I returned to this place, because my first experience was awesome. I lost weight, so needed a new mask. I hada referral from a doctor and I have AOK now. My first visit, I had private insurance and paid out of pocket. I was helped pretty quickly, when I walked in. The young lady found my information the system and sent me to the back of the building. Here is where all the BS began. I walked into the waiting room and started looking at the masks on display. Older lady, with glasses comes to the hallway and let's me know she will be with me shortly. Not in those exact words. Her English wasn't great. She comes back in about a couple of minutes, with a paper. Itan invoice! She created a bill for the EXACT SAME mask I purchased last time. The price is 159 euros. I told the young lady I needed a new mask. I thought I would have another personable experience. I was SO wrong. I told her I don't want the same mask and I have AOK. She immediately said AOK night. Pointed at the price and asked me if this was ok. I would confirm that information later. I tell her that I don't want the same mask. She kept thinking I was saying I wanted a different size. I even told her she doesn't understand English very well. She says Tut Mir Leid. I asked her to get someone who speaks English. She gets the young lady from up front. They talk in German for like 2 minutes, the young lady tries to tell me about AOK. I cut her off. Told her the older lady already told me about AOK. I told her I want information about another mask type. She also tells me about the different sizes! Because she was only focused on what the other lady told her. It took me 2 times to talk and point at the other masks on display for her to understand. Then she wants to talk about AOK again. She tells me AOK has to APPROVE the purchase. THATS NOT WHAT THE OLDER LADY SAID. She was so quick to try and charge me and had I wanted that masked, I would have screwed out of that money. Anyway. The older lady rolled her eyes at me, when I was asking about the 16% off, for taxes. I told her don't roll your eyes me and we basically had a back and forth of words. Obviously customer service is not important. The older lady said ALL the masks cost the same price. I don't believe that and will check another location. They submitted the approval for AOK, but I will not go back there. If you do speak German, do go there.

Ich habe im Katherinenhospital eine 2 Schalenorthese von der Firma Glotz bekommen. Die Orthese wurde von Herrn Simsek, Mitarbeiter bei der Firma Glotz zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit angefertigt. Auch die Betreuung nach dem Klinikaufenthalt war und ist sehr gut. Hierfür vielen Dank an Herr Simsek.

Als Kunde kommt man sich allein gelassen vor, wurde kurz bedient aber dann allein gelassen, komme gleich wieder zu ihnen. Wurde zwar von 3 weiteren Verkäuferinnen bemerkt aber nicht bedient oder gefragt kann man ihnen helfen…. obwohl ich Schuhe anprobierte!! Kunden Freundlichkeit geht anders. An der Kasse meinte eine Dame, man solle sich bemerkbar machen, naja 🫤 Wo ich mit meiner Mutter vor geraumer Zeit da war, ging es uns auch nicht anders. Ich persönlich kann dieses Sanitär Geschäft nicht empfehlen!!!!!

Hallo, ich wollte an dieser Stelle mal die schnelle Soforthilfe durch Herrn Vogel erwähnen. Nachdem er uns damals total unkompliziert das Premium E-Rolli Modell organisiert hatte, gab es nun ein massives Problem mit den Armstützen, durch externe falsche Einstellung der Höhe hatte meine Frau ständig Schmerzen und mied den Rollstuhl schon. Nach kurzem Telefonat kam Herr Vogel kurzentschlossen am selben Nachmittag vorbei und reparierte den inzwischen total vorstellten Rollstuhl und behob das Problem mit der Höhe der Armlehnen. Schnell , freundlich, kompetent, ein großes Lob für diesen tollen Service. Meine Frau sitzt nun wieder gerne darin.

Wir sind aus Berlin gefahren um in Sanitätshaus Glotz einen Stabilisierungsprothese zum Schutz von Herzschrittmacher unseres Sohnes zu besorgen. Innerhalb eines Tages wurde fertiggestellt und wir könnten am nächsten Tag wieder zurückfahren. Das Personal ist sehr Nett.Beratung ist Top. Wir möchten uns Herzlich beim Herr Maas bedanken.Endlich sind wir als Eltern erleichtert und können unseren Sohn ohne angst beim Fussballspielen zugucken. Wir empfehlen die Sanitätshaus zu 100 % weiter.

Ich möchte mich besonders bei dem Mitarbeiter Herrn Samuel Großer bedanken, der kompetent, super freundlich, super schnell und kundenorientiert eine Lösung für mich gefunden hat, und uns einen passenderen Rollstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Somit konnte mein Mann mich nach komplizierten Fußbruch aus dem Krankenhaus nach Operation zeitnah abholen. Das Produkt hat mich sehr unterstützt bis ich wieder laufen konnte.
