    People have flights early in the morning. Yet they can’t check bags until 10 past 4 a.m. as I’m writing this. Huge line has been forming for over an hour and though the employees are here, they are not assisting anyone. Well done, Delta. On the brink of missing my flight despite being here hours early.

    Front desk was friendly, quick, efficient, and professional. Once arrived to terminal they were not as friendly but took care of our needs. Delta areas are kept pretty clean and everyone was pretty respectful. I will only fly Delta because they are the number one airline. As always, fly Delta.

    They were incredibly kind and helpful when one of our flights ran late, which meant we would miss our connecting flight. They rebooked us with a great sense of customer service on a different airline, and we actually ended up getting to our reservation sooner than we would have if we had taken our original flights! Thank you!!

    My flight left at 6:10 am and the counter doesn't even open until 4 am. The staff all just sit and look at you until 4am. Then one lady told me to get in the line marked for bag drops and I said I need to check-in. She said same line. Waited in line for 20 minutes and another lady came out and said do you have a boarding pass. I said not yet. She said you are in the wrong line. She moved me to a different line. Then waited for another 30 minutes to Then finally go through security. I asked at the desk why they don't open before 4 am for the flights that they scheduled for early departure She said I don't know we just don't open until 4 am. And said next.

    Too mucho money for a desorganized flight. There was no palace for Hand luggage and nobody was able to organize and offeer to despach, só te customers had to wait standed inside the plaina for about 15 minutes before someone take action.

    Horrible service with 2 Diamond members and 5 staff traveling. Baggage claim at Chicago O hare, just lies and Horrible service, Delta just disappointing to me and the lies they tell...rate them as 0 stars with incompetent staff. Arrive with no luggage as my husband is due to get an award and we missed it thanks to Delta Airlines...stupid!¡!!!!!¡!!!!!!!

    Never never never fly delta. Customer service wait times are consistently over 30 minutes, flight delays caused by crew issues are handled terribly, updates are sent out on short notice so finding new flights costs travelers more time and missed options. Especially at ohare, where delta is in its own terminal, never never never fly delta!

    Personally I didn't like this airline at all we went and checked inn and they told us that we never confirmed the reservation and they didn't have a flight for us my husband had to pay again so that we could flight back home

    I had a flight boarding at 450am and nobody at the baggage drop desk showed up till 410am. Considering how many people were in line and TSA security checkpoints, you'd think they'd on time to check our bags.

    No complaints. The TSA has seriously tightened down on security since I flew to Australia 6 years ago. Arms open and up and out, legs spread, FULL body pat down, front and back. 3D imaging.

    A simple thing as trying to get a lap infant added to our reservation has turned into a 2 days plus ordeal. I was on hold for over 6 hours last night to wake up to a dead line. I also tried messaging through the Delta app, Facebook and Twitter. It has officially been 28 hours to only get a message every so often asking if I still would like to speak with a representative. So much for signing up for a Delta SkyMiles AMEX in hopes of traveling on Delta in the future. My family will choose another carrier, one who actually answers the phone.

    I've called Delta Airlines at least 9 times over the past 3 days. The shortest wait time for an agent (all of whom are assisting other customers) was 2 hours and 57 minutes. The longest was 6 hours and minutes. On the 2 hour hold time I was disconnected after 1 hour and 51 minutes. Perhaps they have one individual assisting customers on the phone. I've never had such a problem. Also, they don't have an option for the to call you back. Disgusting.
