Fantastic first visit at Vision North! The new patient form & check-in process were quick and seamless & the text reminder system worked great. The optometrist, Dr. Miller, provided a personalized and courteous experience. They really took their time to during the exam, answered all of my questions, and provided some new lens samples for evaluation. Very positive experience!

I am a new patient at Vision North and have been very happy with the care and service I've received. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Miller's patience and commitment to finding a good fit for my new contact lenses. She listened to my concerns and paid close attention to my needs before offering several options and samples to choose from. The office staff is very pleasant and they make it very easy to communicate by phone or text. I'm happy I made the switch to Vision North and would be quick to refer anyone to the practice.

I just had my new patient appointment with Dr. Cangiano. I was thoroughly impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff as well as their use of technology. The office has an upbeat and positive atmosphere. When I arrived there was already a short line to get into your appointment, but it became all hands on deck and associates were quick to respond and get everyone settled and checked in. I waited very little time for my appointment with Dr. Cangiano. My time with the doctor was fun, informative, and thorough. He helped me understand my eye prescription and gave great suggestions and solutions. I was also given great assistance in picking out new frames. The staff member was patient and I never felt rushed in making a choice. Overall, such a positive experience for an annual chore! I highly recommend this provider!

Super happy that I found this place! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I can be a little particular when it comes to my eyes/glasses and everyone was very patient and kind to me and never made me feel bad for being particular. They just wanted me to be happy and comfortable and let me take all the time I needed and never once rushed me. Best experience ever 🙂

Dr. Bergstrom is amazing! I’ve been wearing contacts for YEARS now and have always struggled to find the right fit - she always takes the time to find the perfect fit matched with latest lens technology that’s out there! The only eye doctor that has been able to do that for me! I would 100% recommend this practice. They are very responsive, available, and work with you to figure out the best path for your insurance. Would recommend!

Vision North is AWESOME! Even though I have moved away from the city I still come in to see Dr. Bergstrom because she is so so awesome. Everyone there, from the front desk to the eye glass support staff is beyond excellent. They are happy to answer every question and work with you to make sure your contact and/or glasses are exactly what you need. I feel beyond taken care of, dare I say pampered, coming to Vision North and I'm excited to continue to visit!

Always feel comfortable at Vision North. Staff are helpful and friendly. My exam and discussions with Dr Cangiano are easy and cover all my questions and any concerns. The expertise is clear and gives me confidence about addressing my eye health well. I also have always been pleased with help selecting the eyeglass frames that work best and look best on me. My insurance issues are addressed well. The space is open and big window pleasant.

Really nice place to get an eye exam. They have the option of getting retinal scan in lieu of the traditional eye dilation. They were also so helpful in helping me pick the best frames for me and making sure I took full advantage of my insurance benefits. Not pushy at all, and just good people overall

She is very thorough, explains things clearly and always has time to answer questions. The front office staff is great as well and very knowledgeable about insurance!! They offer a great selection of eyewear too! I would never go anywhere else.

Had a very careful and thorough eye exam by Dr Miller. She was very kind and went above and beyond when a possible issue with my right eye was detected. TY Dr Miller! Greg was a stellar optician and helped me pick out a pair of frames that I LOVE. . Will definitely go back. Everyone was great!

This place is great! I was able to get in right away for an appointment as a new patient. Setting up the appointment was really easy and the front desk replied quickly and reliably. My eye exam was with Dr.Miller and she was wonderful. All the of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all my questions as a new patient.

I’ve lived in Philly, NYC and now Boston. Of all three cities this was by far my favorite eye doctor visit. They’ve got their customer experience process down, very friendly and my physician was clearly an expert. Dr. Paul Cangiano was fantastic.

Vision North is a great place to manage your vision! Both doctors are great and they can seamlessly work with you and your vision needs based on their schedules. I got glasses and contacts through them for years until recently working with them to get lasik done and continue to see them for follow ups!

Can’t say enough good things! The overall process here is so smooth from booking an appointment to emailing about frame coverage to actual eye exams. Everyone is helpful from Kelly at the front desk to both Dr. Paul and Dr. Bergstrom to Mark at the optician seat. Great technology keeps track of everything and makes it easy. And they always max out my benefits or tell me how if they can’t!

The staff was very polite, cheerful, and proactive in helping. The receptionist was on top of asking for my parking garage ticket to get validated. And the doctor came out and let me know that things were running behind by 5-10. Just keeping me informed so I’m not just sitting and wondering if they forgot me was very professional and comforting.
