I just had my routine dental appointment with Dr Smolke and Kayla this morning 6.12.23. As always, I had the best experience when I visit Light Dental Studio, from the friendly smiles of the staff at check in to the gentle hands of the doctors and hygienists. Thank you light dental studio for taking care of me and my family all these years!

I was really nervous when I was told I needed to have a tooth removed and get an implant. Everyone in the office was really great talking me through all my questions and fears. I opted to do local numbing and gas. I had the best experience! Not only was it pain free, the only discomfort I felt with the initial numbing shot, just like you receive when you have a filling. The recovery was a breeze and I was very educated on what to expect after. I could not have wished for a better experience. If I could give a 100 star rating I would.

My review is long overdue but better late..right? A young woman Desiray by name helped me with some in detail questions on my last visit. She was the most helpful person, I cannot say enough good about her customer service skills all done with a smile and helpful demeanor. Bravo to you Desiree. 👏

After a really terrible experience with my toddler's pediatric dentist, I was anxious to get them back in with any dental office. But the Light Dental Studios UP office blew me away. Scheduling over the phone was so easy (I talked to Melody, and she was so sweet and accommodating), and when we got to the appointment we were met by the friendliest front office ever. My anxiety immediately evaporated because Desiray and Manu were so genuinely kind. You can tell they really love helping people!! Then Lay, the assistant, took my kiddo back and was a total rockstar. My kid thinks she's a princess in scrubs! She and Dr. Micah both talked to my child with respect for their intelligence and humanity, making sure they understood everything that was happening to them and why. They made the visit entertaining, educational, and not even a little bit scary. It was amazing!!! On our way out Desiray told us they're opening a pediatric office over in Puyallup so we scheduled my kid's next cleaning there (after this experience, I'd drive to the moon to have my child see Dr. Micah!) but I'll be scheduling any dental visits for myself at the UP office because WOW, what an amazing team!!

Jennifer P was so friendly, professional, and gave great customer service. She is one of the reasons I preferred to go to University Place and Bonney Lake instead of Parkland. Everyone who helped me was good. Desiray, Monica and Dr Corbett were all very nice as well. They all had Great Teamwork and Great customer service!!! Thank you all for all your hard work. My daughter and I appreciate you all!!!!

They were so nice and accommodating while getting my wisdom teeth extracted, and have been excellent for everything else as well. Light Dental Studios has really helped ease my dental anxiety and I would recommend them to everyone!

Super easy to make an appointment. I hadn’t been to the dentist in four years and they didn’t make me feel bad or give me a lecture. They told me exactly what I need to work on and how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Dr. Judy made my preteen so comfortable. She was terrified when we arrived but was ready to make another appointment to go back by the end. I am incredibly grateful for the kindness and understanding of all staff members. My daughter said it was the best dental appointment she's ever had.
