We were preparing to sell our house and had extra clutter as well as some bad wood replaced on our house. Erin made sure we had a bin there within 24 hours and moved mountains to get it picked up before our open house. Awesome service and wonderful customer service.

We needed a dumpster for a small/medium demo project at our home. The Agent who handled my call went out of her way to help me decide what size dumpster we needed, then set things up in a quick/efficient manner. The dumpster was delivered precisely on time, and we fit all of our demo material inside with about a 1/2 in to spare from the top! The pick up was just as scheduled! Everything was super easy!!! I will definitely refer them and use them again for our future projects!

Very professional customer service that works hard to meet your needs. My original delivery had to be rescheduled and the office personnel worked with me to ensure things were on schedule. My 20 cubic foot dumpster was perfect for my needs and had very easy access. Communication with the office was seamless. I recommend them for all your dumpster needs.

This place is GREAT! Their customer service is top notch, from Erin in the office, to the delivery/pickup driver. They kept me updated on delivery and pickup the whole way through. My wife and I recently rented a 20yrd bin, as we had quite a bit of unnecessary accumulation of household items and trash too large to fit in our trash can for city pickup. We have kind of a tight spot (our side driveway that goes up and around our house) where we thought would be the best place to place it, but were worried it might be impossible to drop the bin there. Man, were we wrong. During the over-the-phone consultation, Erin asked my permission to look my address on Google Earth to see the layout of the property. Once she did, she could see that it'd be no problem to drop the bin there, as their bins are transport on modified trucks(technically either a 4500 or 5500 series truck), not the size of a wrecker. Their bins are 6' tall, as opposed to 4', so the do not require as much linear space. Don't let the look(shortness) fool you. 20yrds is 20yrds. Overall this is a great company to do business with. They are cheaper than most rental companies, and you get a full 7 days, as opposed to the 3 days most allow you to rent the bin, before applying extra charges. Thank for your time and God bless.

Great experience! They delivered the exact size requested - a 10 yard, called prior to delivery, and swept and picked it up exactly when they said they would. They were reliable and the price was competitive. We will have more to clean out in a few weeks and I will call them again.

Staff were extremely polite and helpful for 1st time dumpster renters! We had a few problems but they solved them quickly. Would call them quickly if or when the need for dumpster happens again.

I got the 4 yard dumpster. I called on Wednesday and it was delivered on Thursday. I requested Monday (6/20) pickup and it was. Outstanding! On a related subject, had 2 bagsters I bought from Home Depot that were filled and were due to be picked up on Tuesday 6/7. I got an email that they were picked up. NOT! I called customer service on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and finally was told dispatch would call me Monday (after I emailed them pictures of bagsters still sitting there). Dispatch never called. Emailed customer service Monday and Tuesday and finally demanded a refund Wednesday (the day I called Bin There.) Price was almost identical.

On time for drop off and pick up. Fair price. I'd use them again.

I am a seasoned mover and am always amazed at the amount of clutter that needs to be disposed of when moving, so I knew a dumpster rental was the way to go when helping my 80 year old mother downsize from the home she has lived in for the past 20+ years. Karen answered my call on a Saturday and answered all my questions from the appropriate size container to scheduling to the type of truck making the delivery. The delivery, instructions provided and pick-up could not have been more seamless or professional, and I appreciated the communication about delivery times and pickup. I would highly recommend Karen and her company - it made this part of a move much less stressful and the convenience was truly a relief!

What can I say. After using bin there dump that several times all I can say is wow. As a contractor I always worry about any time I refer another company. With this company I never have to worry. On initial drop off they verify where you need it exactly and they also place protective skids to protect my customers driveways. Upon completion they make sure after they pull off that there is no trash left. I’ve used so many dumpster companies and this company does everything right. I don’t have to worry when I order from them. As a plus the customer service is spectacular.

Rented a 20yd dumpster for a rotten garage we knocked down and needed to be hauled away. Bin There Dump That showed up on time, kept us informed, called when they were on their way, protected the driveway with 2Xs, all for a reasonable price. Love the service! BTDT was highly professional with added bonus of intuitive & kind . I got the service I paid for and it really helped us purge pre move . Only thing I regret , was I should have gotten another dumpster , I filled (2) 15 yards & could've filled a 3rd smaller one , but that's on me ! I recommended them to contractor friends of mine and would recommend them to anyone .

It was easy to schedule a dumpster drop-off. The cost for the rental was reasonable but there was a $10 gas surcharge and 10-percent tax added. I got done with my project early so I called to schedule a pickup. I was disappointed that my rental rate WAS NOT pro-rated for the two-day early return. BTDT, great job taking care of your customers! NOT! If the company can empty the dumpster and get it back in rotation same day, they will get paid twice for that two-days.

I rented a 14yrd, which pricing was ok. They didn't drop the dumpster off until late the evening of the morning services started at my home. The contract stated they would clean up behind where the dumpster was placed, but there was trash left behind. I sent pictures to the representative that I had been speaking with but no response.

We rented the 20 cubic yard dumpster as we were preparing to relocate. We really appreciated the fast responses, fast delivery time, the ease of booking, and pricing. It was also very convenient to have the double doors on the dumpster allowing for very, easy loading. The entire experience was 5+ stars! Def recommend.

Awesome service. Arraigned from out of town and bin was delivered as scheduled. Had asked for earlier pick up but needed the full time and one quick phone call, bin was picked up at end of time. 2 nd time I’ve used them and will again if needed.
