to go for the longest. I came in tonight for a 9:15pm reservation at the Bloomfield Ave spot with my partner and it was the BEST TIME. We had so much fun! The booking process was extremely simple and easy. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door by a really good team of staff. The best part of our experience was Josiah. He was so knowledgeable on procedures and tips on how to throw better for a good shot. He suggested games we could play like connect 4, gave me pointers on how to throw better, and casually checked on us throughout our time to make sure we were okay. He really made the experience better. And because of him and his advice, I was killing the game on my first time. We def will be back, I’ll def bring some friends, and this place is def worth coming too. Date night was a success.

Quentin was awesome- Loved his attitude and his instruction. Made it a great experience for our first time. You are able to bring adult drinks, just not hard alcohol. We were in lane 1, so only had people play on one side of us. it was nice to have space on the other side- I would recommend this lane if you have a bigger party.

My visit to Bury the Hatchet was an unforgettable experience! This place isn't just about throwing axes; it's about mastering the art under expert guidance. The instructor was exceptional, teaching my sisters and me the ins and outs of both axe and knife throwing. His approach was safety-first, but he made sure we had a ton of fun along the way. His tips were invaluable, turning us from novices to confident throwers in no time. The vibe at Bury the Hatchet was welcoming and invigorating, creating the perfect backdrop for an exhilarating day out. I would highly recommend Bury the Hatchet to anyone looking for a unique, fun-filled activity. It's an excellent spot for beginners and experienced throwers alike. You're in for a great time! Thank you again Quentin!

We had so much fun here. It was our 2nd time throwing axes. Kelsey was an amazing guide, he gave us a score board and checked up on us. It’s BYOB, but remember, no hard liquor allowed only wine, beer, and hard seltzer. Parking isn’t bad either. No food, so order take out or eat before come.

We celebrated my sister birthday at bury the hatchet. Our Hatchet master YIL was AWESOME! He was FUN, Informative, and super chill! We hit the bullseye a few times and we enjoyed his company 🫶🏾

Genaro is the best instructor hands down! He was super welcoming when we walked in and helped us through the throwing process. We played multiple games and he even let us pose with different axes and swords and took photos for my friend and I. He went above and beyond for our first experience at Bury the Hatchet. He told us about the league they host on Thursday nights. We are going to be back with my family before the year is over. We will definitely be requested Genaro as our instructor. Thank you for a wonderful first experience! We will be back! There is street parking available but it is limited, there is a lot across the street that is convenient. Remember that it is BYO for drinks and food. They supply a fridge to keep your beverages cold. They have a picnic table behind for your group to enjoy. The checkin process is super smooth.

This was an amazing experience! Definitely a great date night idea. If you’re there ask for Carter, she taught us all sorts of fun tricks and tips! We won a tee shirt and a ticket to their escape room, all in all a fantastic time.

Quentin, our Axe master was awesome! It was our first time and he took the time to teach us the proper and safe methods! By the time he taught us we felt like pros. We had such a blast, and it was all because of him. Couldn’t recommend it any more, and definitely see if Quentin is working!

I didn't realize how much fun throwing an axe was. This place is fun, the staff is cordial and helped the beginners, including me, to learn how to throw this dangerous weapon, and yes, it requires some training. Nut after that, it's fun.

😐 The park is alright. The baseball field is great and you can ball soccer on it. I played soccer there for the past 2 years under the floor lights. The lights combes on about an half hour before sunset which is good for those who wants to play at night but they do turn off about 10bish. The tennis co...
