Despite the fact that they had a photo of my current hair and a photo of the haircolor I had in mind (beige, Roségold), no one asked me to come for a quick coloring test. They could have cut a piece of my hair and do the whole process to see if it works... Instead they threw away 5 hours of my time to bleach my hair THREE times... and at the end they said they couldn't get the color I wanted after all! The only option was going back to my previous natural hair color... So at the end I paid 99 Euros: I got a normal haircut ( this part was ok), I got my natural hair color back and my hair is unbelievably damaged now... No one seemed to be sorry for wasting my time and ruining my hair... Of Course i didn't get any kind of discount or any sort of Friendliness... The guy who messed up avoided confronting me after ruining my hair :(

Completely over processed my lashes they are bent not curly. This was already a free appointment to make up for a previous mistake, but I won’t be returning. On top of this, every appointment I’ve had has been 20-45 mins late.

I did the manicure there, it was ok but definitely not the best quality. Also when I came everyone was in such a rush, that I personally did not feel so welcome. If you are considering getting your nails done, probably it would be better to do it in a nail studio.

I have been coming here every couple of months for my Lashlifting ....went today as well , I always get great service and wonderful results . They are always very friendly, considerate, and really good at their craft !

I had an Olaplex treatment appointment with Babsi. Very polite and professional staff. Super satisfied with my results. Guide you and answer all your questions patiently. I would certainly recommend this place to everybody in Stuttgart.

I got a keratin treatment to get my hair straightened, which did not work. After the first wash the ends where not straight and after three weeks some waves started to show. I went there a week after I got it and they told me that I am supposed to style it. Honestly, I did not pay +100€ to HAVE to style my hair everyday. Having done it in the past (somewhere else) and getting the results I expected shows that either the treatment did not work or that it was not properly done. I do not doubt the rest of their services but keratin straightening, I don’t recommend.

the noise from this place at night and on weekends is very disturbing to the neighbors and shows no respect for those who live here. They seem to attract loud cars and obnoxious people on Saturdays and even Sundays. You asked me to edit my review to give you a higher rating. But the facts are clear that on Saturdays and at times on Sundays there are people going in and out of your business. There is always a group that stands outside and talks very loudly and not always the type of talk children walking by should hear. I would send you videos but it is illegal under the German system. I write this so that as a member of this community you can see your employees actions are harming your business reputation.
