If I could give 0 stars I would. I applied for a computer installation technician. I was asked to go to their office for evaluations, and talk about the job. They said that that job was not good enough for my skills. I told them about how I have been working on and with computers for 7-10 years consistently. I was pointed towards a man named Julian. Instead of talking about the job I applied for, I was recommended two hard labor jobs in factories. One of which was irrelevant to any of my skills and required for you to buy a respiration device for work. ($1,500) the other job I was recommended was again, irrelevant to my skills but I took interest in it. Julian decided to take a week long vacation after I told him I would do my research and let him know about my decision on the position. After his vacation, I told him that I was interested in taking the position and I was told, “actually they’re not looking for people to fill those spots anymore. I just filled 6 spots in 24 hours.” With no communication from him telling me that he was filling spots, it was like I was put on the back burners. I then responded with “okay, what would we do from here?” I still, 3 months later have not received any response from anyone at aerotek. Unless you want to work hard labor and potentially harmful positions for your health, and would like someone to basically take your resume and rip it up, and be told: “you’re good for hard labor”. do not even think of going through with this company. All in all, I give 0*s for this company because they do not care about all the skills you have worked so hard to achieve, they are going to point you to hard labor jobs. If you do not take those positions they “recommend” they will dispose of you.

Never got the chance to give Aerotek my business to find applicants for my jobs as they ghosted me today without the curtesy of a call or email. I completely understand if the jobs I had to offer don't fit their scope of recruitment, however it is completely unprofessional to blow off a potential client who cleared their schedule to meet with them and not give them any notice - especially from their "manager" Evan. Don't waste your time with them.

I lost my job back in the end of April. I am not one of those people who will just sit on his butt n collect employment. Aerotek was the first agency I called. I was put in touch with Devon. We went over my job history and what I preferred. I went in for an interview and Devon had a few jobs I would be interested in. He set me up with job the job I am currently working at. There are upsides and downsides to it, but I praise Devon for getting me something. Thank you!

I was so happy at first because I thought Aerotek was interested in helping me. I thought I had gotten a job with a company but ran into some problems with qualifications. My recruiter Sara H. Said she would call me back to talk to her manager about different positions. I never got a call back so I emailed her no response and then I left her a voicemail. I didn’t get any response back so I had called the office in crystal lake that is were I first started but they focused more on warehouse so that’s why I got Sara. I told the crystal lake office that my recruiter wasn’t answering me & if I would be able to get a new recruiter and they emailed her and what do you know she calls me on that same day! After I finally spoke to Sara she sounded a bit irritated she basically told me how she was busy and would get back to me ect. Which I get but makes no sense she had all the time the first time to call and email me and then all of a sudden this job didn’t work out now shes Mia. It’s been two weeks haven’t heard anything back, so I went with a different temp. Agency. Don’t waste your time with them, sad to say this was my first time working with a temp and they failed to help me.

Always supporting and attentive to my doubts

You get a job with one recruiter but when you all of a sudden get a different recruiter, now there's no jobs, they don't care about you. You call a different location of Aerotek and you ask about a job somewhere else, good luck with everything. They lead you on but in the end result you are forgotten. Don't trust them to help you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in to Aerotek despite alot of negative comments I heard from working with their contractors. Throughout the first few days it was smooth. I called and they were able to set me up with multiple different jobs. I came in person and met a recruiter named Jake who was super helpful. I picked a place that seemed good for my needs and schedule and Jake said he would set me up for an interview. This is where everything goes downhill. My recruiter and the actual staffing agency then ghosts me and I haven't been able to get an answer why in over a week. I can't even call their main line because it goes straight to "this number is not in service". I even had Jake's number and he was just as unresponsive. I should have listened to the comments I heard about these guys and it would've saved me a lot of time and headache.

Aerotek was the first temp agency I have ever worked with...they have set the bar pretty darn high! From their staff to their flexibility they have made my job hunt completely painless. I worked specifically with Julie Olcikas and she is one of many of the amazing staff there. She was prompt to find me a job and did all the leg work for me. She is amazing and was trained very well to take care of her people, and takes the time to build a relationship with each of her recruits. I highly recommend using this company!

Jason (which is a hiring manager) was highly unprofessional. He had me and my gf take a tour saying 2 positions were available only to find out after the tour there were none available. They then said they actually did have them available but yet took close to 3 weeks just to do a simple background check and drug test which never takes that long at any company. They just give you the round about and lie about what’s available and what’s not and will 100% waste your time . While on the phone trying to figure out why it was taking so long, Jason proceeded to cut me off while I was talking to laugh and tell me about seeing someone he knows on his TV which was disrespectful and very unprofessional. Don’t bother with this company the other reviews speak for themselves.

Hello Everyone just thought I'd let you know what a continued great experience at Aerotek. I think that it mainly has to do with Brittany R, if I have any issues, concerns or questions it is usually with tech or payroll. She professionally walks me through it or fixes the issue for me then laughs at my old man jokes (yes there terrible). She makes feel like a part of the Aerotek team which i greatly appreciate. My husband got employed to a job through aerotek. Not only was the job going under and very unmanageable which I know isn’t aeroteks fault. My husband was also shorted almost 10 hours on a paycheck. Took a week to get ahold of someone at The temp agency, and now 2 weeks later he still hadn’t gotten paid for what was shorted. The hours worked at the job versus what’s on the paystub from aerotek is different. My husband works 13 hour days sun-tuesday and aertotek claims he works random hours on random days based on the paystub. It’s all a mess to be honest and not professional at all

Don't waste your time. I applied to one of their job adds on Indeed. I was told to come to this office. The recruiter just seemed like he was in a hurry he was jotting stuff down on a notepad, I had my resume with me on the table, but not once did he ever take it or look at it. He then told me he may have found a job in my area, it was an easy entry level job with no experience needed they would train you, and he was going to call me back once he hears more from the job. I was excited thinking I got a job. Nope..never heard back from them, months past and when I called them about the job they told me I didn't meet the qualifications for it. They get your hopes and dreams up, then make up some excuse just so they don't hire you. They don't care.

I would not recommend this temp agency to anyone. My recruiter sent me on a assignment that he knew I wasn't make it my permanent job. Got mad at me for calling in sick from the stomach flu. Had one recruiter disregard everything I told him. Sustainable staffing Staff Mark A plus staffing are better temp agencies.

Brittany Rubeck worked hard to get me a great local job. Aerotek is the best staffing agency around. You want a job, forget the rest, get the best!

Quick, sloppy then ghosted. I specialize in inventory systems and they were offering me positions that did not coincide with their description. Example, I was sent to a place thinking my schedule was 7-3:30.... Turns out it was 8- whenever the trucks were done. I am a single dad trying to get back in school this fall, this would not be possible. They go on to tell me "well can't you just take online classes?" Like I didn't ask for your opinion did I? It also involved heavy forklift work, something I had told them I do not wish to do. I decided not take the opportunity and they ghosted me afterward. Not even a phone call back or text, email or anything. On top of this, they kept changing the pay range around. I had glanced at the pay rate for one job and he low balled me by 2 dollars and hour... Something I had 5 years of experience in. I talked with the Schaumburg office and they were appalled by this behaviour! Well if you want job they got you, if you want a good job, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Aerotek literally saved me and my family from living on the street . The utmost professional is extremely real . If it had not been for Kelly Penn , I'm not sure what I would have done . I truly thought when I was fired , well I guess I'll apply for temp jobs. In no way shape or form , is Aerotek just a temp !! They took us in and gave us our life back . I now work making more money and extremely with better opportunities. We are/were truly blessed and we completely owe our lives to Kelly and Aerotek. Justine is rude and lazy. Whenever i had questions or concerns she would never get back to me. Overall super unhelpful and horrible communication.The recruiter i used to have was Rob and he was extremely helpful. He always helped find jobs right away. Wouldn't recommend this agency anymore.

I have never worked with a temp agency before and was a bit dubious of the process, but I didn't need to worry. When I needed a job, Aerotek got me one. Within minutes of applying for a job listing online, I was contacted by Nevin Dannehy who worked tirelessly to help me find employment in the right place. When I was injured later on the job, Brittany Rubeck kept tabs on me and helped me file all my worker's compensation papers. Both Nevin and Brittany have been a pleasure to work with and I am very grateful to them and to Aerotek for helping me find permanent employment in my field.

Brittany Rubeck and Kelly Penn really know their stuff! Kelly got me the job and Brittany always make sure I get paid on time. When I got hurt on the job, Brittany handled everything for me. Brittany handles all the stuff no one else wants to handle. I was upset that I got injured at work and I didn't know how things were going to go. When I showed up to the office to take care of the injury, she parted the Red Sea, took care of my anxiety, and made copies of everything I signed. And I even happened to be there on payday and they handed me paycheck right then and there! Kelly filtered the jobs for me and sent me on three or four interviews that were in my wheelhouse and I ultimately picked the one that best suited for me. The job helped me assist my two daughters with college funding. I can't thank these ladies enough for their help. If I could rate them higher than five stars, I would!

I just apply last week, and i just got the call yesterday to do my orientation today and i got the job, is great environment and good paid.The best out of everything is the agent that help me his name is JULIAN JASTROWSKI he was so much help he guide me and help me in everything until he make sure every single step was done correctly. Julie Okikas i just enjoy working with her. She is fabulous to work with she has helped me get better jobs or fine a job that i was happy with. Its hard for me to find good work due to my criminal record and the job I was at before was horrible but Jewlie was able to help me find a job where I am happy and enjoy my work.

The job seemed promising at first. I told the recruiter what I thought but she was very rude. I was laid off along with a bunch of other people. Never again!

Aerotek not only had the nicest staff out of any agency that I have been to but they seemed genuinely interested on finding me a position where I would be able to put my customer service experience to use. A lot of other agencies that I have been to just try to get you into a job that you have no skill in. Aerotek didn't just find me a job- they helped find me a position that turned into a long-term career and I am grateful for not only their recruiters but their customer support team that helped me throughout the process! I would recommend this office to anyone that's looking for a long-term position.

nice people took the time to get to know what I wanted but when It came time to start the first position they sent me to was in a industry I had no experience in and was just thrown in without meeting the company for myself first second job after interview I called and said I didn't want the position they called said the company wanted me I said no It wouldn't work called a second time later that day again said no they called a third put a second person on kept pushing till I said yes job lasted a week called me a couple weeks ago about a job I will never work for this office again

After talking to multiple temps from Aerotek they advised me they never had to go into the office or meet at Starbucks to complete their I-9 because it was done online. Once I arrived at their office Jake decided to test my knowledge by claiming it was an Aerotek in Cary, IL that might be closer to LZ. Not sure if he had a negative experience with previous African American temps or if the news is causing him to have a misconstrued perception of people of color. Hopefully, diversity becomes common.

Aerotek staffing was definitely the best staffing agency I have ever been through. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. The people at Aerotek didn't waste my time by calling me with every open job they had, instead the waited until the found a job that had the hours, the pay and the location I was looking. They understood my requirements and searched hard for me. Very hard working individuals who work for YOU to find YOU the job.I have recommended Aerotek to a number of my friends. A+++ guys!

I called looking for a job I was hunged up on by one of the recruiters after having 10 years of experience, and when I tried calling back they never pick up my call I'm glad I didn't waste my time with such a horrible company if they allow there staff to do what they want without any professionalism. It was the crystal lake location so everyone knows.

Pretty disgusting how they can't even respond to a text message or a phone call and yet I'm supposed to trust them to help me find a job? Haha yeah right this place is a joke good job Josh good job

By Far The Most Genuine, Caring Place I Have Been to. The front desk woman with blonde hair and glasses is so sweet & just all around nice! My Appreciation is for Rob. He Is The Person I Go Through. He is beyond helpful, cheerful, genuine & so is to date with everything and every step I take. Very Pleased beyond words. Excellent Excellent! He is the definition of what an Employee Should be. Julian was not knowledgeable about the position. Was told in the morning, via text, that training was at 2pm the same day, after texting days prior to find out when the start date was. Asked for first or third shift, then was told it was 2nd, the only shift stated not wanting to work. After hours of waiting for a response, was told that he (Julian) needed to speak with his supervisor. After a few more hours of waiting for a response, was told it would be 3rd. On numerous occasions texts have gone unanswered for hours sometimes a day or only after repeated texts sent to him on questions regarding the employment. Once received a text at 11:30PM from Julian. That in my opinion is very unprofessional. Not having answers to questions about the position HE is recruiting for. This was an issue for another close friend as well with them. Should have listened and not went through them. I would not recommend Aerotek to anyone. They need to get organized and knowledgeable about the positions they are filling and maybe more training for their employees. They are a staffing agency after all!
