Usually when you go out to dinner you are doing it so you don't have to cook. The Melting Pot has perfected the art of making you cook your own food and enjoying it so much you don't really care. It is a unique experience where you can sit, guilt free, and eat a vat of molten cheese covered bread, carrots, broccoli, etc... then they give you the image of healthy eating by serving a salad between courses. Next up is the MEAT course. My favorite dipping sauce is the cheese. (Yes, more cheese) We tried the MOJO sauce and it was really good. Last but not least is the chocolate. I could easily sit and eat the whole pot. I love the turtle. Strawberries, bananas, rice crispy treats... all covered in chocolate and caramel. Can't go wrong... Al, our server, was incredible!! She was very attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable. She's only been there for a couple of months but she served with the panache and ease of a seasoned pro. I would highly recommend wearing pants with some stretch to them. If you have maternity pants, wear them. You won't regret it.

I went on a Wed with a reservation for 10ppl at 5:30. They brought us our drinks at 6pm. Then the melted cheese like at 6:30 . Our salads until 7:30. Our meats to cook on the grill until 8pm and the chocolate until 9pm. Everything was good but just service was very slow. Never thought I would take 4hrs at a restaurant. I like the idea of melted cheese and chocolate for us to melt but I didnt like the idea of us cooking our own meats. For person its around $100. Not sure if i would return.

Emily made our Anniversary absolutely magical. The sweetest, friendliest, funniest and positively the best customer care person you could ask for. We will 1000% be back and Emily will be the only one we want joining our experience there. Thank you Emily for going above and beyond and being the cherry on top of our amazing evening.

We had such an amazing night ! As working parents of five kids, our date nights are far & few in between, our experience was so relaxing and all about US, we couldn’t have asked for a better evening together. It was both of our first times and we were not disappointed! We left so full & satisfied. Every course was delicious and our server Skylar was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! She has only been working off of training for two weeks so we were quite impressed. We will absolutely be back again & again. We LOVE the melting pot !

The Melting Pot is always great! We had a party of 3 and we were able to get the deal for 2 and a split order of the deal for the third person. The wait staff were very personable and even funny. Everyone's orders, from our Fiesta cheese fondue, salads, meat and veggies and desserts were great. The only complaints would be cocktails that didn't seem to have much, if any, alcohol in them and you can expect to spend almost 3 hours there to get through all courses. Sometimes it seems the courses don't come soon enough.

This is my wife's favorite place to go for her birthday. We actually come every year and always have a fantastic time. If it's your first time coming, you may think you're not getting a lot of food. But you'll soon find out how wrong you are. It also may seem expensive, but it's well worth it in every aspect. Give it a try you definitely won't be disappointed.

I've never experienced a restaurant like this before! The food was ridiculously amazing... Watching them prepare the pots so much fun. And I can't even describe how delicious it was. Our server, Javi, was so informative, explaining the process, explaining the ingredients, and even had our plates decorated to our personalities! It was absolutely amazing and made our friend's birthday celebration magical. Fantastic experience! I recommend this place to anyone.

We had an awesome night for two! Perfect ambience and privacy for a couple's night out. Tracy made our night even more special adding all of the little details...we literally couldn't have asked for a better waitress. We left bellies full and hearts happy. It was our first time and we'll definitely be back for more!

1st time here & I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! It was a FABULOUS experience!!! Things to know. 1. This is an EXPERIENCE... do not expect to be in and out.((I was with a group of 8 it was about 3 and a half hours start to finish)) 2. If you're not sure ASK... our server JOLIE F. was AMAZING & patient. Most of us had never been there & we were guided through the entire night. 3. If just 2 people it seems to be cheaper to go with the duo experience or big night out. 4. The Ala Carte menu offered more protein options & I could skip the salad. 5. I had 3 different cocktails & all were made perfectly! All and all it was a wonderful experience, food was good & atmosphere was appropriate and cozy. I know this is lengthy but it's definitely worth reading & trying. MY ONLY problem was the very low lighting. I could see my food and people around me but reading the menu was a tad difficult.

As usual the experience was amazing with the exception of the toddlers crying and screaming. The food was awesome we each had the beef lovers entree, with the tempura batter and oil to cook the meat. For desert we had the caramel Toffee chocolate dipping sauce which was to die for. Hopefully they decide to go child free or set a minimum age limit for children. We would have rated it five stars if it weren't for the toddlers ruining the ambiance of our experience. This is not the first time our experience was ruined by toddlers.

I thought it was a cool experience. Great for couples. Would highly recommend for a date or an anniversary dinner. Having the fondue made right in front of was a lot of fun to watch and allowed for customization and tailoring to your wants.

Such a unique pleasant experience. Our server Emily really made the visit as great as it was. She was so helpful explaining everything for us and loved our conversations. She was so attentive and took her time preparing everything for us. We feel like we made a friend in that short time. mushroom girly, round lake girly.

Came out for our first time on a little date night away from the kids. Absolutely loved the entire experience. Our server Jolie was the best server we could have had for our first time here. We loved her! Every one else we interacted with from the staff was awesome super friendly and welcoming. Keep up the greatness !

Took my husband to The Melting Pot for his birthday weekend to celebrate and we reserved a late lunch time. The wait wasn't bad at all! Expect to spend around 2.5 hours minimum for the Complete Experience For Two. Ben, our server, was funny, attentive, and explained everything to us thoroughly. We ordered the Pacific Rim and Steak Lovers entrees - we will definitely be coming back! We thought our favorite part was going to be the dinner itself but the flaming turtle fondue for dessert was so rich and sweet and perfect. I keep catching myself thinking about it and craving it even now!

Celebrated our anniversary, was very excited that they posted Happy Anniversary on their lighted sign! We had reservations and were sat right away! I had the Ying-Yang martini, by far my favorite martini ever! We did the bigger night out for 2, it is a bit pricey, but well worth it and you leave stuffed! Only complaint-that although it was a dinner for 2, the lobster was only cut into 3 PCs, probably should have been cut into 4 so we could each have 2 bites, but we made it work! We did take our chocolate fondue to go, I was not impressed with how it was packaged to go and the dippers for the chocolate fondue were not as impressive as they used to be, it used to come with cheesecake, now it comes with waffle? Overall still enjoyed the cheese fondue, dinner and salad and of course we brought home a bottle of the garlic wine seasoning a must have in our pantry!

We had the best experience ever with Jolie. Everything was absolutely perfect. Food was perfectly timed and it tasted incredible. She went into detail about every item and had excellent recommendations for us! We would highly recommend the 5 course experience and 100% recommend Jolie. Des, the manager, even did a table touch with us to check in and ensure everything was good! We will surely request Jolie every time we come back. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Wonderful experience! After a reservation mix-up of our own doing (we accidentally reserved a table at the Madison location), they were able to accommodate us as if they were expecting us all along on a Friday night! The service was phenomenal and the drinks and food were exceptional. We were taken care of by Mckenna on her first night working solo and she was great! My husband took me here for Sweetest Day and it was such a great experience! He reserved the Romantic Night Out package and I was in awe from the moment we got there. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect! Our secluded private booth was adorned with rose petals, a bouquet of a dozen roses, and a chilled bottle of champagne… sooo amazing!!! Also, when desert is served we received a special date picture in a frame!! Our server, Bev, went above and beyond!!! It was our first time there and she made sure to go over everything about Fondue with us. We had a four course meal that started with cheese (Wisconsin cheddar), served with artisan breads, veggies, and apples. Next was a salad of our choice. I had the house salad with ranch and my husband had the California, they were both delicious! The third course is the entree. Ours was The Big Night Out which had everything for surf and turf cooked in Coq Au Vin and served with veggies and some of the most amazing dipping sauces!!! We also ordered a signature drink with our entree called Whiskey Business. For any whiskey drinkers, this is on point!!! The final course is chocolate served with all the yummy bite size sweets!!! We chose Carmel Toffee Crunch. Everything was delicious and filling. The experience is also what made this place our new favorite!! We will be back for sure! I really like The Melting Pot! It is expensive, but you get to spend an hour+ indulging in a four-course experience. I'm vegan, so I didn't have many choices, but the food and drinks I was able to get were super yummy! Our server was also really funny and nice. I wouldn't pay for a picture again though, the quality was pretty bad 😅 If you want one and have a nice smart phone, I'd suggest just taking a picture yourself and printing it out at Walmart or something lol. At the end of the day, capturing the memory is the most important part and I'm glad my boyfriend and I got to 🩷 Thank you, Guys!

We go to the Melting Pot as Daddy and Mommy time, time away from children. It's a place WE get spoiled and treated like a King and Queen. The service is excellent. Very efficient in delivery of drinks, fondue and replenishing dippers. The staff ALWAYS offers a pleasant demeanor with such fun attitudes. The best part is waiting to see the message delivered on our service plates with chocolate syrup! We look forward to treating our kids to this fun experience, as well. 5 stars as no complaints; always great service!

I went to redeem some dip certificates from a summer promotion. The promotion was a great deal, but even better was the service! Skylar was amazing, and she was very thorough and clear in her explanations and recommendations. She was timely and efficient and kind and professional!

WOW! Could not be more thankful that me and my family were able to have Ben as our server! He was absolutely incredible and carried on the most amazing conversations with us relating to our personal lives and college experiences. The food was perfect. The server perfect. And our overall experience couldn’t have been more…perfect! We will be back as soon as another birthday hits and make sure that the person to tie our experience together is the one and only Ben!

Server was pretty absent but food was awesome! He forgot to refill drinks, get strawberries, and switch fondue pots. Drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was nice. Roses my husband ordered had wilted edges. Not worth $30. The manager came by several times to check on us and that was nice. Music was perfect, lighting, etc! Just less for the service. I'd still go back but this location definitely needs improvement compared to Madison's Melting Pot.

Took my boyfriend here for the first time for his birthday and we did the Thursdate dinner thing. It was to put it lightly an amazing time. I’ve had good experiences here in the past but this was just way above what I’ve had before. Beverly our waitress was awesome and kind and personable. The manager stopped by and we chatted for a bit, she was great. The newer gentleman who made our cheese fondue was super nice as well. Food was great as always but the staff just made the night extremely enjoyable. The boyfriend requested this be his birthday dinner spot from now on. He just kept saying “wow” the entire dinner amazed at the whole experience of fondue. It was so fun to see him excited like a little kid on his birthday. Thanks for a night to remember.

My husband and I went on Tuesday night for our annual Valentine’s Day dinner and our server Emily was absolutely amazing!! She made our dinner so enjoyable both my husband and I agreed it was our best visit yet. I had overheard she was in nursing school and I asked her about it when she came back to our table, I told her I worked on a cardiac floor, and we talked a little while. When we asked for extra sauce for our veggies and extra potatoes (my favorite part with the green goddess sauce and the wine and garlic seasoning) she did not hesitate to bring us more! She also made the most adorable dessert plate for us! I had mentioned briefly in our conversation that my husband love blue cheese and she remembered and made us each a plate, mine a drawing of a heart that said “you have my full heart” and his a plate of blue cheese that said “I would be “blue” without you”. I was absolutely shocked at her artistry and at the fact that she remembered me mentioning that! I hope she works every year we come so that we can have that fantastic night over again. Thank you Emily, you really made our night amazing and I wish you all the best in nursing school and beyond!!
