Peek & Cloppenburg: you lost one client forever. A brash body-builder security guard by the name of Nahom physically threatened me as I tried to enter your store in Königstrassw at 7:58 exactly to pay for my wife's purchases. When I insisted to see a manager, he threatened to call the police (he actually did and was explaining the issue to them when the manager finally came). I was very upset by the way a light-headed but well-built bully could treat a gentleman at least 30 years his senior. When my wife emerged holding two armfuls of clothes , the manager, who was at least polite, wouldn't allow me to come in to pay for them. Of course I didn't want to deal with them anymore so I threw the stuff on the next shelf and vowed not to set foot in a P&C store again. Please guys : if you're ever near a P&C store beware of the dogs and the security guards. They do bite.

Good quality and more variety. Price is at higher end but it’s worth it.

My wife and I were looking for a wedding dress, and we were treated very bad by a women there. Claiming there are people who damage the clothes, she took the dress from my wife abruptly and told us to look elsewhere. I will never go back to that place, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Lots of clothes, from cheap to really expensive, and nothing appealed to me that I could afford. They do have a very nice 3 month return policy, so you can safely buy a gift in advance.

Provides Merchandise with good value for money! The store offers the whole spectrum ranging from super casual (Naketano, Review, Guess, Only, G-Star, TH etc. ) to super formal (Boss, Joseph, Marccain, Pinko etc.) wear. Friendly staff and great service too!!

If you looking for some more fancy cloth go there. You will find a great variety of business cloth, and they also have all price ranges, from cheap house brand to luxury brand.

Some employee wasn't very nice while asking to exit for closure (didn't notice cause we were at fitting room), but there're good prices for fine labels

The collection is good, however I have had a bad experience of the online service. They claim they have a very good online service and return policy. I purchased a few articles, but when I sent some of them back with the DHL return slip which comes along with the packet, I didn't receive the money back easily. I had to call the customer service several times and wrote an email in order to get the money back.
