I
was
sent
to
this
store
for
a
phone
repair
by
Samsung
because
my
phone
was
under
warranty.
On
the
first
occasion
I
had
to
leave
my
phone
for
2
days
and
my
pictures
were
lost
as
well
as
other
important
data.
When
I
returned
and
tried
to
address
it
with
staff
and
management
I
received
very
poor
customer
service.
I
was
willing
to
accept
that
accidents
could
happen
but
the
handling
of
the
matter
was
beyond
anything
acceptable.
Both
staff
and
management
were
quite
nonchalant
and
lacked
any
empathy.
I
recently
lost
my
father
and
my
grandmother
within
a
very
short
period
of
time
and
so
much
of
our
interaction
and
photos
was
contained
in
my
phone
and
was
amongst
the
data
lost.
I
could
go
on
in
detail
about
the
rest
of
the
experience,
but
I
will
wrap
this
up
by
saying
I
wind
up
having
to
contact
their
corporate
office
to
file
a
formal
complaint.
I
forgot
to
mention...On
the
2nd
visit
they
checked
my
phone
in
and
told
me
to
pick
it
up
by
4
o'clock.
They
had
my
phone
6
hours
and
when
I
called
to
confirm
it
was
ready,
they
said
it
was
a
"miscommunication"
and
they
did
not
even
have
a
technician
to
work
on
my
phone
on
shift
that
day.
I
never
got
any
updates
about
the
phone
and
after
many
calls
and
being
on
hold
for
10
to
15
minutes
at
a
time
I
finally
got
in
my
car
and
drove
there
because
I
was
left
on
such
an
eternal
hold
on
the
phone.
I
got
there
only
to
find
out
they
could
not
retrieve
the
data
that
was
lost
and
they
really
did
not
want
to
deal
with
the
matter.
While
I
was
there
I
did
notice
that
several
customers
within
a
very
short
period
of
time
came
in
to
pick
up
their
phones
and
was
told
either
there
had
been
a
"miscommunication"
and
they
did
not
fix
their
phone
or
they
were
really
pushing
for
factory
resets
as
a
repair
option
instead
of
actual
technical
repair
solutions,
which
in
my
case
would
have
included
sending
my
phone
to
Samsung
for
repair.
I
think
there
may
be
some
staff
and
management
issues
in
this
particular
location
so
I
will
not
shame
the
entire
brand
but
I
will
say
that
this
particular
location
might
need
some
training
in
phone
repair
skills
and
customer
service.
