I had a great experience having my MRI, the place is clean and neat, the MRI machine is open and new, not like other machines where you feel trapped. The technician was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Front desk was super nice. The MIR itself was fast. I'll give an A+ to their customer service. Recommended 100%.

I had my MRI exam here. Best experience ever, The exam took around 20 minutes which was surprising. Maria the front office was very nice and welcoming, she had my paperwork ready as soon as I walked in. I will definitely come back if I ever need any images done again.

I had a very good experience in general. The service was great, every-one was very attentive and professional. I was a bit scared to be within those machines, but, I felt very comfortable with friendly employees; that made me feel like home. I recommend this imaging center to every-one!!!

Was very nervous and did not know what to expect. Had a same day appointment, went in and was seen right away. The tech and other support staff was very helpful. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Awesome staff!

Service was perfect. The place was clean. I didn't wait to be seen. The quality of the diagnostic images + report were spot on. I was given a disc before I left and had the report in 24 hrs. What more can you ask for? I would recommend the facility to anyone.

I had a great experience at this clinic the staff was very professional and my appointment did not take long at all. The staff was obviously very well trained and efficient in their work, especially the front desk girl, I will definitely come here again if I ever needed it.

While I was waiting two weeks for an MRI appointment with another company, I reached out to Tesla MRI. I subsequently cancelled that appointment and had my doctor send the MRI request to Tesla MRI instead. I explained my situation (wait time and high deductible insurance plan). I had an appointment in two days and what I saved by going to Tesla MRI was an amount that was more than my monthly mortgage payment!!! I was able to park right in front of the office, which is clean and neat. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Dan Severino walked me through the entire process, thoroughly explaining step by step what I could expect. After the procedure, I left with a disc in hand for my doctor to review. What a pleasure it is to deal with a business that truly values the people that work and live in the community that they serve. To Dan Severino and the entire team at Tesla MRI.........Well done!! This was by far the BEST MRI experience I have ever had. Denny and Amalia are such incredible people. One of a kind staff. Denny made sure I was comfortable, answered all my questions, put on my favorite music and made sure I was relaxed and ready to go.
