I
returned
to
this
place,
because
my
first
experience
was
awesome.
I
lost
weight,
so
needed
a
new
mask.
I
hada
referral
from
a
doctor
and
I
have
AOK
now.
My
first
visit,
I
had
private
insurance
and
paid
out
of
pocket.
I
was
helped
pretty
quickly,
when
I
walked
in.
The
young
lady
found
my
information
the
system
and
sent
me
to
the
back
of
the
building.
Here
is
where
all
the
BS
began.
I
walked
into
the
waiting
room
and
started
looking
at
the
masks
on
display.
Older
lady,
with
glasses
comes
to
the
hallway
and
let's
me
know
she
will
be
with
me
shortly.
Not
in
those
exact
words.
Her
English
wasn't
great.
She
comes
back
in
about
a
couple
of
minutes,
with
a
paper.
Itan
invoice!
She
created
a
bill
for
the
EXACT
SAME
mask
I
purchased
last
time.
The
price
is
159
euros.
I
told
the
young
lady
I
needed
a
new
mask.
I
thought
I
would
have
another
personable
experience.
I
was
SO
wrong.
I
told
her
I
don't
want
the
same
mask
and
I
have
AOK.
She
immediately
said
AOK
night.
Pointed
at
the
price
and
asked
me
if
this
was
ok.
I
would
confirm
that
information
later.
I
tell
her
that
I
don't
want
the
same
mask.
She
kept
thinking
I
was
saying
I
wanted
a
different
size.
I
even
told
her
she
doesn't
understand
English
very
well.
She
says
Tut
Mir
Leid.
I
asked
her
to
get
someone
who
speaks
English.
She
gets
the
young
lady
from
up
front.
They
talk
in
German
for
like
2
minutes,
the
young
lady
tries
to
tell
me
about
AOK.
I
cut
her
off.
Told
her
the
older
lady
already
told
me
about
AOK.
I
told
her
I
want
information
about
another
mask
type.
She
also
tells
me
about
the
different
sizes!
Because
she
was
only
focused
on
what
the
other
lady
told
her.
It
took
me
2
times
to
talk
and
point
at
the
other
masks
on
display
for
her
to
understand.
Then
she
wants
to
talk
about
AOK
again.
She
tells
me
AOK
has
to
APPROVE
the
purchase.
THATS
NOT
WHAT
THE
OLDER
LADY
SAID.
She
was
so
quick
to
try
and
charge
me
and
had
I
wanted
that
masked,
I
would
have
screwed
out
of
that
money.
Anyway.
The
older
lady
rolled
her
eyes
at
me,
when
I
was
asking
about
the
16%
off,
for
taxes.
I
told
her
don't
roll
your
eyes
me
and
we
basically
had
a
back
and
forth
of
words.
Obviously
customer
service
is
not
important.
The
older
lady
said
ALL
the
masks
cost
the
same
price.
I
don't
believe
that
and
will
check
another
location.
They
submitted
the
approval
for
AOK,
but
I
will
not
go
back
there.
If
you
do
speak
German,
do
go
there.
