In
itself
a
good
workshop
with
good
service,
but
be
careful
with
the
brands!
I
was
able
to
hand
in
my
motorcycle
(Kawasaki)
without
any
problems
in
the
afternoon
of
the
day
before
the
actual
inspection
and
was
given
a
rental
motorcycle.
Unfortunately,
this
is
where
things
started
to
go
wrong:
First
I
received
a
Kawasaki
ER-6N
as
a
rental
bike,
and
I
also
signed
the
order
for
it.
A
vehicle
registration
document
or
a
certified
copy
for
the
motorcycle
could
not
be
handed
over
to
me
(very
unusual,
there
is
usually
always
one
with
rental,
loan
and
workshop
vehicles).
So
let's
go
outside
and
take
a
quick
tour
of
the
bike:
dirty
(mud
everywhere)
and,
which
was
actually
the
main
problem,
the
TÜV
has
expired.
But
nobody
else
seemed
to
have
noticed.
I
go
back
in,
told
reception.
The
rental
bike
was
exchanged
without
any
problems,
now
I
received
a
BMW
F650CS.
Here,
too,
there
was
no
vehicle
registration
document
or
a
copy.
We
didn't
go
home
with
the
17-year-old
motorcycle,
but
first
went
to
the
gas
station
because
the
tank
was
almost
empty.
In
my
opinion,
this
is
not
appropriate
for
a
rental
motorcycle
from
the
workshop,
here
I
actually
expect
the
motorcycle
to
have
a
full
tank
of
fuel.
Then
back
today
to
pick
up
my
motorcycle.
Inspection
was
fine
so
far,
I
was
only
a
little
suspicious
when
I
saw
the
bill,
since
the
rental
bike
was
listed
at
40
euros
including
VAT
(for
two
days
or
20
euros
/
day).
Wasn't
discussed
like
that
when
I
made
the
appointment,
I
referred
to
the
"XXL
Premium
Guarantee"
concluded
when
I
bought
the
motorcycle,
which
provides
a
free
replacement
vehicle.
If
nothing
is
a
problem,
the
card
number
was
noted
down.
(I
bought
my
motorcycle
from
Limbächer
&
Limbächer,
the
company
is
in
the
same
building.
The
Rodler
company
is
an
authorized
workshop
that
has
entered
into
a
cooperation
with
L&L.
The
guarantee
cost
290
euros
at
the
time.)
To
make
a
long
story
short,
today
when
I
picked
it
up
I
had
to
pay
for
the
rental
bike,
they
didn't
know
anything
about
a
"premium
guarantee"
and
therefore
couldn't
do
anything
about
the
price.
Personally,
I
find
it
cheeky
to
first
make
a
promise
on
the
phone
and
then
claim
to
know
nothing
about
it
afterwards!
If
you
bought
a
Honda,
Husqvarna
or
Yamaha
motorcycle
from
Limbächer
&
Limbächer
and
took
out
a
guarantee,
everything
is
fine
because
L&L
carries
out
the
inspections
etc.
themselves.
For
all
other
brands,
including
those
sold
by
L&L
(such
as
Kawasaki
or
Moto
Guzzi),
the
services
are
outsourced
to
the
Rodler
company.
However,
the
guarantees
and
associated
services
do
not
seem
to
apply
here!
Therefore,
unfortunately,
only
two
stars
from
me,
because
we
simply
did
not
agree
on
my
queries,
be
it
about
the
vehicle
registration
documents,
the
TÜV,
the
filling
of
the
tank
or
ultimately
the
calculation
for
the
rental
motorcycle.
(Original)
An
sich
gute
Werkstatt
mit
gutem
Service,
allerdings
ist
Vorsicht
bei
den
Marken
geboten!
Mein
Motorrad
(Kawasaki)
konnte
ich
problemlos
nachmittags
am
Tag
vor
der
eigentlichen
Inspektion
abgeben
und
erhielt
ein
Leihmotorrad.
Hier
fing
es
leider
an
schief
zu
laufen:
Zuerst
erhielt
ich
als
Leihmotorrad
eine
Kawasaki
ER-6N,
habe
auch
auf
dem
Auftrag
dafür
unterschrieben.
Ein
Fahrzeugschein
bzw.
eine
beglaubigte
Kopie
konnte
mir
für
das
Motorrad
nicht
ausgehändigt
werden
(sehr
ungewöhnlich,
gibt
es
normalerweise
immer
bei
Miet-,
Leih-
und
Werkstattwagen).
Also
ab
nach
draußen,
ein
kurzer
Rundgang
ums
Motorrad:
dreckig
(überall
Schlamm)
und,
was
eigentlich
das
Hauptproblem
war,
TÜV
abgelaufen.
Schien
sonst
aber
niemandem
aufgefallen
zu
sein.
Ich
wieder
rein,
am
Empfang
Bescheid
gegeben.
Das
Leihmotorrad
wurde
problemlos
getauscht,
nun
erhielt
ich
eine
BMW
F650CS.
Auch
hier
gabs
keinen
Fahrzeugschein
bzw.
keine
Kopie.
Mit
dem
gut
17
Jahre
alten
Motorrad
gings
dann
nicht
nach
Hause,
sondern
erstmal
zur
Tankstelle,
da
der
Tank
so
gut
wie
leer
war.
Gehört
sich
meiner
Meinung
nach
nicht
für
ein
Leihmotorrad
der
Werkstatt,
hier
erwarte
ich
eigentlich,
dass
das
Motorrad
vollgetankt
ist.
Dann
heute
wieder
hin,
mein
Motorrad
abholen.
Inspektion
hat
soweit
alles
gepasst,
bin
dann
nur
bei
der
Rechnung
ein
bisschen
stutzig
geworden,
da
das
Leihmotorrad
mit
40
Euro
inkl.
MwSt
aufgeführt
wurde
(für
zwei
Tage
bzw.
20
Euro
/
Tag).
War
so
nicht
besprochen
worden,
als
ich
den
Termin
vereinbarte
verwies
ich
auf
die
beim
Motorradkauf
abgeschlossene
"XXL-Premium
Garantie",
die
ein
kostenloses
Ersatzfahrzeug
stellt.
Sollte
alles
kein
Problem
sein,
Kartennummer
wurde
sich
notiert.
(Mein
Motorrad
habe
ich
bei
Limbächer
&
Limbächer
gekauft,
die
Firma
sitzt
im
gleichen
Hause.
Die
Firma
Rodler
ist
eine
Vertragswerkstatt,
die
eine
Kooperation
mit
L&L
eingegangen
ist.
Die
Garantie
hatte
damals
290
Euro
gekostet.)
Lange
Rede
kurzer
Sinn,
heute
beim
Abholen
musste
ich
das
Leihmotorrad
bezahlen,
von
einer
"Premium
Garantie"
wisse
man
nichts
und
könne
deshalb
auch
nichts
am
Preis
machen.
Finde
ich
persönlich
eine
Frechheit,
erst
am
Telefon
eine
Zusage
erteilen
und
dann
hinterher
angeblich
von
nichts
wissen!
Falls
ihr
ein
Motorrad
der
Marken
Honda,
Husqvarna
oder
Yamaha
bei
Limbächer
&
Limbächer
gekauft
und
eine
Garantie
abgeschlossen
habt,
ist
alles
in
Ordnung,
da
hier
L&L
die
Inspektionen
etc.
selbst
durchführt.
Für
alle
anderen
Marken,
auch
jene,
die
bei
L&L
verkauft
werden
(wie
bspw.
Kawasaki
oder
Moto
Guzzi),
werden
die
Serviceleistungen
an
die
Firma
Rodler
ausgelagert.
Hier
scheinen
die
Garantien
und
damit
verbundenen
Service-Leistungen
aber
nicht
zu
gelten!
Daher
leider
nur
zwei
Sterne
von
mir,
da
wir
uns
bei
meinen
Rückfragen,
sei
es
bei
den
Fahrzeugscheinen,
beim
TÜV,
bei
der
Tankfüllung
oder
letztlich
bei
der
Berechnung
für
das
Leihmotorrad,
schlichtweg
nicht
einig
geworden
sind.
