Everyone
is
super
nice
here.
And
they
have
amazing
attention
and
communication,
that
is,
until
you
pay.
Then
that
communication
drops
off
drastically.
I
have
to
call
and
email
regularly
to
get
updates
and
have
yet
to
receive
anything
as
per
the
timeline
that
was
promised.
Even
if
I
call
and
they
guarantee
a
call
back
within
a
few
minutes,
they
will
either
take
hours/days
to
call
back,
or
just
not
return
my
call.
We
purchased
an
engagement
ring
for
my
fiance,
her
wedding
band,
my
wedding
band,
and
then
we
decided
to
change
her
ring
(twice).
It's
a
decent
amount
of
money
spent
so
far,
but
once
again,
before
the
sale,
it's
all
smiles,
and
after
they
collect
payment,
it
disappears.
My
fiances
ring
was
supposed
to
arrive
before
Christmas,
but
we
have
yet
to
get
an
update,
even
after
calling
numerous
times.
We
understand
that
it's
busy
and
items
take
a
bit
longer
to
arrive,
but
this
exact
same
thing
happened
since
the
first
ring
going
back
2
years.
Personally,
my
ring
did
not
come
out
anything
like
they
stated
that
it
would.
It
should
have
been
a
blue
interior
with
an
electric
blue
line
around
it,
and
smoothed
edges.
Instead
I
get
a
ring
with
no
blue
interior
(that's
fine,
since
you
can
barely
see
that),
a
matte
dull
blue
line,
and
sharp
edges.
I
told
the
rep
this,
and
he
stated
that
they
couldn't
return
it
anymore
so
it
was
mine.
This
place
is
really
nice
upfront,
and
for
items
that
you
can
get
immediately
that
are
not
custom,
they're
phenomenal!
But
the
communication
falls
off.
We
still
like
them,
but
just
a
little
bit
less
now.
