    We purchased a new 2023 Subaru Outback from Johnson Subaru of Cary. From the moment we walked on to the lot, we were met with courtesy and respect. I connected with my Sales Consultant, Khaled Elridi who was fantastic and a true professional. He had two cars ready for us to test drive and was truly an expert on the features of the car. My pricing was more than fair and the entire experience was great. The facility is clean, modern and very comfortable. The buying process was quick and Mr. Elridi set us up with the tech features we needed to drive off the lot. I highly recommend Khaled Elridi and Johnson Subaru.

    It was my first time at Subaru, and my salesman Travis helped me from beginning to end. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted. It was a long 2 month journey to find the car I wanted. I highly recommend Travis if you are a first time Subaru buyer like I was. He will care for your needs inside and outside of the dealership.

    I had the best experience I have ever had purchasing a 2023 forester from Johnson Subaru. My sales advisor, Marlon green, was very professional and down to earth which made the process of buying a new vehicle stress free and actually very enjoyable. I can’t say enough good things about him. If you need a new reliable car and an experience that makes you feel special go see my man Marlon. Thomas and Chris were also very helpful and friendly which continued my excellent experience! They are fair with pricing and don’t ever make you feel pressured. They give you a goodie bag full of cool stuff and take you on a tour of the whole facility. On top of all of this, I am in love with my new forester and have no buyers regret which is something I get all of the time. Thanks Johnson Subaru. You have a customer for life!!!!

    So I had my car serviced for the second time. The first time I had oil all over my hood. My thoughts okay it happens. Today. Had it all over my driver door. The rep seen it and I did mention my disappointment of that.. I wipe it off there in the garage bay. I get home direct sun light I have oil prints all over my car. Added a few pics of just one side.... furthermore my wife's car was also serviced at the same time. 23 wrx and 23 crosstrek. Her car is covered in oil prints as well.. I can understand some finger marks on the hood as that's prolly gonna happen but all 4 sides of the car covered and to top that off u can see where they used a mechanics rag just to attempt to wipe it off "see attached picture" only to scratch paint or leave swirl marks... We didn't buy our cars from johnson because they didn't work with us on msrp prior we went elsewhere and bought both cars cash at invoice. Obviously that carrys over to their care of a person's vehicles in maintenance. My mistake. We will not be returning. Update after closer look also scratched my car door where the oil was smeared..

    I initially went to a nearby dealership out of convenience, but it left me feeling cautious and annoyed. However, the moment I stepped into this dealership, my entire perspective changed. Not only is this establishment impressively large and stocked with a wide selection of vehicles, but they also offer unbeatable prices. Our salesman, Mark, went above and beyond to assist us. And unlike other places, we were not pressured into purchasing unnecessary add-ons in the finance department. Save yourself the hassle and head straight to Johnson - you won't regret it.

    This was my first time ever visiting a dealership and also my first NEW car. From the first moment I walked in, I never felt intimidated or pressured, everyone that I dealt with were very friendly and professional. My salesman Travis Harris, understood this was a big decision for me, he made me feel at ease during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at. My previous vehicle, was a 1993 and did not have any technical gadgets/safety features at all so to speak of. He was very patient and took his time with me, he showed me the benefits of ALL the safety features, how to operate ALL of the touch screen features and answered every phone call/text message prior to my final decision/purchase. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this dealership, even if you're an out of state resident, like I was. I am an EXTREMELY HAPPY owner of a 2023 Ascent!

    I had a great experience working with Greg Jackson at Johnson Subaru. Everything went smooth and I felt like everyone involved cared about helping me without the typical BS I've experienced in the past working with other dealers. The facility and the waiting area is top notch too so that's a great bonus

    Jessica made my first time buying a car myself the greatest time ever. She made sure I knew all the features of my new car before leaving, made sure I understood all of the terms and numbers being shown, and was so enthusiastic and personable. I’m excited to have joined the Subaru family and am again so grateful to Jessica for making my experience so outstanding! 1000/10 would recommend working with Jessica if you can!

    I walked into Johnson Subaru at 6 PM before they closed at eight. I had a particular car in mind but I don’t like the whole car buying experience and really dreaded it. I asked the friendly receptionist if there were any female sales persons, and she directed me to Decausa (Dee) McLean who was busy with another client, but who took a moment to introduce herself and make me comfortable in the well-equipped waiting area. Within five minutes Dee was back to assist me with a test drive. After the test drive, I decided to buy the car. The entire process was seamless, and even though the staff, including Dee, had to stay at work until almost 8:30 with me, they were so nice and seemed happy to do it. I pulled into my driveway at 9 PM with a beautiful Subaru Crosstrek and couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this dealership and Dee to anyone, especially a female buying a car alone.

    Well we didn't grt a Subaru as we wanted this time, but we got this amazing 2018 Toyota Camry! We love it so much! Especially the gas mileage. I've been through enough car dealerships to have headache and heartburn just walking in, but Ken was amazing! My wife and I will go back to him when we get our next car in the next 12-18 months! He made the process fun and enjoyable.

    We had a FANTASTIC buying experience at Johnson Subaru! Everyone from reception-finance was excellent. A special shout out to our sales consultant, Greg Jackson and Matt (in finance) for their pleasant, no hassle, helpful and extremely professional approach. Today we received a "post sale" call from Greg to thank us and make sure we are fully satisfied. Nice touch! 9/7 UPDATE: Still waiting on touch up paint that we were promised 3 months ago. They keep telling us, "it's on backorder" with no ETA. It shouldn't take 3 months or more. I'm sure if their service dept. needed touch up paint they could get it much faster. A bit disappointing!

    We initially found our outback on Car guru. I reached out to set up a time to come take it for a test drive. Mark was the salesman that we worked with. He immediately went to get the car so that we could look at it. It was hassle free and we didn't feel pressured into anything. We were able to take our time with the test drive without assistance which I loved. The whole processes was easy and I felt very respected the whole time. We then went to speak with Matt and he was also wonderful! Answered all the questions we had about the numbers and the warranty. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend looking for your new Subaru with them! Even a few days later when I had a question I got an answer right away! 10/10 would recommend!

    I felt heard and taken care of by Thomas while choosing our next family car. We looked at and test drove several before deciding which one was the best fit. Matt made all the "extra" options very clear and helped choose which ones suited our lifestyle. I feel I got a fair amount for my trade as well. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience at this place!

    I had an excellent car buying experience with Johnson Subaru of Cary. Matt Bishop was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to get me any information I needed. Matt kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure I got the Forester of my dreams. His professionalism and attentiveness played a key role in my purchasing decision, and I would highly recommend him for all your car buying needs. The bow on top was a thoughtful and nice gesture!!

    I had an actual pleasurable experience purchasing a car from Johnson Subaru. I was told the market was tight for vehicles but Johnson had exactly what I was looking for at below the price I was expecting to pay. I will enjoy this Subaru Ascent. I would like to give particular attention to the sales person, Darrion Underwood, whose calm demeanor and patience with my everchanging needs removed the feeling competition, with other buyers, and made for a relaxing experience. He made buying a car easy and set me at ease. His willingness to assist and look at many options seemed counter to the assumed combative nature between salesperson and buyer. He helped us pick the best vehicle and I have to mention again waaaaay under my budget.

    I'm posting this review because the customer service and no pressure sales person, Ken Wiggins did a great job! He called me and said he had a Subaru outback waiting for me, so come take a test drive. After the drive I decided to purchase the vehicle. He then sent me to finance department and I met Ryan woods, he was very detailed and professional, he did not try to sell me other products. He finished my paperwork in15 minutes. I had a great experience at this dealership and will refer friends. Keep up great work Johnson Subaru!

Matt kept us in the loop about delivery and kept an open communication line. This was the best car buying experience we’ve had - from the selection process, to financing and paperwork, to delivery and ensuring everything was good after we had the vehicle.     I’ve been having my Forester serviced at Johnson since moving to the Triangle in 2015. The service department has always been great and I trust them. My wife and I bought our first Subaru from Thomas Card in December 2020. We got a ‘21 Ascent for our growing family and we have been loving it. Thomas was so great to work with that we returned to work with with him to trade in my ‘16 Forester Limited for a ‘21 Crosstrek limited. Both times Thomas provided excellent updates and service throughout the process. I highly recommend buying your car from Thomas. He will take the best care of you.
