    Be aware!! Before you bring your units into the store for repairs, make sure you read this. I brought my Xbox in perfect condition to the store for repair due to the hard drive being defective. When I picked up the unit today, the bottom cover was loosening, and it couldn't close 100%. They said they are not the manufacturer, so they are not responsible for any damage during the repair according to the store manager Ray. They should have informed me first before I hand over the machine to them. Now I have a not perfect Xbox unit sitting in my room. I do not recommend them to anyone!

    I think Ubreakifix offers excellent service. The service is excellent. It is Asurion I am sad with. I have had to put in a claim for same item 5 times. Since Sept I have been dealing with my laptop. I still have not received a replacement. It is FEB 1, 2024.

    Very experienced technicians working on phones and laptops. Did a great job repairing my iPhone. Had the job done within an hour. Very clean store and the team was very helpful. No price games or gimmicks here. They also take insurance payments!!!

    This place has done an amazing job with my laptop after an accident happen to it (on my part). When I first got there I didn't know what to expect and I've read reviews about Ubreakifix and they came out getting to work and meeting with I needed. At first I seen Thomas and gave him my laptop after setting everything up and the only thing I didn't like was that Thomas didn't communicate with me on an update when a week past on my original appointment and then Garrett came and corrected that part on and my laptop was done the next day. Garrett takes his time and works with every customer to ensure service. Thank you Garrett for your time and services I really appreciate it!!!! 💯💯💯💯💯

    Brought in a Samsung z flip 3 with the common crease and shot pixels issue. They got it repaired and fitted with an approved screen protector in less than an HOUR! Paid a fair price for the type of phone I have, found the new go-to for all my electronics! Thank you Josh and Will!!

    The replaced my Heat Tape and also my Liquid Metal that didn’t work then I went back again an tried didn’t work again now they want me to keep paying them after they broke my PS5 an not ask for a refund. They are refusing me because I’m calling corporate a complained about what’s going on the new DM also said he won’t fix no give me my refund back. So now I have a $800 PS5 system that’s a Brick an I’m out $50 for my cleaning so a total of $850!!!!!

    I brought my iPhone pro max into them due to my original screen not reading my finger like it used to there was not any cracks just didn’t seem calibrated. They diagnosed it and guaranteed me. It would fix the problem by buying an aftermarket screen. The young gentleman got my phone fixed within the hour, as soon as I picked it up, I pointed out there is a green laser on the screen the screen lagged even worse. And the camera that faces my face looks like there’s oil residue in it. and my battery is draining 10 times as fast. I had a work trip that week or I should have just used my Verizon insurance coverage for a replacement device, but I spent the extra money for quick repair that ended up, causing me more problems in the long run and no help from the store or from customer service customer service never found me a solution so that is why I am leaving this review to warn others spend the extra money to get an OEM screen from your phone company or a replacement device. I was told by the young gentleman that fixed my phone. There was nothing they could without any solutions in store he tried acting like it wasn’t him that fixed my phone, but it was. Not happy at all with a no follow up and ghosting with customer support is why I am leaving a bad review. I have used them before and had no problems with my iPads and phones, but just be warned the aftermarket screens they sell or not that great.

    They are very friendly people and Joshua (the one who helped me) was nice and helped make the process go smoothly. Would recommend to get your devices fixed here. Especially if you have a Google phone, since they get their repair parts straight from Google.

    Do not let them touch your gaming systems. I gave them my Xbox 360 so they may fix the tray. When I got it back the next day they were not able to diagnose the console and there were new scratches on the cover. The manager told me that they needed a part. I don't know what for if they were not able to diagnose it. Thanks for wasting my time and damaging what I value.

    Store manager was rude and unhelpful, and refused to give me her information such as her name or a business card. I was lied to about valid warranty repairs at other you break I fix locations so I wouldn't trust this one either Edit: when I called to verify who it was that actually helped me so I could report them to Google since I have been working with their support on this issue for weeks now. I was told that they would get the information for me. They left me on hold for 5 minutes in hopes that I would just hang up and not call back. I called back and I learned she wasn't the store manager at all and the actual store manager refused to give me any information as well to assist in Google rectifying the situation. It is beyond unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them with anything considering I've already been lied to by other uBreakiFix locations and this one treated me abysmally as well.

    Submitted a service request online for a laptop that had water damage. UPS picked the laptop up and delivered it Monday 1/31/22 to the Summerlin location. No one responded to 4 emails I sent looking for an update on the status. Called in and no one could give me a status update. Left a voicemail and no one called me back. On 2/8/22 I went into the store and the employee acted all surprised that I would be given a label off the website to send the laptop in. First he said they didn't have the laptop at their location. After I showed him the label, with tracking information showing it was delivered, he went and looked again, then brought be back the package unopened. Basically they received the package, sat on it for a week and did nothing with it, and were non-communicative. Wouldn't recommend this location or using the online label to send in for diagnostics.

    This was an insurance claim via Verizon for a cracked screen. The person at the call center was an EXTREME case of up selling and a little annoying but all good as I understand that is how they become more profitable. After refusing the upsells the rest of the experience was awesome. I walked into the store they scheduled me at, filled out a simple form, went on my way and returned 2 hours later to a new screen and battery. What an incredibly awesome low pressure relaxed experience that was. Loved the in store experience.

    I went here back in December to get my ps4 fixed for overheating, was told it would be about three day I called on the third day and was told it would take another week. I went picked up my system said it was good got home and couldn’t power it on. I called and they told me to bring it back, so I brought it back three days later they say they can’t fix what they broke and will refund my cleaning fee. I think it’s very unprofessional that someone comes to get something fixed and then you guys break it more and think that refunding a fee solved the problem.

    Scam! They make you sign up for a membership at $25.00 a month(& is almost impossible to cancel). I took 3 items in to be repaired & they said they couldn't fix ANY of them! 25 bucks a month for absolutely nothing. Shop around, there's got to be a more reliable source than these crooks

    Based on the other reviews I was very comfortable bringing my computer in for some upgrades. I was asking questions to clarify what exactly I was paying for and the woman at the desk was obviously irritated that I was inquiring as she had to get up and go ask the technician the questions. The last question she heaved a big sigh and I heard her say "Jesus Christ" as she went back to ask another question. That's not acceptable and is horrible customer service. Also, why didn't the tech just take a minute to come and answer my questions? I won't be returning if I'm unable to feel certain that the money I'm spending is warranted.

    Went in to replace a broken iPhone screen. That part went great. But the helpful tech we spoke with either lied or was grossly misinformed that they were Apple certified and that Apple would accept devices for trade in after they worked on it. I don’t feel comfortable using their services again

    The technician gets a 5 out of 5 stars. I wish there was a section regarding the appointment/dispatch staff. I scheduled my appointment for between 1-3pm 5 days prior to my appointment. The afternoon before my appointment I received a call that my appointment was moved to 9-11am which unfortunately I had another appointment previously booked from 10-12pm which is why 1-3pm worked for my original appointment. The dispatch person was then flustered that I wasn't willing to change my appointment or needed to be scheduled first at 9am not between 9-11. The technician reached out first thing in the morning and worked with me to revise my repair location and at a time that we could both work. For the appointment/dispatch company I would give 2 stars.

    This is my second time going to you break I fix. I submit an insurance claim through Verizon and I get charged a specific amount due to me paying insurance every month. They make it very quick and easy to turn in your phone My screen was cracked as well as specific areas would not respond to touch. Joshua assisted me and ensured that my phone will be finished within 2 hours. My phone looks and feels absolutely brand new responds almost like it's better than when I first received the phone. I will definitely recommend the team here

    I struggled finding some one to change the battery on my iPad Pro. They explained the screen usually cracks and quoted me the repair with a new screen. They were able to change the battery and not break the screen! They could have lied to me and I’d be none the wiser. THEY WERE HONEST! Refreshing Thank you

    Took my moms phone here to get the inner screen fixed they were pretty friendly and helpful (well as helpful as they could be) and they fixed the screen just fine, but now when on a phone call the person on the other end cant hear her unless it on speakerphone, and she had other issues with the phone, after that we returned they offered to fix it but instead they didn’t fix anything and ended up wiping her entire phone then said “we can’t fix it”, her screen is fixed but we still deal with the other problems and are also trying to get at least some of her stuff still. I am glad they gave us a full refund. But would never use them again.

    I was sent to this store for a phone repair by Samsung because my phone was under warranty. On the first occasion I had to leave my phone for 2 days and my pictures were lost as well as other important data. When I returned and tried to address it with staff and management I received very poor customer service. I was willing to accept that accidents could happen but the handling of the matter was beyond anything acceptable. Both staff and management were quite nonchalant and lacked any empathy. I recently lost my father and my grandmother within a very short period of time and so much of our interaction and photos was contained in my phone and was amongst the data lost. I could go on in detail about the rest of the experience, but I will wrap this up by saying I wind up having to contact their corporate office to file a formal complaint. I forgot to mention...On the 2nd visit they checked my phone in and told me to pick it up by 4 o'clock. They had my phone 6 hours and when I called to confirm it was ready, they said it was a "miscommunication" and they did not even have a technician to work on my phone on shift that day. I never got any updates about the phone and after many calls and being on hold for 10 to 15 minutes at a time I finally got in my car and drove there because I was left on such an eternal hold on the phone. I got there only to find out they could not retrieve the data that was lost and they really did not want to deal with the matter. While I was there I did notice that several customers within a very short period of time came in to pick up their phones and was told either there had been a "miscommunication" and they did not fix their phone or they were really pushing for factory resets as a repair option instead of actual technical repair solutions, which in my case would have included sending my phone to Samsung for repair. I think there may be some staff and management issues in this particular location so I will not shame the entire brand but I will say that this particular location might need some training in phone repair skills and customer service.

    Had a broken screen on my Note 20 Ultra and my insurance carrier listed this as an authorized Samsung repair dealer. One of my friends said to use this particular location because he was really impressed with the quality of work they did. I have to absolutely agree. They gave me a 2-hour timeline and hit it perfectly. Promptly gave me a call to let me know the work was done, and I've got to say I'm impressed with how everything looks. Original Samsung equipment instead of some cheap knockoff. I needed to purchase a new S-Pen so they had it charged, synced up and installed for me when I picked up my phone. Hopefully I will not need their services again, but I would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

    Everything about this was simple and easy from beginning to end… I normally dread these asurion claims and just cut my losses but this mobile fix went beyond what I had expected. The email said it would take less than 2 hours, the technician that showed up to my house said 10-15min, and he was done within 5min. Beyond happy with the service!

    I had the best experience here today! My husband and I both had our phones stolen over the weekend. We were having the worst time finalizing our claim with insurance since we had no phones. We came to this store in hopes of help and they went above and beyond. Alex, helped us more than I would ever expect anyone to help, especially when not receiving a commission for the assistance. I will always make a point to come back to this location with all my phone needs and repairs, no matter what side of town I live on.

    I have had my screen for my Galaxy s10 plus fixed here before and they did an excellent job. I took a chromebook in today and it wasn't worth salvaging, but they recycled it for me. I will use this repair business for all of my electronics that need repair or recycling.

    The screen on my phone was completely shattered. I also thought that there was something wrong with the inner workings of the phone. The guy fixed everything in 15 minutes, and even replaced the battery. My guy who came out to my house and fixed the phone in 15 minutes, told me that he tried to make it so that it would be completely waterproof again, but said it wouldn't be a good idea to put an underwater, just in case.

    As a business we know that customer service and customer satisfaction is the most important thing. There is no doubt uBreakiFix knows that very well. We needed help with one of our work phones and uBreakiFix was amazing! They welcomed us with a smiled and very friendly. They fixed our phone in no time and explained to us what was the problem and how to avoid it in the future. If you need a phone fixed don't look elsewhere. We definitely recommend them.     The screen protector on my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 was separating badly. They replaced it in a little over an hour for $20, when another business wanted to charge much more. It's been over a month so far and I haven't had any problems. I'm very happy with the work.

    Called to see if I couldn't get my sons samsung screen fixed, professionals on the phone, let me know they had what I needed to fix in stock & price. When I came in, store was clean & met w/ same professionalism. Fast and courteous even though there was a person in front of us. Got our phone fixed by next day a few hours earlier than estimated.     As SERVICE continues to Slip to the Consumer: U Break I fix is just the opposite. Incredible jobs done everytime I visit this and other branches. Nick is Awesome.     Great and fast iPhone battery replacement service at a reasonable price. It is an iPhone 8 Plus battery swap. It comes with 1 year warranty too. Battery is $75 but I had $10 off coupon and took about 2 hours. I would recommend this place

    This uBreakiFix had the Google Pixel 3 port I needed in stock while the others didn't. So nice to not have to wait for the part to be shipped. Don't forget to cancel your "membership" after the 30 days so you don't end up paying $25 a month until you remember. I'm typing this to remind myself as much as you. Raymond is a great employee.

    Come here to fix my cpu that won’t turn on. My wife & I were welcomed and helped by a nice young guy (We forgot to asked his name). He asked us to wait about 5 minutes and took the cpu to be checked. To our surprised, the cpu actually works fine. Really appreciated his honest work and suggestion to clean the cpu, however, because i need it for work so cannot leave it in the store. Thank you so much for this young man honesty and help. Definitely, recommend this ubreakifix at Lake Mead, Las Vegas.

    Nice looking store, incompetent staff. Walk in and wait for someone to come out of the back area to greet you. It takes about 5 minutes. I was sent by Asurion, their affiliate, to get a cracked screen fixed. Their business called me daily to schedule an appointment like a debt collector. I was told my phone would be replaced with an E-gift card in 24 hours. Well that never happened. Went back to the shop one week later and my broken phone was still there.

    Busted screen, iPhone 7. Offered a fair price, accepted. While waiting, asked and found out my (elsewhere) previously replaced battery was was what was causing an inappropriate caution message and an Apple vetted one should fix it. I thanked him and said I would when I got more desperate. Between incoming other customers I learned a lot through more questions. About 1 hour later, I was pleased, paid with CC and out the door. They also cleaned up my phone, body, soul, speakers and mike! “ I’ll be back”.

    The workers here, Halle, Josh, and Freddy, were fantastic and super helpful! I had to bring in my Pixel for a screen swap, normally a two hour fix at most shops. Not only were these three kind and knowledgeable, but they also got my phone done in UNDER an hour. Highly recommend this place, and the workers inside!

    I have a Galaxy s22 Ultra from T-Mobile. I didn't buy the insurance and my screen went black and just stopped working for no reason. Took it to geek squad and they wanted 300$ to fix it and a 2 week wait. In my rush to get it fixed I found this store and was told they could do it in one day. So I went down and they looked at the phone and determined it would be covered under Samsung's warranty! They replaced it in less than a day for FREE! I wasn't charged a single penny! I can't thank them and recommend them enough. They have my complete trust and they will be my first stop for any electronic issues from here out. The only place like this with integrity, thank you guys so much

    My husband took a phone in for battery replacement, which cost a pretty penny, and told him it would be no longer than an hour and they would call. 3 hours later and no call we decided to go there. Well, come to find out they broke the back case on the phone and would not be able to fix it until the next day. So Wow, bring a phone in for a battery replacement, and they break it. The name of the store is U Break,We Fix. They broke my phone with no compensation and had to go back there several times no compensation on gas soooo that's why the one star review. A customer brings in a phone that is not broke, just need a battery replacement, and they break they back of the phone and had no intentions of calling with an update l, we go up there to be told oh yeah you have to come back tomorrow and we will replace thre back they broke for free of course.

    If your only problem is your screen is cracked and you'd like to come out with more problems than you went in with, then this is the place for you! I came in with a cracked screen and left being unable to hold a phone call or send any messages. Went back in and got it fixed, came out with a screen that made a popping sound whenver you press down on it and issues with the back light. Not to mention the phone overheating after 5minutes of usage. Went back in and had someone else pick it up for me only for the sim card to not even be in the phone. Went back for the sim card and explained to the manager about my experience. They apologized and said "well hopefully third time's the charm!". It was in fact not the charm. There's a weird tint to it when the brightness is low. On top of that, I leave my phone on vibrate 24/7. After I got my phone, whenever it vibrates its so loud and just sounds broken. So in summary I went in with one problem and came out with at least two problems every time and somehow they always managed to be different than the ones before. :) Edit: I forgot to mention, there was a guy that helped me the last time and I didn't get his name but he was very nice and understanding.

    I was just here a moment ago. My daughters tablet had something stuck in the charging port. I didn't want to mess with it and damage something so I brought it here. Alex fixed it within seconds! And he was so nice about it, didn't charge me a penny. I thought the least I could do was to leave a nice review. I will definitely come back to this place when needed

    Highly disappointed. Initially I was told bring my phone down I was quoted $85. The same day before they close at 7. Around five or six didn't hear anything so I headed up there to be told I'm sorry I didn't anybody call you. Phone screen that they had for my phone and they need to order it I was told so it'll be the same price Monday you come back and pick it up it'll be $85 they tried to charge me $120. I explained to them though that's not what I was told they said oh we could do it for ninety that's the cheapest and I asked you guys guarantee your work just for 30 days lI was ready to go I gave him the $90 now that I want to go to screen protector for my phone. Home it was glitching all over the place you open and closes it this thing was going crazy rocket bring it back and I had it in my pocket with a screen protector on it and I bumped my countertop the phone cracks but not the screen protector . I called back I spoke to a gentleman and I told him what happened he said oh that's fine just bring it in and we'll see how long it would take to get you a new what I go in the same young lady who Miss quoted me on the price tells me that they do not get damaged items. I think they use the cheapest material that they can find and slap it on your phone and call it a day and then they choose to tell you oh no we don't cover that after you've already been told that they'll cover it shysters ,crooked . After multiple attempts of trying to reach someone that could help me with the situation. A gentleman from the resolution department called me while I was at work and then emailed me I followed up with his email with an email asking him could we discuss it via email since he had initiated it and I was at work didn't hear from him for 24 hours. His resolution was there was nothing that they could help me with it was completely purposeless to call. Not only did these people take my money but now they're wasting more of my time with their non helpful resolution center. I'd avoid this place like the plague.

    I'm thrilled with my experience at Ubreakifix and their collaboration with AT&T. Submitting my claim took only seconds, and dropping off my phone was a breeze. I initially expected the repair to take a few hours, but to my surprise, I received a message to come back and pick up my fully repaired phone before even reaching home. The only aspect I would consider improving is communication. The employee who assisted me could have provided a clearer explanation of the process, allowing me to submit my claim without leaving the store. Additionally, it would have been helpful to know that the repair would be completed in minutes, eliminating the need for me to leave the area.

    Fantastic customer experience, communication, and repair! I had attempted to fix my faulty laptop keyboard myself and ran into issues with stripped screws and general installation of the new parts, and a big name tech store said they were unable to do the job on-site (they would have to ship my laptop to more experienced technicians, and I needed my laptop back same-day). However, uBreakiFix was not only able to diagnose and fix it within hours, but their communication and reassurance throughout the process also went above and beyond! The person at the desk and on the phone was very helpful and especially reassuring, sensing that I was particularly distressed (which I was) about the situation. He encouraged me to ask questions about policies, the result of my repair, etc., and was very friendly. The technician did a great job too, and though I didn't meet them face-to-face, they called my number to ask me a question about my laptop during the repair, concerned that I was missing a piece. The problem was easily resolved, and the call also reassured me that the repair was ongoing and going well. Overall, amazing and affordable experience, and I'm certain to return to this location if I'm ever again in need of repairs!

    Amazing service. I was able to continue working and the tech met me outside and fixed my cracked screen in 15 min flat. Came back and gave me the phone discreetly. Definitely choose this place!
