Rude staff refused to survey me. Told me to never come back. Just needed a signature verification on a will for my father to adjust after my mom's death. He lied over the phone when he said he could help and then overstepped his authority when I arrived. My Lawyer advised me not to use him ever again as he didn't know what he was talking about. I suggest you stay away if you need anything but basic services.

I cannot believe that the negative reviews are true about this PA office in particular. The owners of this office are wonderful people who are most kind and helpful. They have even helped me package and ship items - providing materials and expertly wrapping - even when it meant no income to them.

Had to get a passport renewal and they took care of the photos and the shipping process. All I had to do was bring the forms, old passport, and the check and they took care of the rest. Also had other stuff shipped from there as well and the service was always super helpful and friendly. Will continue to take my business there.

Fantastic service! I came for passport photos and to mail my passport renewal. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I couldn’t even leave the parking lot without sending a great review I’m so happy with my experience.

I needed to have some documents for a closing notarized and overnighted. They were very thorough and very professional. Unfortunately, FedEx took 5 days to overnight my package. The people at Postal Annex without hesitation told me to come in for a refund of the overnight charge and that they would seek reimbursement from FedEx. Shame on FedEx but a standing ovation for the folks at Postal Annex.

Incredible service! I'm a customer is their PostScan Mail service and it was been tremendously helpful and at a great price. With this I have a proper mailing address and I receive an email with a scanned image everytime I receive mail, and if necessary I can have letters opened and scanned to me. On visiting the location today for my first pick up the staff (owners I think) were very friendly and helpful. I'm very glad I got this mailing service!

So I called and ask if they ship with USPS because I had some prepaid labels for some stuff I needed to ship and they said yes and when I got there they told me they couldn’t give me boxes (by the way they should be free boxes because they are for prior mail) he said if I didn’t ship my items throw them I couldn’t get boxes because boxes where only for costumers when I only needed 2 small boxes and what it bother me more is that I called and I let them know I called and he was like.. oh sorry we can’t! talking in a really rude way and pretty much kicking me out for not planing to use their service... SUPER RUDE PEOPLE!!! Definitely reporting them because I don’t believe they have the right to own free shipping boxes from USPS!!!!
