Very unique shopping mall. Great place for mall walkers and a lot of places to choose from. Plenty of parking in the garage but for first timers it can be a little confusing on getting around the plaza. You can eat at the Applebee’s as well.

Went to Applebee's. I was very happy with Kia. She has a great attitude and is positive. She helped right a wrong with no hassle!!! She and her manager restored my faith in Applebee's! I will be back soon!

We drove around the University Square area. My friend and I ended up eating at the Applebee's & going to the Walgreens there. Lovely area to shop. We will be going back to visit the other stores we passed like the Macy's & Target, etc.

I was very disappointed with the lighting in the garage by Macy's. The area needs to be well lit for customers. However, Macy's was fine, I picked up a package I ordered online. The store was neat and clean.

Hey guys, I visited Target. But I have been to the Applebee's and other stores in this square. I can't really say I have ever had any problems in University square. I went to Target for a clear backpack and I found one but, they could have had more of a selection. I did a self check out which was great! I went early during the day and it was not busy. There is always parking under the garage and never too far from the entrance.

A nice target with many options. Good covered parking. Never enough cashiers but that is everywhere so you got everyone trying to use the self pay centers. Overall not a bad store.

The battered fish was hard, greasy and dried out, completely inedible except one piece. It comes with three pieces of battered Cod. They gave me very little fries with my order. My husband's burger was good but they was very skimpy on the fries with his order as well. The drink I ordered was really good though. See photos attached. I don't know if the cook was just not having a off/bad day but normally, I have a great experience with Applebee's food.

Same as every other applebees only you have a 3/5 chance your order will be messed up. If you order anything during dinnerhr's or after, you are lucky if they remember your sides.

Manager was very nice and addressed my concerns hair in my drink you would think drink would be free manger replaced and still charged me after I stated I had no taste for another one barely has alcohol in it I dont like there's no social distance when seated when they should tell you before you wait 45 mins Horrible 45 min wait times even if it only 2 people already seated

One thing I can say about University square is that it has a lot of stores that you can go to if other places doesn't have it and there are nice people there around the area and it's also clean so I would definitely keep going around that place thank God I haven't seen too many crimes around there so it's always seems to be a safe place you can shop and enjoy your life to the fullest

I only come here for target. I don't know if Macy's is still open. Applebee's is permanently clossed. But none of that matters. Target is open, and that is where I'll be. Getting stuff I will use, but not getting what I need.

I love their little shops on Cedar then I just cross the street for my larger and more expensive purchases. All the food in the area is affordable. I love Whole Foods.

This place used to be a great spot to shop. So many abandoned businesses now. A couple of the parking decks look like a scene out of a horror movie at night.

This place is a hot disaster. Hopefully, new owners can get rid of the riff raff and regentrify the area.

I know many people swear by Target, but I'm not a fan. I find that sale items are not marked clearly for easy selection. Customer service representatives don't have the knowledge to assist consumers, nor do they offer suggestions if Target doesn't have what you need. Great customer service includes both of these characteristics.

Too dark in parking garage. Too abandoned. Make it something better please.

I have never in my life seen or heard of a target that has 2 floors and is freaking huge. I'm from portage county and recently moved out here and saw that and just had to go in. It was great oh and it has a buggy elevator to go up with you to the second floor while you're on the escalator. It's great

Pricing a smudge higher than most retail stores and no Starbucks inside but overall a nice store and clean. Parking is dark closer to the evenings in the garage

Good place to park but not in a good area if you are by yourself.

Busy , nasty , dark , old decor. Rude waiters . Sat us right under a hole in the ceiling. 🤢🤮 Always an hour wait . Anytime you come in .

Parking here is harder than filing for social security benefits.

The place is a ghost town. I went to Macy's and it doesn't open until 11:00 am. The target didn't have nice women skirts nor nice blouses. I'm not used to Target not having nice clothes. However, I did buy my cousin some shoes.

I love shopping here It's just the elevator is outta order So for people who have wheelchairs, shopping carts & strollers go up the ramp around back in the parking garage

Target was clean and well put together. My only issue is the parking. It's very dark and it is unsafe. It's not bright enough but also during the holidays I would think u would have security driving around. Cameras... something! It's just not appealing. Maybe if they added more stores it may just work. I'd go again just during the day.

Two of my favorite places! Target and Macy's!! The parking garage by Target is a war zone... People drive like they just got their learner's permit yesterday... So be careful.

Wait for takeout order was too long. Told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. Ended up being 40 minutes.!!

Was at Applebee's. Sucked. Service, and essentials. They brought us PLASTIC WARE FOR OUR APPETIZERS! AND BROUGHT THEM OUR AT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. AND WHEN OUR FOOD ARRIVED, THE WAITRESS DIDN'T ASK US IF OUR STEAK WAS PREPARED TO OUR LIKING. ALSO AND STOOD BEHIND A WALL AND YELLED TO US ABOUT BRINGING OUR BILL TO TABLE.

  • 1/5 David O. 1 year ago on Google
The Applebee's was pathetic... Forever to place order... Forever to get order... Even longer to get silverware after food arrived... Never again

Started off the menu with what they didn't have, are you ready for this statement? "NO SPOONS WHICH LEAD TO SOUPS."

They have everything you need from fresh milk and Starbucks Non-dairy Oatmilk Creamer to cool Black History-inspired clothing options to everything you could need for your home decor. Clean and friendly store!

Food was good but service was not the best we got there. There was no one in the restaurant but they told us we had to wait an hour because they were full when clearly we could see about every table empty.
